We arrived after traveling 6 hours in the car and spending 8 more out in the hot sun. Walked into the room to drop off our luggage before heading out to grab dinner and noticed multiple stains on the floor. Woke up in the middle of the night multiple times (1:00am &3:45am) to continuous “tink tink tink” noises right outside of our window. Mind you- we were on the third floor. The noises were the AC unit dripping from the fourth floor and hitting our AC units condensation metal pipe. We decided to mention to the front desk the next morning and they said they couldn’t do anything about our stay because we booked thru a 3rd party. Won’t make that mistake again, will be booking thru the hotel website next time. We do have videos of the water and noise we heard all night. Both nighttime and daytime videos. We talked to both the front desk worker on shift and the Assistant GM, they both basically said it was normal noises from the AC unit but, it obviously wasn't. Overall, i don’t recommend staying at this hotel.

Hello good afternoon my stay there was awesome and the wonderful lady at front desk was so awesome I had lost my mom and she encouraged my heart so much Thank you until next time only sad thing was the kids did not get to enjoy the pool until the last day and it wasn't clean just smelled like a lot of bleach was poured in. Please please have it fix so we can enjoy ourselves Also please could you have turkey products every other day for those of us that don't eat pork Just would appreciate the love but I love the hotel

Staff was slow to address loud guest in the hallways between 3am & 4am in the middle of the night. AC wall unit was older and made very load noises when turning on, and left a musty smell in the room if the fan was left on. The mini fridge in the room apparently went in to a defrost mode and leaked leaving a large wet spot on the carpet, showed that to the front desk and he said they would replace the fridge while we gone the next day but that never happened. Sliding shower doors would not stay shut. You could hear every noise from the hallway (more so than a typical hotel). Parking, check-inn, breakfast and everything else was decent.
