Clean and comfortable room and bathroom, easy acces to highway, wheelchair accessible swimming pool (for mobility challenged swimmers!) I was pleasantly surprised and if ever in the area again, I'd definitely book a room there again.

We originally we going to stay somewhere else, but no other hotels had a working pool, this is the only place that had a pool and I had kids with me who love to swim. They didn’t have pool towels. This was clean for a motel, staff was friendly, the only thing when we needed fresh towels we had to find house keeping and switch out our towels for clean ones

There were roaches in my room and breakfast did not have meat or eggs and the juice machine was broke. Nothing was stocked and the pool was locked when it should have been open. The staff rush you to do everything.

Loved the fitness area, just wish it didn't smell like new tires. The mats caused the smell I am sure. Everything was clean though, could have had better lighting.

Good location. Safe. Was disappointed in their breakfast. Would be nice to have more protein available. Room was clean. Always checked the room before paying for it. Need to fix the television in the breakfast area. We did enjoy the swimming pool.

I never leave detailed reviews. I feel totally obligated to do so after staying at this Disgraceful Hotel. My wife and I were bitten by bedbugs throughout the night on 03/16/24 in Room 220! When we raised the mattress we weren’t too shocked to actually find the little bedbugs culprits. We were extremely shocked to find a Dirty Needle under there too! This completely ruined our weekend. We talked with the front desk and he claimed there wasn’t anything he could do since we booked online. Do not trust the reviews for this property. You will absolutely regret it. I will continue to complain about this incident until something is done. Hopefully nobody has to ever experience this again!

I have been traveling with a group for many years on this route. I have always taken higher category hotels. For the first time I bought 7 rooms in a hotel that had a cleanliness rating of 8.4 points. This is the hotel. I was surprised by the incredible cleanliness in this hotel. It should receive 10 points. Other more expensive hotels do not meet the conditions of this hotel. Nice service, absolute cleanliness, everything white, fragrant, we need such hotels! thank you

The rooms had filthy walls in both rooms we went to. We had to get a second room due to mold and then they immediately booked that room to someone else. The beds were hard with pillows that weren't much thicker than the pillowcase. All the sheets had stains. The HVAC units were loud and the second rooms was missing the vent direction piece and the panels were all super loose. It was also filthy. Lamps and their shades were nasty and broken. The mini fridge on the coldest setting was barely cooler than the room. Carpets had numerous stains. Lighting was terrible. All rooms smelled terribly musky. Old thermostats for old HVAC systems that were no longer functioning were left dirty and physically broken. One with foil inside of it to cover something. It felt like a 30 dollar stay at best.

The stay was awful! The room smelled! The food was minimal and processed no selection. The service was void! The ceiling had black mold on it and the toilet had filth and grime around it! It was VERY-outdated and extremely uncomfortable.

During a dangerous heat wave, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, and the room was like a furnace. Entry door was ill fitting and had to be pushed open, the room was stark, and the beds were uncomfortable. Didn’t try the breakfast as we didn’t feel confident about eating there. We rely on the ratings others have given on Expedia when we choose a place to stay and are confused how this one has been rated so high.

All around great place to see. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room. Only downfall is spotty, unreliable wifi. Frequently couldn't/wouldn't connect on any of 3 devices. Even when connected, it was dismally slow.

Nice room, but it was stifling hot on late night arrival. It would be nice to turn on the A/C in room that are reserved. As it was, it took a few hours to bring the temp down to the low 70s.

Was out in room next to 3 rooms occupying people traveling on motorcycles. The people were in and out till late. The motorcycle noise woke me on more than one occasion. The beds were some of the lumpiest beds I have ever slept on. Pillows and covers were fine but the beds were horrible. Back problems all next day. Breakfast was a disappointment. Nothing hot. Even pancakes in fridge that you heat up. Thought it would be eggs, sausage. If wanted a breakfast like that could have stayed at motel 6. Overall ok but not that good for the money

Very nice staff/owner, we stayed twice a week apart while driving to and driving back from our vacation. My daughter’s stuffed owl was left behind and they found it and returned it to us on our return trip. Will stay with them on future trips.

The morning of our stay I went to the store to grab a couple of things while my wife was getting ready. After I pulled out an Indian guy knocked on the door and she said “occupied” very loudly. He barges in on her while she was partially undressed, and she has to run and forcefully slam the door to keep him from forcing his way in. When I returned I hunted for him to see why and he was gone, the person at the front desk was hiding too. Guys, if you unfortunately have to stay there, don’t leave your spouses alone. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all, very unsafe.

Hotel has been remodeled tastefully. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nothing special, but adequate. The location and parking were very convenient with lots of places close by for dinner.

Our 19 year old child and her boyfriend were not permitted entrance due to not being over 21, despite the fact that we the parents even called to talk with the front desk clerk. The fact that they turned away two college students at 10pm who had a room already paid for, and no other place to stay - unbelievable. So they can serve in the military or get married at age 18, but cannot stay in a Baymont hotel?! Our families will never darken the door of a Baymont hotel after this - shameful!

Breakfast was a joke! Out of most items. Juice machine was out of order and only coffee available. Only one person was working front desk and breakfast area. Seemed unconcerned about the issue. Bed was in poor condition, made noise with every move. This one is in need of new ownership or management!!

This is a "no" motel. No pool, no reward points (booked through Orbitz and pre-paid) and no first aid kit at the front desk. My wife needed a band-aid after scratching her ankle- none were available from the front desk. The breakfast was meager. Juice machine was out of order. Won't stay here again-

The rooms were very clean, but one faucet was dripping and one toilet didn't flush well. The breakfast was limited in options, and the juice machine was broken.

they had me booked for 2 rooms because i had asked for a room on the first floor. It was a language problem. After a discussion it was resolved. Limited TV channels.. The breakfast drinks machine was out of order. Only one muffin and 2 yogurts were avaliable at 7am when the times listed were 6-9am. Couldnt use microwave and toaster at same time. Will not go back.

Very polite check in. Only gave us one key despite registering as a couple. Breakfast was a joke. Not a thing worth grabbing except 2 peanut butter packets. All bargain basement quality carbs. Room was nice but pillows were like rocks. I loved that they had a clock at bedside so I could check time when I woke up thru the night. I was grateful that they took special care to get me a close room since I have recent bad knee damage. I’d stay here again for a quick stop.

Good place to have a quick over night stay. Clean and somewhat comfortable. The staff was nice, but the bed was not super comfortable.

The room was nice and clean; however the handicap assessable bathroom was described as a roll in shower and it was a tub/shower with bars and the hand held shower was way to high..I'm 5'8" and had to stretch to grab it, then it kept turning towards the wall Everytime. I requested the room with roll in shower due to traveling with my father who is in his 70's and can't left his legs, nor move very well. Front desk staff where nice according to my father.
