Es la 2a vez que nos hospedamos y volveremos. Zona de fácil aparcamiento y bien conectada para ir al centro. Junto a supermercados. Muy buen check in, habitaciones básicas pero con todo lo necesario, camas cómodas y buena climatización. Desayuno muy bueno y hasta las 12:00 en fin de semana. Zona de restauración muy buena y con música en directo los viernes. Calidad-precio inmejorable

Stayed one night en route from Santander to Southern Spain. Rooms and ensuite are good size and very clean. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. And air con worjed well. Location of hotel is good and parking was easy. There's a restaurant with limited food choices. This is an area the hotel could improve upon in my opinion. Staff friendly and helpful. We stayed on our return back home and would stay here again.

Good value for money hotel in Getafe. It's not glamorous, but one is not paying through the nose for it. There's a Lidl nearby for groceries, and an on-site bar/café. The local pan-Asian restaurant, Dragon Kitchen, is really good value for money.

Me he quedado en este hotel después de una intervención médica para estar cerca del Hospital de Getafe. El personal ha sido muy amable. El espacio común es acogedor. Las habitaciones son cómodas; agradezco que sean camas dobles de verdad, y no dos individuales juntas. El Wi-Fi va bien, lo cual se agradece mucho para ver Netflix sin problemas. Lo único que modificaría: las duchas están un poco descuidadas.

Esse jardim com mesinhas da foto não existe, ali tem um cinzeiro. Fica numa rodovia afastada, mas tem onibus. O café da manhã é incrível. Não deixe de pagar pra tê-lo. O quarto é o mínimo aceitável, por um bom custo beneficio. Carpete nojento, chuveiro minúsculo.

Room was clean and organised (missed a kettle but that’s minor) staff were all really friendly. Breakfast was nice enough. A little pricey for what it is but all cooked well and tasty. Will definitely stay again.

3 nights at Getafe Ibis Hotel. The room/s are cleaned on a daily basis, between 10:00 a.m-12/01 p.m in the afternoon. It is far from the Madrid centro, but you can take a bus/metro cercanias, as the cheapest way to get around. Ibis hotel offers food in the morning, as well as other dishes, however, bear in mind that food is available on the basis of what is requested. I had a great time and I hope to get back there again. Thank you for the warm welcome

Esperienza assolutamente positiva nulla di negativo da segnalare: vicino alla città di Madrid e quindi lontano dal chiasso , camere perfettamente insonorizzate , pulizia impeccabile, comodità del letto ineccepibile, l' unica pecca ( minima) il cigolio della porta del bagno che si notte può nuocere a chi non vi accede ma che potrà essere risolta con la minima attenzione da parte del personale

El personal de recepción súper amable y el check in muy rápido (pocos sitios dejan como aquí hacerlo a las 12:00). Entorno tranquilo, con facilidad de aparcamiento y supermercados. Habitación correcta, con todo lo necesario, limpia y exterior. Cama cómoda. Merece la pena coger desayuno (madrugadores desde las 4:00 y fin de semana hasta las 12:00). El PERO para no tener 5 estrellas es el servicio de limpieza. No pasaron a hacer la habitación ni cambiar las toallas (solo dan una de ducha por persona, no de lavabo) a pesar de estar puesto el cartel para ello desde las 11:45 y me pone de excusa la limpiadora que lo he rechazado para una causa benéfica (que no he pagado ni aceptado ni me han informado) y luego que el cartel no estaba puesto para hacer la habitación (si lo estaba y ahí seguía por la noche), que alguien le daría la vuelta dos veces (surrealista). Lo comuniqué en recepción, me dieron la razón y me pidieron disculpas. Quitando eso, merece la pena reservarlo y volver para pasar un fin de semana en Madrid. Muy buena calidad/precio

Unfortunately, the trip was not great as I emailed when I booked the room for 3 nights ahead of my trip. Requesting a travel cot (as it says available on the website), only to arrive and the front desk said they would bring one to my room and we never received. When questioned the front desk staff said they had non available and woyld find something. We had to re ask to find they had nothing (this wouldnt had been a problem if they had emailed in advance as I would have bought my own). I booked for 3 nights and left after one night stay. Unfortunate as the bar/ restaurant look good but the hotel needs to work on communication and what they are able to offer (especially being a large chain you would expect better).

