Pool and spa not open since Covid protocols. Disappointed...Older hotel but nice and clean . Needs renovation. Friendly staff.

Fitness room and pool were closed. The sign said closed for Covid. I wish I had known; I enjoy these amenities.

The only washing machine on the entire property was out of order ( not working). Also the indoor pool / zacuzzi was not open. The service was not great but the hotel was very clean and very quiet, The beds our extremely comfortable and because of the bed and the peaceful atmosphere I would stay here again however I hope that they have the washing machines available on my next stay.

Booked this hotel while in town for a family reunion. Specifically chose it for the indoor pool because I have two daughters who were excited by swimming after the reunion. False advertising! The front desk clerk informed me they have issues with maintaining the chemicals of the pool so it's rarely operable. But they haven't removed it from the website or put any caveats to let you know this facility is not available! Also, front desk clerk took close to ten minutes to check us in. I've traveled a lot for work and have no idea what was going on with him behind the counter; I've never had a check in experience so slow and arduous before. Waste of money, disappointment. Should've stayed with relatives instead of trying to give my girls a bit of fun with an indoor pool. Dishonest grifters.

Old hotel. Ice machine was broken. Pool and hot tub were drained.

It was good but short. Had a hard time sleeping due to I sleep in a recliner at home cause I have sleep apnea. A little upset cause for the last four or so years the pool and hot tub have been down. I feel you would have a better turn out if they were working cause I was talking to another gentleman who stayed there at the same time we did.

The advertised pool has been closed for 4 years. The coin op washer was broken. We found cockroaches in our room and squished them and brought them to the front desk. We saw cereal smashed into the rug on the third floor that was there for 3 days. My fiance found hair in her food.

Hot tub and pool were not in operation. Bathrooms on the main floor were not accessible. The worker said she did not have a key for them. There was a loose dog running around during my check-in that had the main desk operator occupied for a long time.

Place is run down and in need of upgrades. One of the reasons I booked the room was for the indoor pool and it was closed with no water in it. Front desk clerk just told me I could leave if I didn’t like it. Not a great experience. Definitely won’t stay there again

Breakfast was basic and eggs were not very good. We booked here for the indoor pool, but the pool had been drained.

The property is rundown. The room that we stayed in had a worn out couch and ottoman. There was a musty odor in the entire hotel. It did not look like the pictures.

We liked this hotel overall. However, we had reserved a room with a King sized bed and got a room with two double beds instead. The mattress was too firm for our taste.

Not nearly as bad as all the reviews - but could be better. Bathroom was clean, very quiet room, very clean and comfortable bed and pillows. TV worked fine, once you hit the "Free TV" button. Safety bolt lock on door would not close properly, water pressure in shower could be better.

The stay was very comfortable. Though, the sham had some kind of stain on it and the drawer on one of the night stands was broken and wouldnt stay closed. The ottoman for the pullout couch had visible wear and tear on it. The bathroom fan either was non existent or broken. The tv was off center to the foot of the bed. But otherwise the room served its purpose. The pillows are tiny squares as opposed to actual full sized bed pillows.

The place was clean, but shabby. The beds in the room were quite comfortable, but the fold-out bed in the suite was in bad shape. The gym was small and unimpressive. The breakfast lacked any sort of meat (bacon, sausage, etc.). However, it did have a waffle maker.

Staff and management is very nice, but property needs a lot of updating. WiFi is terrible with minimal connectivity Breakfast has the usual “ rubber” eggs but as I said the staff is very accommodating. FYI, no indoor pool, but we didn’t need it 😳

The pool is not working, every time we was at the front desk someone was having some type of issues with their room, we also had to get new keys made twice so we could get in our room. But on the bright side the roof didnt leak the people were friendly, we got a free breakfast and we got some much needed rest that we needed that we couldnt get at home.

The stay wasn’t bad but the way they charged me was ridiculous. They would charge us before our stay was over and then credit us and then charge us again it was really confusing and we were unhappy with the way they handled our situation and we probably won’t be staying there again. Because of the way they handled our money.

I've never been asked for a security deposit before fron a hotel, nor was it shared with me how its returned. Just curious. We had a great stay, the young woman who ran the breakfast area was very kind and a great host!

