This place needs an upgrade. The fitness facility looked like a closet with exercise equipment that they picked up at a garage sale. Only stayed two nights so I didn’t relocate. Won’t be staying here again.

Comfortable room, nice towels but not enough washrags, no elevator so had to manage narrow stairways with spring loaded doors at each end--a bit difficult with luggage. Parking lot small and difficult trying to maneuver around trucks with trailers. TV was impossible to manage channels. Wrong remote ? Front desk blamed Spectrum for crappy system

No Elevators I had 2 broken knees they put me on 2nd floor and pretty much told me good luck going up 16 flight of stairs the employees were rude I’ll never return there I made it up those stairs with my husbands help

There were stains on bedding, towels, chairs, and carpet. Very little was available for breakfast. When items ran out they were not replaced. The air conditioning didn't keep the room cool enough. Staff was pleasant, but the room was damp and smelled musty. The smoke alarm was pulled off all the wires exposed, and was missing. The back door into the hotel would not shut therefore a security issue. The bathroom counters were dirty.

The room I stayed in was recently remodeled based on the other reviews. With that said, clenliness was consistent with other reviews as well. Bathroom floors had urine around the toilet stained into the caulk, stray hairs on the counter and the floor. To me, it appeared mopping and overall cleaning was being minimally completed. The check in staff was great, things were quiet at night. I would stay again given lack of options in the area but its not perfect.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but that was about the only good thing we could say about the property. The decor is very old and the room was not clean. Instead of re-painting, there were just patches on the wall, it smelled like smoke, there was hair everywhere, And the couch was very old and stained.

The room was filthy. The mattress pad came off the bed and I smelled urine. The mirror in the room looked like it was never cleaned before. The toilet was dusty, and the bathroom did not smell fresh. There was mold around the bottom of the tub. The employees that were performing room service did not speak any English. Which would have been fine if the hotel was in another Country. The lady with the pink hair was lackluster at best.

Our room was clean and stocked with everything we needed the first day, but not so the second day when we returned from visiting the town's amenities. Additionally, the safety fence on the sidewalk that leads from the parking lot behind the building towards the inside, specifically on the east side back door, is broken and tied with plastic strips to prevent it from falling, which is ridiculous to say the least. Also, a musky smell coming out of the room's rug slapped us as soon as we opened the door. A/C console was almost inefficient. We had it to set it at 60° to been able to cool down the room but it was still too hot to catch a good night sleep. We neither had Wi-Fi provided inside the room the whole time of our stay, and we I notified to the front desk ladies they couldn't solved it out or give us a satisfactory answer. Resuming the whole deal, we will be skipping the Days Inn by Windham at all cost from now on, cause paying almost $380 for two nights only for such circumstances, it's a pretty lame deal. So, not a highly recommend place to book your stays in.

Part of the building is being redone so there is dust and adhesive smell. The room, itself, was nice and clean.The room is good for about 1 night. There is no closet, only some hooks on the wall. No dresser, just a small cubby/box. I wasn't sure if my room had been redone yet or not.

If you stay at this hotel and end up with a room with a dark red wall, those are their old rooms. The second floor rooms are newly remodeled. We had a rather strange experience because the bed in our room was tilted so we requested a new room. We were initially told that they could not change the room because I had booked through expedia. I booked on the Wyndam site. They did eventually change our room but we would have never known and we would have stayed in a room that was very "ghetto" - dark, dirty feeling, and disgusting. FYI - this was also their handicap room which makes me sad that they thought this was acceptable for a person with handicaps. The bathroom was acceptable for a person with disabilities, but the room was terrible. We could even see places behind the bed where paint was missing and there were NO decorations in the room making it extremely bleak.

There was an issue with the room when I walked into it. The lady at the desk was very accommodating and gave us another room. The room looked overall renovated. The bed was great! We slept very well. We had a pet room the carpet looked clean but stains on the carpet. The hallway doors need a little attention. Looks like sticky tape was on the door and peeled off. Breakfast was continental with waffle maker and the fridge had sausage and egg biscuits and cheese omelets that can be microwaved.

Property is ran down a bit. Door handle was loose and falling off in the bathroom. Looks a bit like a slum lord special. Room was clean though. Worst part was that the morning person keeping the breakfast area/front counter. They were coughing all over the place with no attempt to cover their mouth. The breakfast was real sad. The owner manages or lives on site too it appeared. Way too eager to shutdown a breakfast that I’d give a 3/10 too. Really low quality items too. The bread was wrapped in plastic by hand and with that worker coughing everywhere…. No thanks. Not a lot of choices for hotels in the area but I’d advise staying in a bigger city where it’s more competitive. The ponderosa in town was on point though.

