All was well except the breakfast and cleanliness of the parking lot. The parking lot is littered with thousands of cigarette butts. Maybe there needs to be more receptacles but people are pigs. The breakfast was disappointing. Very few choices; orange juice, a single serving of Apple Jacks, bread and packets of oatmeal. Otherwise, good value and I felt safe.

Stayed one night while visiting family in area. We had choice of two hotels, and choose this one because it was half the price of the other hotel. Doesn’t have a pool, but we were only going to be there to sleep. Also no free breakfast, but we would be eating brunch with family. So it was an easy decision. Very basic, and interior on older side but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff friendly at check in and even upgraded us to a jacuzzi suite. Will stay again if in area and only needing sleep spot. Will stay again while in area

Place is a trash heap. Staff very friendly. If it wasn’t $54 and just a quick stay on my way back from vacation I would have stayed elsewhere. Junk everywhere, people hanging out in parking lot, room are old and dingy, a/c looks and sounds like it is going to fall apart. Parking lot full of pot holes. Instead of fixing the paint it black and call it good.

It is an older hotel, but for a one night stay under $100.00, I can't really complain. They did have coffee all day and night, which was nice. No elevators was the only downfall. I wish I had known so I could have booked a 1st floor room instead of a 2nd floor. It may say it somewhere, but I never saw anything mentioned.

We were here for my mothers passing. We asked for early check in but they could not accommodate untill 1:00 so I had to find a place for my insulin for the morningtill evening. When we told the staff my wive has a hard time walking they placed us at the far end.The first night when we came to the hotel to relax a bit the TV did not work and nether did the telephone. So back up front to desk who came down to fix TV but said she had no idea about phone so she would report it and left with no apology. Second night same thing TV and phone not working. So long walk back to have a repeat except I believe she did say sorry. The reception area reeked of cigarette smoke and weed aswell as the hall way and our room smelled like cigarettes. The carpet had not been swept well if at all. The floor in the bathroom was extremely sticky and when we walked in there was blue stuff in the toilet. The windows were streaked and nasty.It was the worst room I have ever rented.I am not a chronic complainer but this was bad and I feel you should know.

Upon arrival having made a reservation and confirmed my reservation 24 hours prior, I was told there was an issue they had no two bed, rooms, mt adult son and I had to share a king size bed or I could go to Comfort Suites and see if they had vacancies. I prepaid a non-refundable payment for this room, that I confirmed was available 24 hours in advance. We made the best of it. Once we arrived in the room the room was filthy dirty carpet was fraying the bathroom floors were awful, dirt in the bathtub. When asked at front desk, the lady was trying to be a little bit on the rude side but then seem to be better after talking to her. The only recommendation I could give this Super 8 location is to be bulldozed to the ground and rebuilt by New Management. I will never book this hotel again.

Breakfast is non-existent. on Saturday morning at 8:20 I walked into the breakfast area and there was absolutely nothing. I was told that "they must have cleaned us out". I got to the breakfast area at 7:30 on Sunday and virtually nothing. They set up some cereal boxes and yogurt and nothing more. Bugs! I'm sitting at the work desk in the room trying to get some work done and little bugs are running all over my computer. Then I found them on the sheets. ALL clothing got washed as soon as I got home. Hot Water! Generally, I find that you need to turn the shower valve all the way to the left for hot water but in this case you have to turn it to the right. Why does that matter - because turning it to the right turns it off. Which means that to have hot water you have to have virtually no water - you have to almost turn it off. AVOID THIS PLACE!.

This property should be closed by the health department. One of the entry doors had plywood where the glass had been broken, the room had spiderwebs above the curtain, and the carpet was filthy and worn. The breakfast room was bare -- a few boxes of cereal, packets of oatmeal, six pieces of cheap bread, and two packages of hostess-type tiny muffins. The container of milk for cereal was spoiled and almost empty. There were a few small apples that were shriveled.

Room had a musky smell. Staff didn't seem like they were concerned about anything. Every morning, I heard staff members talking about their drama life and they used alot of foul language, horrible cleaning people too.Had noisy people staying there as well. Horrible breakfast! Only thing that was decent was coffee.

The price was good. The person who checked me in was super friendly.The location was less than desirable. The shower nozzle was full of mold and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. During the night I found small ants on me. I would have left but I was exhausted from driving all day. I will not stay here again or recommend this place to anyone.

