Für einen Stellplatz wurden 22,-€ pro tag angesetzt. Aber man kam nicht an sein Fahrzeug, weil der viel zu kleine Parkplatz vollkommen zu gestellt wurde. Brauchte man sein auto musste man das vorher anmelden und ein Mitarbeiter hat ihn dann raus gefahren nachdem er diverse Autos umgestellt hatte.

Great central location with private car park to the rear. 5min walk to the metro and lots of eating and drinking options nearby. Staff very helpful and a basic but tasty breakfast offered. Room was well equipped with AC, fridge, microwave and kettle.

Hotellet ligger utrolig centralt for alt. God service med fremsendelse af 3 fine forslag til sightseeing i Prag - mega godt. Meget roligt hotel - ingen støj fra gaden. Fin privat parkeringsmulighed tilgængelig for 22 Euro pr døgn. Value for money 👍

Perfekt beliggenhed med gå afstand til seværdigheder, shopping, restauranter m.m. Rent og rummeligt værelse. Cocktail baren i forlængelse med hotellet har eet højt støjniveau i weekenden. Så hvis man vil ha' en rolig nattesøvn, skal man undgå at bo på 1. Sal ( specielt værelse 16 + 17)

Parking is a huge benefit in Prague and this place delivered. The staff were very friendly. The location was perfect for dining, shopping, and visiting all of the historic sites. The breakfast was pretty good but considering it was free with the room, it was great. Overall, I was very impressed!

Hotel was right by the trolley stop, the market and a ton of restaurants and cafes. Easy walking to all the sights. Room was very clean and quiet. Staff was very nice and I was able to store luggage after check out.

We enjoyed our stay here, the location was great. However, we saw small insects (maybe silverfishes or something) on the floor in the bathroom and the main room. Otherwise the room was clean and nice but this brings down the grade. The staff was friendly and we told them when checking out.

La vicinanza al centro è l'aspetto migliore e al tempo stesso in zona tranquilla. Trascorsi 9 notti in camera spartana ben isolata acusticamente dalla strada, meno dall'interno. Colazione con ampia scelta ma sufficiente e senza servizio. Pulizia buona con cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani, tuttavia rientrare presto in pomeriggio si rischia di trovare la stanza non rassettata; probabilmente perché per questa attività ho visto sempre una sola signora e i piani sono sette. I servizi funzionali ma da migliorare.Personale alla reception molto cordiale e disponibile. All'esterno la struttura è poco appariscente ma molto frequentata con bar e ristorante.

Great stay, very convenient location, lovely staff, good sized rooms & comfy bed. Only one downside was if the hotel is busy the shower may run cold, I had a lukewarm shower whereas my husband's got warmer the longer he stayed in it. At first we had thought it was an issue with the shower itself but the staff confirmed it due to usage

Hoteller ligger perfekt, du kan gå til det meste, og ellers så kører bussen lige uden for døren. Hotellet er roligt, med døgn bemandet reception. Morgenmaden er som man kan forvente i Prag, ikke det helt vilde, men det ligger en god start på dagen. Værelset var fint, med elkedel, køleskab, aircondition, fint badeværelse med bruseniche. Det eneste lille minus var at sengene er utrolig hårde.

Perfect location, rooms are nice, staff is friendly but the beds are extremely hard and pillows to soft. We did not sleep well at all and once home booked a massage as our backs and necks hurt like crazy, thats was a bit disappointing.

Hotellets absolut bästa egenskap var dess läge, otroligt bra och nära till mycket samtidigt som det låg på en relativt lugn gata. Trevliga receptionister. Väldigt lyhört från både korridor och intilliggande rum. Frukosten lämnade mycket att önska. Rymligt rum, men ganska hård säng med konstig kudde. Städat och fräscht. Hade jag bott här igen hade jag valt utan frukost, och skulle då säga att det är relativt prisvärt - läget drar upp ordentligt!

Tolle Lage. Personal ist nett, könnte aber aufmerksamer sein. So wurde ich gebeten, fünfzehn Minuten in der Lobby zu warten, bis mein Zimmer fertig ist, dann jedoch vergessen. Nach einer halben Stunde habe ich nachgefragt und es wurde mir gesagt, man hätte mich vergessen. Die Matratze im Zimmer ist für meinen Geschmack zu hart. Das Frühstück ist eher enttäuschend gewesen. Es wurde kein Geschirr von vorherigengöste abgeräumt.

