The laundry room was at the front desk. That horrible smell filled the lobby. I had no hot water for a shower. Overall I would not stay here again but in all honesty it wasn’t bad if I wasn’t looking for luxury.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. Complete little kitchen came in handy too. Check in staff all really friendly and the coffee in the morning was really good. The hotel was booked solid but I didn't hear anyone. Very happy with our stay.

The place is decent, we can't say anything about the breakfast since we ate out. Upon entering the room, the AC was at 65 which is too cold for us. The room felt muggy and damp even with the AC left on at 70 and had a smell of mildew. I spilled water on the floor and wiped it off. I looked at the tissue. It was dirty, which means the floors aren't cleaned well. The TV was dusty and the mirror had streaks, which is usually due to a dirty wipe/cloth.

Stayed here end of june wasn’t terrible but wasn’t great. Roach in the room which to be fair is common down south and it was only one. Walls thin could hear everyone around you. Had accidentally booked for june as well tried contacting expedia and the property for 2 weeks to resolve the issue and no one “could do anything”. Couldn’t get an actual person on the phone when contacting expedia. So out the money on a stay I never used.

There was a dead roach in my room. I was already in bed and didn’t mention it and threw it away before my kid seen it and freaked out but I guess it was expected being that it was an extended stay but it was last minute decision stay.

The staff was super great at check in and check out and this was the perfect spot for a night in a hotel for myself, my partner, and our dog. It was a little "dated" but nothing to complain about - just wasn\'t built in the last 5 years at all. I wish there was more at the grab and go but it did the trick for a quick breakfast on the way out - as intended. But it was clean and near the Walmart/easy access to the main highway.

Overall the property was good. The girl at the front desk attempted to be helpful but overall it was frustrating. I had booked the room about half hour before getting to the property. When I came in after 2 am from a very long drive, I was told my reservation, that I had just recently made, had been cancelled as a no show and that she could not check anyone in for at least half hour. I was told I would need to rebook at a new rate. Then I was told that the room I needed was not available. The room I had not yet checked into was no longer an option for me. It was very frustrating as I was traveling with my son an we needed the two queen beds. After half an hour of frustration, the system came back up and my reservation was available and had not been cancelled and I was ultimately able to get the room I booked at the rate I booked it. It was the unnecessary stress that I could have done without.

The location is convenient in the heart of Jacksonville with lots of dining options nearby. Overall the hotel provides good value for the price they charge. I stayed here two nights and enjoyed an easy drive to beaches on the crystal coast and Topsail Island.

Everything is very old. All the appliances in the king bedroom suite are clearly dated and very well used. I stay in a lot of hotels in Jacksonville and I would say it’s below average. Even the motel six has better quality features in the room. Just a heads up all occupants of the room have to present your ID before going into the room, regardless of the time of day and it’s not advertised on Hotels.com. So if you’re getting in late, they don’t care. Also, all the trash cans around the property looked like they hadn’t been emptied in days. The bed was relatively comfy and in terms of cleanliness it was slightly above average.

Everything is very old. All the appliances in the king bedroom suite are clearly dated and very well used. I stay in a lot of hotels in Jacksonville and I would say it’s below average. Even the motel six has better quality features in the room. Just a heads up all occupants of the room have to present your ID before going into the room, regardless of the time of day and it’s not advertised on Hotels.com. So if you’re getting in late, they don’t care. Also, all the trash cans around the property looked like they hadn’t been emptied in days. The bed was relatively comfy and in terms of cleanliness it was slightly above average.

The hotel overall was ok would I stay back at this property No, people were playing music in their rooms to loud couldn’t sleep, dogs barking throughout the night when mentioned to staff they basically told me to basically ignore it just very disappointed overall
