The pool area had garbage on the pool deck, there were only 6 lounge chairs and 4 of them were badly ripped and unusable. Several chairs were ripped as well. There were only 4 pool towels in the tub by pool and it was only 1 pm. Pool needs serious renovation, many tiles are missing in the pool.

This hotel was under construction. The staff was amazing and friendly. The room was spotless. The pool was beautiful. The pet policy awesome and the grounds were well kept including a fenced in dog park. We were very pleased and will be using this hotel over and over when we travel.

This is just ok for a quick overnight stay. The room is ok, however we found black long hairs in our beds and noticed the cleaner had long black hair. They do a quu k wipe down in the sinks.. I noticed the toothpaste splatter from the previous guests was not wiped well.... But the room was reasonably large with a big bathroom and a decent fridge. No patio or balcony. We slept well, I must say. The halls are not air conditioned and have a musty smell. The breakfast was a joke for a wyndham hotel . There was barely anything to eat. Not hot food , a waffle maker and cereal, toast, bread ,bagels and some yogurt and juices. The coffee was just as bad. We unded up going somewhere else for breakfast. We chose this hotel because breakfast was included... well if you like cereal or waffles than you are good. Otherwise just served our purpose of an overnight stay close to the highway.

I really liked the spacious room with a very comfortable king-sized bed. It was spotless and had a mini-fridge with a large freezer component (great for refeeezing ice packs for my cooler) and microwave. Had a very quiet night. The continental breakfast could be improved to include some protein. Check-in was quick and friendly.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. A no frills hotel with comfortable beds. It comes with a continental breakfast but does have a waffle maker. Very good value for the price. It does need a dresser to out fold up clothes in as we stayed four nights for a family function but everything else was fine.

Check in went fine. Multiple stray cats just laying around the outside door leading to the rooms. Upon entering all the lights were out in the hallway. People across from our room said they had no power or AC in their room. Not even 5 minutes we got to our room (which didn’t smell the greatest and had hair in the tub) the fire alarm starts blaring. After the fire department came and checked everything out, the front desk guy acted clueless and careless about why the alarm went off. When I advised I wanted a refund (paid cash) and was going to stay elsewhere (I have two small kids) he stated would have to wait until the morning as he could not open the safe. I told him I’d wait for the manager that was still with the firemen and he said they wouldn’t open it tonight either. He then blatantly said “no one is going to help you tonight”. He then kept giving me looks as if he was wondering why I was still waiting at the front desk. What a pathetic excuse of a front desk operator. Couldn’t have any less hospitality skills if they tried. Eventually I was able to speak with the manager and lo and behold, we received our refund and went on our merry way. Never again.

The most rude front desk clerk ever!!! Waited for her for 20 minutes while she grabbed something from Burger King to eat, looks at us like we don’t belong there or she was just having a bad day and we were the first to recieve her poor, grouchy, rudeness attitude!!! She should be fired!!! I would hate to see others go through what we saw that day! Front desk morning staff had nasty attitudes. They do not give a receipt for your $100 deposit. Have them sign, date and initial for your deposit on your original receipt. Even the breakfast lady was rude. The rooms were clean but make sure toilet flush properly and you have hot water.

The staff when I arrived was no where. Had to wait a long time to check in. She was smoking outside and left her post v when she finally came in asked for my credit card which my husband had outside. I went to get it. She then advised he had to be there to provide identity while I went to get him she started to serve someone else so now I had to wait again. My husband was right outside the building took less than one minute to get back. There was no one else. She had started to serve me. She could have waited one min. I was upset. She then served this other customer very slowly bring very nice and asked a lot of personal questions about the daughter etc knowing I was upset and made me wait longer. I did not appreciate this Will never go there again

It’s not in the best neighborhood and the parking lot contained dumpsters. The outside of the building looked very questionable. We thought about canceling our reservation, but they would not return our money so we ended up staying one night.

Outside of the hotel looks sketchy and the abandoned gas station next door doesn’t help. The check in was smooth, parking seems risky with the area around so lock your car doors. Property grounds are rough. Bags of trash sitting outside room building entrance. Room itself was actually quite nice. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. You can hear everything from the rooms in the hotel as well as below so a good night’s sleep is questionable. It works for 1 night while traveling but wouldn’t stay longer.

I was surprised honestly how perfect this was for what we needed for an overnight pit stop. Clean room, crisp bedding and towels. Good AC, dark room and quiet. Easy off the 95 and easy back on. Staff was pleasant. Well managed property for travelers.

Hotel was a little outdated. Room was clean. When we checked in around 5 pm the parking lot was empty. The next morning when we checked out it was full. I guess it’s a popular spot because it is right off of route 95.

I usually stay away from any Days Inn because they generally are crappy. We needed a stop on our way down to Hilton Head and this one was about the right distance along our route, the price was really good - and it actually had decent reviews. We were still apprehensive about our visit though. Our experience actually was very good. For the price the stay was excellent. The room and bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the upkeep on the whole property was very good. The owner appear to take a lot of pride in the upkeep and cleanliness. The Continental breakfast also was good - 4 choices of cereal, decent coffee, waffle maker, apples, etc. We definitely would stay at this property again if the price was right.

The check- in was kind of weird. I felt like the man was questioning my service animal and I really thought (WHEN I ASKED ABOUT BREAKFAST) he told me breakfast was from 6-10. I get there at 8:53 am to find out that the crew was cleaning up because breakfast (IF YOU WANT TO CALL IT THAT) ends at 9:00 am. It was like an army of 5 workers coming to break down what little bit of carbs that were available IMMEDIATELY! There was not one protein item available: not even a hard-boiled egg. Good things about this budget hotel: it was clean, the room was large and was equipped with a comfortable bed, soft towels, a refrigerator and a microwave, and there was no carpet. Take your pick--cheap breakfast or a decent room.

The toilet was broken. Everytime we needed to flush we had to open the top and pull up on the chain. Also smelled like cigarettes. The breakfast was just bagels, english muffins, waffles, and apples.

Wonderful front desk service. Got an amazing deal, it was only a one night stay. Continental breakfast was a bit lacking, but there was basics. For the price everything was quite satisfactory. Beds were comfortable and water pressure in the shower was awesome

I really liked the spacious room with a very comfortable king-sized bed. It was spotless and had a mini-fridge with a large freezer component (great for refeeezing ice packs for my cooler) and microwave. Had a very quiet night. The continental breakfast could be improved to include some protein. Check-in was quick and friendly.

Pleasantly surprised. For the price and rightvoff i95, hotel very comfortable and clean. Slept great on passby thru fayatteville. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast included. Waffles fruit yogurt juice and coffee. And back on the road

Room was very nice, clean. We didn’t use the swimming pool but many did. Breakfast was good but the floor was very sticky.

This means tons of doors for people to go in and out and less security for rooms. There were a couple of guys sitting and eating in their pickup trucks watching the outdoor pool, so I skipped swimming. Breakfast was okay but had fewer gluten-free options than other similar chains.