Location felt secure

I don't know what good buying trip insurance is when it's not honored when you need it. I needed to change my reservation cuz my family changed plans on me. Anyway hotel wasn't flexible. Not a bad place. Absolutely bad location. Nothing attractive nearby. Room was ok. Breakfast was on the low end of acceptable. Bland. Cold eggs and cold sausage gravy with not much sausage, and even colder biscuits. Basically no one bothering about details.

My daughter lives close to the Quaility Suites,however her husband works from home and it is impossible to stay with them in their apartment because it has to be very quiet when he is working. We have been coming to this property for three years when I come to visit my daughter. We have always had good experiences here. Overall, it is a great place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel the staff was very nice and it had very comfortable beds and rooms I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is stopping by in this small town of Burlington it is located in a semi remote location but it's close enough to stores markets gas stations etc

This property which was 6 minutes away from my family provide a good place of rest. The property was spacious and easy reachable.

Hotel is clean enough. Just has plenty of wear. Great for the night. Very conveniently off the interstate and to Gas stations. Staff is friendly

Checked in, notifying clerk that I suffered from sleep aphonia and required a quiet room. I was placed on the interstate side of the motel. Had requested a handicap room when making reservations but it was not made available to me. Informed clerk that both my wife and I have extreme problems getting up from low toilets and was informed that toilets' were the High type. Not so much. Had two problems with toilets, 1. hanging chad seemed to reach the water causing me to have to lean over to keep dry. I am severely arthritic and getting up from an extreme sitting or kneeling position is not only painful, but requires assistance.

Stay was very good. The bed and room were great. Staff very friendly. The outside of the hotel needs a facelift. The outside doors will not open with the keys, looks like keypads are broken. Breakfast was very nicely set up. Overall a very nice hotel.

It needs a major overhaul. Furniture with deep scratches and tried to recover sofa with extremely poor quality in material and workmanship. breakfast cold but fair. People friendly and helpful. I do not like giving a bad review, but property need refresh and care.

The pool is closed indefinitely. They actually told us the former poolman had died in March and they had not replaced him. Booked hotel primarily for the pool as I was traveling with kids. Had to go through the lobby to enter room which was great, but they do not air condition the hallways which were hot and humid since it was over 90 degrees outside. Included breakfast is very limited, the scrambled eggs were gross and the apple juice tasted watered down. We needed linens for the pull out sofa, and we had to go down to the lobby to get them, they did not bring them to us. The hotel map shows vending on all floors but it is only on the first floor. The ice machines have a sign saying you can only get enough ice to fill the ice bucket in the room or they will charge you $20. Coffee is not in the lobby 24 hours as advertised. The bushes around the hotel are trimmed so badly, they have no leaves only brown sticks, and they need to clean the cigarette butts out of the area.

The main thing that held this experience back from being a five star experience was the loud guests in the morning before checkout. There was about 2 or 3 hours of the guests in the surrounding rooms knocking on each other's doors and yelling for them to let each other in. Yelling in the hallway was excessive and annoying. This wasnt the hotels fault but it made the morning far more restless and bothersome than it could have been. The indoor pool and fitness center were useful and the breakfast in the morning was sufficient. The room was clean but there were issues with the TV that made it unable to be turned off without some work. After this was resolved everything about the room itself was as expected. I don't particularly care for the rooms where the sink is separate from the bathroom. There was another sink in the kitchenette that could have been used for any other purposes while the restroom was in use. It would've been nicer if the entire bathroom area was enclosed because this part of the floor plan gives the room cheap motel vibes. This is the same floorplan in another Springhill suites I stayed at in the Charlotte area and in both of these rooms the bathroom door wouldn't close reliably. To me most of these things are mere details. The negatives are cumulatively the things that made this stay less than perfect but the positives and generally good amenities are what made the stay pretty good overall.

Breakfast could be better.

No sign on front of hotel. Very dark and drab inside. Strong disinfectant smell. Assume they are renovating. My room was clean, however, couch(photo) was disgusting. Bathroom was clean and renovated, except fan was very loud and I could not keep light on at night because of the noise. No one available at check out to talk to about my complaints. Breakfast was minimal, grabbed a banana on my way out.
