First off they double charged me for the room, if you are not there exactly at 4p for check in they automatically charge you, no phone call or anything. Then when you get there they act dumb and charge your card again. I would rather stay in my car than this place honestly. It had four walls, a roof, a hard bed, and a dirty bathroom, that's it. Couldn't even swim in the pool. For a hotel that's over $100 it's a joke.

great stay in a clean room

The bathroom was not clean. I enjoyed the convenient location. It was close enough to the freeway that it didn't add much time to our drive, but it was also far enough away that we couldn't hear the traffic going by.

We booked a non smoking room room smelled like smoke and burn holes in comforters and ash tray on table shower had long hair in it and cleaning rag on shower rod room was outdated in appearance breakfast they offered was every limited glad it was included ran out of french vanilla creamer they a 2 slices of white bread for toast and offer mini blueberry muffins that came in a 2 pack they cut the package open left package on it wasnt very professional or showed that they cared just my opinion

I found a grasshopper and a roach in the bathroom and the beds needed to be replaced with newer beds there were stains on the bed. Other than that the hotel staff and making the priority of the guest was especially helpful

It was very clean and comfortable. Exceeded expectations for this price point.

Just passing through and needed an inexpensive place to sleep for the night. Nothing fancy, room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Clean room in an older hotel. Breakfast juice was not cold at all, would actually say it was warm. Very limited breakfast items. Bed comfortable. Heat/cool hard to regulate to constant comfortable temperature. Water was nice and hot in shower. Overall an ok place to stop for the night with comfy bed and hot water.

Reasonable rate clean and quiet

It was convenient to the highway. Place was quiet and comfortable.

Booked non smoking and received smoking room it smelled so bad used a whole can of spray still didn't help. Breakfast was a joke.

I booked using one of those discount sites and wasn't disappointed. Check-in was easy and when I told the clerk I had two new knees he gave me a handicapped room on the first floor. I got in the room and it was already at a comfortable level. There was a micro fridge, hair drier and normal toiletries, no coffee, although there was coffee in the lobby. There was WiFi and cable. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. There was a continental breakfast in the morning.

I’ve stayed at this location numerous times an for some odd reason they put me in the smoking room.. I don’t smoke that room was reeking of cigarette smoke for a smoker it could be perfect.. the comforter has cig burns in it.

Problem with GFI outlet, was tripped and would not reset, toilet seat seemed to be improperly installed and was an adventure any time anyone used it. We did not notify management of these problems

The staff was rude, very rude and disrespectful.

Room was okay. Staff were rude and not helpful. Refused to add paid guests to my room count and hung up on Expedia rep when they called to assist.

Very rude not what we wanted

Usually we enjoy our stay. We stay here all the time, if it's not available we change our plans. However, I'm not sure if there's new management, but it went from no incidental to 20 in cash, to 50 in cash. We asked for the 1st floor and they said they were sold out but we were the only ones there for 2 days... literally the only cars except ours was the workers. I'm a choice member and usually i can get a noon checkout, with this stay the agent was dead set on 30 minutes. We just went ahead and left at checkout. When it was time for towels, we gave them the dirty ones and the guy gave us a floor mat and a bath towel. We'll stay again because we do like it. But they might need to add the incidental charge changes on the website. Retrain housekeeping. And lose the attitude when something is questioned. When i questioned the incidental charge recent change, i was told if i didn't like it i could stay somewhere else. I just wanted to know why it keeps changing, i didn't have a problem paying, but i was short because of the unexpected change. Kindness goes a long way.

Great Place Friendly Customer Service

Not a bad property. I just didn't like when I was getting ready to ask for an iron they tried to call their self charging me $20 because I booked it online. Never heard of such a thing where they try to charge you $20 and I said something and then luckily I didn't have to pay. They said they had to check how the room looked and basically making sure I didn't break nothing which I didn't it I was the only one in the hotel room no one else n it was the only one decently priced for me for one night because everything in Bowling Green was booked or why too high uggh but o well!

continental breakfast saved $$$ we would have spent at cracker barrel. Which, is nice if you don't care to spend the money... cereal, coffee, bagel, juice, toast was fine for us

Stayed two nights and everything was fine. Not a brand new property but a clean moderately updated property. Basic breakfast but no big deal there. I’m cool with this place !
