This Hampton Inn is very clean and convenient. The room rate booked through Hotels.com was a little high compared to other similar hotels, and disappointing that a military discount was not offered online. Room rates should be advertised and consistent based on a standard, not manipulated up and down based on unsubstantiated factors. For example, the online price stated “only 4 rooms left at this rate,” when in fact the hotel was less than 1/3 full when I checked in! This is a game played frequently in the hotel industry that is unscrupulous and untrustworthy for the traveling public. The free breakfast is somewhat pitiful when considering the room rate. Quality and variety not consistent with what you pay—and cutting the breakfast off at 9 am is unfair for late sleepers.