Number one like is location location location. Talking to and watching them deal with customers two front desk employees, alex and Patrick were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Spoke excellent English. The Buffet Breakfast was very repetitive if you were to eat there on a lengthy stay. Hard boiled eggs and better coffee should be a staple. Cream for coffee please. And more than one pepper shaker for the whole restaurant. I found the bed A little too firm and was baffled to see the top sheet and comforter rolled up like a sleeping bag. Number one like is location location location. Talking to and watching them deal with customers two front desk employees, alex and Patrick were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Spoke excellent English. The Buffet Breakfast was very repetitive if you were to eat there on a lengthy stay. Hard boiled eggs and better coffee should be a staple. Cream for coffee please. And more than one pepper shaker for the whole restaurant. I found the bed A little too firm and was baffled to see the top sheet and comforter rolled up like a sleeping bag. I would suggest making the bed with the sheets and blanket or comforter on top. Overall, we loved our trip the location and the staff we met

The hotel staff were amazing so attentative, we left our bags as we arrived early, they were locked away at all times, the check in was fast and easy, rooms were clean and prepared for us when we arrived. The hotel was busy with a mix of familys, couples and (our), stag dos. The walls between rooms could be noisy if the neighbours were really loud but no issue for us. Breakfast was very basic but did the job, not a great mix but filled a hole. We were next to the lift and had no problems with noise at all. The bar dow stairs was quiet but the staff were very good, it was clean and plenty full. The hotel itself is a nice distance away from the square, its a 5 min walk so you avoid all the noise on the night but are still close enough to everything. For the price we paid it was a lot better than i expected and would return.

Property was loud , my room was next to elevator shaft making constant loud noise. Even white noise didn’t help it! I requested a change of the room but was informed that all other available rooms were also next to the elevator. Do not come here if you wish to get good night sleep before your early flight. Also breakfast needs some work, especially pastry. Czechs do have some good pastry but what you offer is not it! I won’t be back …

I had a wonderful stay! Close to everything. Breakfast was very good. The absolute best part for me was tge receptionists, so helpful. Even helping me to find where i could enjoy fried cheese on ny last day, can't visit Prague and not have fried cheese😊. If I have pleasure of visiting Prague again. I would stay at Residence Bene!

Residence Bene is a very comfortable, centrally located hotel which has easy access to the old and lesser town. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast is a combination of both a cooked and a continental breakfast. It is not that noisy so I did sleep well. I will be back.

The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to any where in Prague, McDonald and restaurant just around the corner and bus stop just 2 mins walk away. Room size is great, tidy and clean.

Hotel antiguo, bien conservado, limpio, cerca del centro (10 min andando al reloj astronómico). El tranvía pasa muy cerca. Personal atento que nos ayudó mucho. Habitaciones bastante amplias. Doble aislamiento en las ventanas para el ruido. Cerca de la torre de la Pólvora y del centro conercial Palladium (el mejor de Praga). La única pega es que el desayuno es poco variado.

The hotel is perfectly situated to explore the old town area of Prague. It’s clean and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The only negative about our stay was the breakfast. It was very random and very basic. It may have catered more for local tastes with the only hot options being soup, tinned sausages and scrambled eggs most days. No pastries or justice on offer. I would however stay there again and just have breakfast elsewhere.

Rent och trevligt mindre hotell med mycket bra läge sett till pris. Enklare frukost som funkade bra för oss. Äggröra, färsk frukt, bröd och yoghurt. Bra kaffe. Vi var fyra personer som stannade tre nätter i ett familjerum, funkade bra.

The room was clean, everything functioned properly, and the staff was helpful. There is a wine bar connected to the lobby which is a great option. You are also down the street from a mall with all the items you may need from toiletries to outfits to electronics. It is also an active nightlife area with lots of great options for a variety of crowds. It’s about ten minutes walking to the main square, and the tram is a two minute walk away which allows you to access a lot of the city. Will absolutely stay again if I’m in Prague!

We really enjoyed our stay! We especially appreciated that the hotel offers rooms spacious enough to accommodate our family of five. Breakfast had a great selection of pastries, fruit, and ham, and we loved having hot options such as scrambled eggs and soup. The bathroom felt a little cramped, and additional hooks on the walls inside the bathroom and in the room would have been very helpful for hanging towels and coats, especially for a family of five. The hotel is very conveniently located near public transportation, with plenty of dining options nearby. A shopping mall is within walking distance, and many of Prague’s major attractions are also easily accessible. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the family-friendly accommodations and convenient location.