I had a fantastic time at Ibis Getafe. The hotel is only a ten minute walk to the metro/train station into the city centre. Local amenities like shopping centre and restaurants also in close proximity. The service at the hotel was also excellent. The breakfast is very good as well. I would recommend to anyone looking to visit Madrid to stay at the ibis Getafe.

Suelo hospedarme en este hotel cuando voy a Getafe. Práctico y bien comunicado. Colchón muy cómodo. Lo peor, el ruido del tráfico de la autovía, que siempre está muy transitada. En habitaciones que dan al lateral o atrás, mucho mejor.

Nice hotel, located close to the motorway. We use it regularly on trips down to the Costa del Sol. Staff always friendly & helpful and there's always decent parking on the road close to the hotel.

Great little hotel, within walking distance to train/metro station and town centre. Few shops, bars and restaurants next door too. Pleasant little bar area and staff very friendly. A few changes if travelling to Madrid on the metro but Getafe is a nice little place.

Estadia boa, padrão Ibis. Localização interessante, mercado do lado, bairro tranquilo e rápido acesso a estação de trem e metrô (10min) Ponto negativo, só a calefação que faz você suar de calor e obrigou abrir a janela para conseguir dormir.

É um hotel bem longe do Centro de Madrid, mas com estação de trem e metrô proximas a ele. Tem restaurantes e mercados próximos, muito bom custo beneficio já que as hospedagens no centro são bem mais caras e as vezes nem tanto confortáveis.

En general el hotel está bien, se puede aparcar y aunque es muy grande, se descansa relativamente bien. Lo que es escandaloso son los precios del bar-restaurante (1/3 Mahou 3,25, Gin-tonic 12€, carta cena muy pobre y cara igual que el desayuno.

Room was clean and organised (missed a kettle but that’s minor) staff were all really friendly. Breakfast was nice enough. A little pricey for what it is but all cooked well and tasty. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed one night en route from Santander to Southern Spain. Rooms and ensuite are good size and very clean. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. And air con worjed well. Location of hotel is good and parking was easy. There's a restaurant with limited food choices. This is an area the hotel could improve upon in my opinion. Staff friendly and helpful. We stayed on our return back home and would stay here again.

La estancia fue todo muy bien. Tanto la cama como el servicio muy bien. Tomamos el desayuno, muy completo y buena calidad/precio, solo objetar que había mucha gente y ha sido un poco caos.

Esperienza assolutamente positiva nulla di negativo da segnalare: vicino alla città di Madrid e quindi lontano dal chiasso , camere perfettamente insonorizzate , pulizia impeccabile, comodità del letto ineccepibile, l' unica pecca ( minima) il cigolio della porta del bagno che si notte può nuocere a chi non vi accede ma che potrà essere risolta con la minima attenzione da parte del personale

Booked this last minute as needed somewhere to stay near Madrid for 4 nights. Great location. Free parking right outside the hotel, and has a Mercadona next door. 4 minute drive to the nearest Cercanías station, then only 20 minutes to the centre of Madrid. Bus stop outside hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was very quick and easy. The room was basic, but everything was extremely clean......especially the bathroom and beds. The bar and restaurant area was welcoming and great style. Loved the beanbag sofas upstairs on the mezzanine. The breakfast each morning was very good.....lots of choice, and help yourself buffet. Would 100% recommend the hotel, and will definitely stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay in the Ibis. There is nothing but good things to say about it. The staff were excellent, the room was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good too . We would not hesitate to book again.

The hotel is not fancy, but the rooms have everything that you need, and the breakfast downstairs was decent. The restaurant has a nice relaxed vibe and the stafff is friendly and helpful. This is an excellent budget hotel and I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
