This place has gotten really run down over the years. People loiter around all hours of the night and the faint odor of pot lingers in the hallways. Though I had no intention of using it, the swimming pool looked like a duck pond. It looks more like a halfway house than a hotel now. The staff was friendly though and the hot water worked.

Upon arrival the man at the desk was behind on everyone's paperwork when he. Charge me for the room and the deposit. And I had already paid for the room on the app and then told me it was some sort of a holder. Been waiting to hear back from hotels.com about the refund. The representative called the location but no one answered but I was looking at all of them behind the counter Dead roaches on the floor and laugh when it's crawling out of the wall. And dead ones in the bathtub. And every other room had a big oversized dog

Both dead and live bugs, poop in the hall (pet friendly), at one point no light in elevator so pitch black at night, floor was sticky, dresser drawers wouldn't' stay closed, cracks in walls, doors all shredded at the bottom, toilet is child sized, missing kitchen cabinet drawers... but the bed was comfortable and refrigerator was cold.

I have stayed inn hotels in most countries of world and this was the worst experience with the exception on the lady that checked me in . She was very nice and professional. I was not expecting much , I never been in a hotel did not have a shower head on the shower, tv didn’t work, internet was out whole stay.. Do obviously broken in roaches on the floor in the bathroom smoke detector ripped from the wall. Oh, I got a lot of I have a lot of photos.. I want not just a full refund as well as a free week in real good choice hotel.

This was by far the worst establishment I have ever booked. Even for last minute reservations,it was over priced but sadly that was the least troublesome of our experience. The entire place smelled of something awful and is clearly infested with roaches. Roaches were seen crawling from the picture frames and even the drains. The bathroom and shower had visible mold. We left after only minutes of our intended 4 nights stay for fear of our health and safety.

False advertisement! There is NO breakfast, dirty rooms, broken tile on bathroom floors, the bath tub is ABSOLUTELT HORRIFIC, IT IS DIRTY AND RAGEDY! The toilets ARE BROKEN AND WOBBLE WHEN YOU TRY TO USE IT. i WISHED I COULD GET A REFUND.

The room was filthy! You can not watch TV because either there is no service, no channels and way too many remote controls. They offer breakfast online, but still no breakfast. The A,C unit kept kicking off and the floor in the bathroom is all broken up. This is the worst yet.

In the room i got had no blanket. Only a sheet. The remote didnt work so the tv was on all night and couldnt change the channel. Also the shower was dirty.

No one at reception for 10 min. Room did not have TV remote, when I got one from reception, TV would not turn on. Waited for repair man 15 min, decided that someone would not show up, so I just left and stayed at another hotel. The room door was damaged and had a gap where someone dented it. Sketchy people in lobby and outside. Did not feel it was the safest place.

The room was large and the A/C was very comfortable. Being an extended stay unit you get towels, a bar of soap, mouthwash and water cups. Everything else you need to bring with you, tissues, hair products, blow dryer and other toiletries. I brought my own pillow and should have included a light blanket. The area is industrial and corporate businesses. A restaurant is behind the hotel, within walking distance, which is very convenient. No real cafe or condiments only vending machines. The kitchenette is nice and the refrigerator was cold. The shower was plenty warm and felt nice. Depending on your level of cleanliness be prepared to surface clean if that is your thing. I was fine with the room. The hotel is newly remodeled and there are still some little projects going on, but no carpet is a real plus for people with allergies!!

When I arrived, no one was working I couldn’t get inside, I was stuck outside for over an hour, and it was pretty cool. When they came the staff say that my room is all ready and it’s very clean. My room was very dirty, the tv didn’t even work and there were no kitchen utensils for me to even boil water. I can go on and on but I don’t want to remember this place so I’m gonna leave this here. First and last time !

First off there was broken furniture the floors were dirty paint was all over the bathroom floor and tub there were no pillows on the bed the cleaning supplies they use to freshing the room was so strong it gave me a headache then to top it off the TV was literally not huck up it took a hour and a half to get that done so most of my time was spent on them getting the room together while I was in it was I really didn't get to rest it was 10 o'clock when everything was done almost. So a refund or a free night would be great for my troubles 😡

Had asked for wheelchair accessible restroom which was not. Shower had no shower head and no shower curtain. No chairs to sit down in. Overall just a bad experience.