No Elevators I had 2 broken knees they put me on 2nd floor and pretty much told me good luck going up 16 flight of stairs the employees were rude I’ll never return there I made it up those stairs with my husbands help

If you stay at this hotel and end up with a room with a dark red wall, those are their old rooms. The second floor rooms are newly remodeled. We had a rather strange experience because the bed in our room was tilted so we requested a new room. We were initially told that they could not change the room because I had booked through expedia. I booked on the Wyndam site. They did eventually change our room but we would have never known and we would have stayed in a room that was very "ghetto" - dark, dirty feeling, and disgusting. FYI - this was also their handicap room which makes me sad that they thought this was acceptable for a person with handicaps. The bathroom was acceptable for a person with disabilities, but the room was terrible. We could even see places behind the bed where paint was missing and there were NO decorations in the room making it extremely bleak.

Staff was very kind and friendly, hotel was clean, maintained. Convenient location to the festival we went to and central to shopping stores (Walmart, 5Below, Dollar stores, Marshalls, Tmobile, Krogers, Goodwill, Aldi being built, etc...) Will definitely book with them again!

There was an issue with the room when I walked into it. The lady at the desk was very accommodating and gave us another room. The room looked overall renovated. The bed was great! We slept very well. We had a pet room the carpet looked clean but stains on the carpet. The hallway doors need a little attention. Looks like sticky tape was on the door and peeled off. Breakfast was continental with waffle maker and the fridge had sausage and egg biscuits and cheese omelets that can be microwaved.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Days Inn . The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very cozy and clean. Breakfast was great and everyone that worked there was very nice and helpful. The ice machine was broken so the kind lady at the front desk offered me some of her personal ice she had brought from home. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay again when I’m down in Hillsboro! Thanks for everything Hillsboro Days Inn!

Every thing was good except the front desk woman during breakfast. I arrived 8:40am with no waffle mix. The attitude I received, of “lm not making much cause u arrived so late” was one thing but when my wife was working at 9:20am same day at breakfast area and was asked “ are u gonna be here all day cause I gotta mop” was very rude. He attitude needed correction.

For the area it was fine. There are no other close options around. It was clean enough and we felt safe. Traveled for business. We didn't use the outdoor pool but the water was very clean and clear. Its an older renovated property. There was no coffee maker in the room, so that would be a recommendation is to add a coffee maker. If needed for business we would stay there again.

The room was comfortable EXCEPT the PTAC was absolutely filthy. Loaded with dirt and mold that gave me a sinus infection afterward. The ice maker (one for the entire building)was broken for the entire stay. The breakfast was not up to Day's Inn standards (missing proteins) and was closed down at 8:59am SHARP. No exceptions!

Property is ran down a bit. Door handle was loose and falling off in the bathroom. Looks a bit like a slum lord special. Room was clean though. Worst part was that the morning person keeping the breakfast area/front counter. They were coughing all over the place with no attempt to cover their mouth. The breakfast was real sad. The owner manages or lives on site too it appeared. Way too eager to shutdown a breakfast that I’d give a 3/10 too. Really low quality items too. The bread was wrapped in plastic by hand and with that worker coughing everywhere…. No thanks. Not a lot of choices for hotels in the area but I’d advise staying in a bigger city where it’s more competitive. The ponderosa in town was on point though.

There were stains on bedding, towels, chairs, and carpet. Very little was available for breakfast. When items ran out they were not replaced. The air conditioning didn't keep the room cool enough. The fitness room was run down as well and very warm. Watercooler didn't work. Some buttons on the treadmill didn't work.

The room was a good size, and it even had a whirlpool bath in it. However, there was a musty smell in the room, and several dead bugs right inside the door. I believe these things should have been handled before we arrived.

We stayed here because we needed to be close to a nearby wedding venue, and this appeared to be the best hotel option in Hillsboro. If I were making the trip again, I would probably look for an Airbnb instead. Our first room had visible black mold in the tiled shower, so we requested a different room. The staff accommodated the request, and the second room, which had a shower insert instead of tile, was much better. Be aware that there is no elevator, so if you're assigned a room on the second floor, you'll need to carry your luggage upstairs. The pool was decent and served its purpose. However, after using the room towels after swimming, we asked the front desk for clean bath towels and were told they didn't have any available. We eventually had to find a housekeeper to get fresh towels. It's a small issue, but one that shouldn't happen. The vending machines only accepted cash, which felt outdated, and the complimentary breakfast was below average. Fresh waffles were the highlight, but the breakfast sandwiches were prepackaged, refrigerated, and had to be microwaved. Overall, this is a safe, reasonably clean place to spend the night if you're passing through or need convenient lodging in the area. I wouldn't consider it a destination hotel or somewhere I'd choose for an extended stay, but it was adequate for a single night.