First of all the staff was very nice and understanding, however the room and smell was absolutely disgusting. There wasn't a wall that did not have a hole patch on the air conditioning register was full of dead bugs and cob webs and before i even put my suitcase down i had to kill a roach. Beside the counter staff there is nothing redeeming about this place. The bathroom dirty no towels just disgusting. Never recommend this place.

Super comfy bed, nice quiet room. TV was glitchy and the bathroom fan could wake the dead, but the staff was great. Don't expect much for breakfast, but it's better than nothing just to hit the road again.

No hot water in shower. No toilet paper in bathroom. TV is a Roku TV that you have to sign in to but it doesn’t connect to the Internet. Bed was comfortable though.

The hotel wasnt bad and the lady behind the desk helped me out tremendously. We got in late(almost midnight) and i had just bought the room approximately 30 minutes before, 2 doubles. When we got there apparently they didnt have any of those, so Hotels.com sold me rooms they didnt have. Luckily the lady was really nice and upgraded us to double queens to alleviate hotels.com error.

Only one person on duty in the morning, and she was struggling to keep the breakfast stocked. Limited selections and quantitiesas well. No checking out time extended unless 20 bucks paid.

Room had a musky smell. Staff didn't seem like they were concerned about anything. Every morning, I heard staff members talking about their drama life and they used alot of foul language, horrible cleaning people too.Had noisy people staying there as well. Horrible breakfast! Only thing that was decent was coffee.

The staff was amazing. So friendly helped accommodate my mom whom couldn’t do the stairs and i forgot to put in for handicap when i made the reservation. They were understaffed but still stepped up and did an amazing job they deserve 10 stars not 5. Great customer service guys.

We wanted to stay only one night while on the road while we traveled cross country. This motel was perfect for our needs. We didn't want anything fancy, only clean and quiet, easily accessed off the highway. It was perfect for our needs.

Great room for the price. We stayed two nights and would stay there again. Breakfast included juice, waffles, cereal, toast and yogurt and of course coffee and tea. Thanks for all your service. If you stay here, George’s Family Restaurant in Lowell is a few miles west and is outstanding! Food and service is excellent and prices are very fair😊

The price was good. The person who checked me in was super friendly.The location was less than desirable. The shower nozzle was full of mold and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. During the night I found small ants on me. I would have left but I was exhausted from driving all day. I will not stay here again or recommend this place to anyone.

Power was put half the night and next morning. I knkw its out of their control but should have offered discount or partial room fee back; no lights, heat/ac or wifi. Also, breakfast room was the worst ever seen‼️ 5 boxes or cereal, 2 pieces of bread for toast and coffee.....that was completely it at 7a.m. (pathetic)

Breakfast is non-existent. on Saturday morning at 8:20 I walked into the breakfast area and there was absolutely nothing. I was told that "they must have cleaned us out". I got to the breakfast area at 7:30 on Sunday and virtually nothing. They set up some cereal boxes and yogurt and nothing more. Bugs! I'm sitting at the work desk in the room trying to get some work done and little bugs are running all over my computer. Then I found them on the sheets. ALL clothing got washed as soon as I got home. Hot Water! Generally, I find that you need to turn the shower valve all the way to the left for hot water but in this case you have to turn it to the right. Why does that matter - because turning it to the right turns it off. Which means that to have hot water you have to have virtually no water - you have to almost turn it off. AVOID THIS PLACE!.

Don't have a full breakfast at some locations and not at others. I booked at a Super 8 because all other locations I have been to offer full breakfast. This location only has a few to go items and that's considered breakfast.

When you pull up the parking lot is bad needs redone. There is garbage laying around. I didn't feel safe in the parking lot when you pull up men are throwing beer bottles down and cans I reported it to the desk. I do have to say the inside is clean the rooms are clean. The staff was nice and helpful. It's the appearance coming into the parking lot.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The wood floor in the room was not clean. The wall hanging clothes rack is right around the corner of the bathroom. I placed towel on the corner of it so we weren’t walking into it at face, eye & head level. No coffee pot in the room, only 1 trash can, and there was no choice for breakfast. Toast, some cereal in a container was almost out, no fresh fruit, muffins or yogurt. Just waffles. Coffee creamer in little disposable cups are probably more expensive than the liters with a pump. The parking lot needs a resurfacing and bigger. There is no true entrance sign showing the frontage road leading to the hotel & that road is questionable to drive on. A/C worked great staff was friendly & accommodative.