Employees and management are genuinely amazing. They really will just go above and beyond to try and get you anything at all that you need. I just moved in and am going to be living here for the foreseeable future so my first night when I checked in of course I had about a million questions and the guy at the front desk was so patient with answering literally everything I could throw at him. Every employee I've met so far has been so nice. The one thing I will say is the pictures on the website are not at all with the hotel has to offer anymore. It definitely needs to be updated, most rooms no longer have couches, no coffee pots in rooms anymore but there is a Keurig at the front desk :). All in all it's a great place from my experience so far.

Before making a reservation, I double checked if I could process late check in after midnight due to flight late arrival. They said someone will come down to check in as long as I give them a call once arrived. However, no one was at the front desk and no one picked up the phone for 10 times once I arrived. So I had to go back to airport and had a terrible situation for not sleeping at all. When I called back for finding out a reason on next day, the rep simply said it was fully booked due to extended stay from current guest. If so, they should reach me via email or text message. It still does not make sense to me even I booked thru third party.

When I called back for finding out a reason on next day, the rep simply said it was fully booked due to extended stay from current guest. If so, they should reach me via email or text message. It still does not make sense to me even I booked thru third party.

I did wait for an hour to wait for the front end desk since nobody was at the desk by the time I arrived for check-in. Clean and comfortable room for the price though.

No one at reception for 10 min. Room did not have TV remote, when I got one from reception, TV would not turn on. Waited for repair man 15 min, decided that someone would not show up, so I just left and stayed at another hotel. The room door was damaged and had a gap where someone dented it. Sketchy people in lobby and outside. Did not feel it was the safest place.

This place has gotten really run down over the years. People loiter around all hours of the night and the faint odor of pot lingers in the hallways. Though I had no intention of using it, the swimming pool looked like a duck pond. It looks more like a halfway house than a hotel now. The staff was friendly though and the hot water worked.

If you are coming as a family please don’t I beg of you. This hotel is right near a rehabilitation center and all of them come to this hotel. It’s unsafe and walkers roam the hotel thank goodness the staff let me see it first, sometimes cheaper isn’t best and I learned that quick!

People were fighting and it was a horrible experience! Our water froze and we wanted a shower and a comfortable sleep and there was screaming and violence in the room next to us and up and down the hallways. We didn’t have any problems while there, however, the place isn’t clean, There were areas in the room that was coming apart. Did see a few roaches. They don’t clean very often and the refrigerator was filthy. Some of the people that stay, there are a little questionable and the man at the front desk assured me it wouldn’t be an issue. They should actually charge a lot less because there are better places for around the same price.

Employees and management are genuinely amazing. They really will just go above and beyond to try and get you anything at all that you need. I just moved in and am going to be living here for the foreseeable future so my first night when I checked in of course I had about a million questions and the guy at the front desk was so patient with answering literally everything I could throw at him. Every employee I've met so far has been so nice. The one thing I will say is the pictures on the website are not at all with the hotel has to offer anymore. It definitely needs to be updated, most rooms no longer have couches, no coffee pots in rooms anymore but there is a Keurig at the front desk :). All in all it's a great place from my experience so far.

The room was large and the A/C was very comfortable. Being an extended stay unit you get towels, a bar of soap, mouthwash and water cups. Everything else you need to bring with you, tissues, hair products, blow dryer and other toiletries. I brought my own pillow and should have included a light blanket. The area is industrial and corporate businesses. A restaurant is behind the hotel, within walking distance, which is very convenient. No real cafe or condiments only vending machines. The kitchenette is nice and the refrigerator was cold. The shower was plenty warm and felt nice. Depending on your level of cleanliness be prepared to surface clean if that is your thing. I was fine with the room. The hotel is newly remodeled and there are still some little projects going on, but no carpet is a real plus for people with allergies!!

The room was filthy! You can not watch TV because either there is no service, no channels and way too many remote controls. They offer breakfast online, but still no breakfast. The A,C unit kept kicking off and the floor in the bathroom is all broken up. This is the worst yet.

The hotel itself is under reservation so it honestly looks horrible but the room I stayed in was very modern. It has the LED touch mirror in the bathroom. I had a full size fridge, kitchen sink, and a glass stove, top to coupon good place for a longer day and cheap rates but if you’re looking to enjoy any amenities, there are none within the hotel can’t leave when I stayed here in June 2026

We actually had two men (w/ the hotel) beat on our door yelling that we couldn't use our phone to record. We didn't stay, too unsafe. It should be closed down. Took 15 minutes just to find someone to "check us in".

The picture of the room was NOTHING like what we walked into!!! Also, the website should have disclosed that there was major renovation underway. If I had known this, I never would have booked. I am seeking a refund. We left almost immediately for an other location.
