El personal muy amable. La habitación sin ruidos. Tan solo un pequeño contratiempo, una de las toallas de ducha estaba sucia, posiblemente se les caería o la rozaron con algo sin darse cuenta el personal de limpieza ( un pequeño detalle sin importancia ✌️)

Have stayed in Villalba at least four times in the past 7 years and always choose Hotel Galatco as my residence. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, excellent cleaning and front desk service; what more could a person ask for?

This is our second stay at Galaico in 3 months and the second time was as good as the first. Lovely welcoming staff who are happy to help with anything, comfortable and warm rooms (probably a little too warm for me but we opened the window and turned off the heating and it was fine!) We haven’t eaten in the hotel so can’t comment on the food. The housekeeping staff are very welcoming and polite. I will definite stay here again - and will likely be returning at Easter.

Quiero entender y pensar, que fue puntual y ocasional, pero la primera noche, recibí picotazos de algún tipo de insecto, mosquitos desde luego que no eran. Por lo que me cambiaron de habitación, siendo correcta el resto de noches en mi estancia.

Hotel muito boas condições em relação ao mobiliário de quarto e casa de banho. A estadia foi boa. Contudo como estávamos no 3º piso com maior exposição ao Sol havia excesso de calor não havendo uma boa climatização do quarto. Tivemos que abrir a janela e mesmo assim só durante noite arrefeceu. A casa de banho bastante boa, embora só havia duche alto. Sem hipótese de duche de telefone. O atendimento muito simpático e acolhedor. Pequeno almoço simples mas bom. Maquina das torradas fazia guincho irritante

Hotel con muy buenos alrededores y mucho ocio alrededor de él él. El único inconveniente es que el hotel está muy viejo y necesita una reforma en todas sus instalaciones sobre todo en las habitaciones. El personal agradable y me permitieron entrar a la habitación antes de la hora ya que tenían habitaciones disponibles.

Todo muy bien, menos que el aire acondicionado no echa mucho aire frío y lo apagan a media noche. Luego pagamos buffet y no nos dijeron si era para un día o para más, pero por lo demás todo muy bien y muy tranquilo.

Hotel muito boas condições em relação ao mobiliário de quarto e casa de banho. A estadia foi boa. Contudo como estávamos no 3º piso com maior exposição ao Sol havia excesso de calor não havendo uma boa climatização do quarto. Tivemos que abrir a janela e mesmo assim só durante noite arrefeceu. A casa de banho bastante boa, embora só havia duche alto. Sem hipótese de duche de telefone. O atendimento muito simpático e acolhedor. Pequeno almoço simples mas bom. Maquina das torradas fazia guincho irritante

God beliggenhed, ikke meget fancy designmæssigt men funktionelt. Venlig og professionel personale, en god bar med pænt udvalg af drikkevarer. Frokosten havde gode åbningstidspunkter men den var ikke til at råbe hurra for. Værelset var pænt og rent, badeværelset var også god men den manglede hængere til tøj og håndklæder

Todo muy bien, menos que el aire acondicionado no echa mucho aire frío y lo apagan a media noche. Luego pagamos buffet y no nos dijeron si era para un día o para más, pero por lo demás todo muy bien y muy tranquilo.

The hotel is bad need for a makeover. Furniture was right out of the 60's budget store. There was only one electrical outlet and it was at the entrance to the room at floor level. Bed was overly firm. To be fair the washroom looked to be renovated and was good and clean the main entrance facade was modern and inviting but as soon as you entered the lobby you realize that it was downhill from there. Way overpriced for what you get.

This is our second stay at Galaico in 3 months and the second time was as good as the first. Lovely welcoming staff who are happy to help with anything, comfortable and warm rooms (probably a little too warm for me but we opened the window and turned off the heating and it was fine!) We haven’t eaten in the hotel so can’t comment on the food. The housekeeping staff are very welcoming and polite. I will definite stay here again - and will likely be returning at Easter.

Have stayed in Villalba at least four times in the past 7 years and always choose Hotel Galatco as my residence. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, excellent cleaning and front desk service; what more could a person ask for?
