La cena incluída es muy básica: 3 primeros y 3 segundos a elegir, sin incluir la bebida. El desayuno de 10. A mitad de precio, le hubiera puesto un 10 a todo, pero por casi 500 euros 1 noche 3 personas..... muy normalito.

Fuimos el fin de semana y cogimos el circuito termal interno y el exterior con las cuevas. Todo bien, igual el circuito interior un poco masificado. La comida estupenda, el personal atento, tuvimos un problema y nos ayudaron en recepción ofreciéndonos hielo y un poco de gel frio. Muy de agradecer.

Important note: this might be a cultural difference, but the inclusive spa visit makes flip-flops AND swimming cap mandatory - if you don’t have your own upon arrival the hotel requires you to purchase both from the spa reception. This is an excellent property in the Picos de Europa park. The best reason to book this hotel are the hot springs. You get one 40 minute session per night which is very relaxing after a day of hiking. These are natural hot springs flowing from the outside, with many different water massage areas, as well as a sauna, steam room, onsen, whirlpool and cold rinsing pool. They also have along outdoor pool if you want to swim. The second reason is the location. You are between Fuente De and Poncebos. There is no better location to reach each of these in 1 hour, plus Potes, Sotres and Bulnes. Covadonga lakes are another 30 min, but beware private cars cannot go to Covadonga. You need to leave your car at a parking lot and they have taxis to take you the rest of the way. Besides location and hot springs, the hotel is very good, comfortable bed, excellent staff and great breakfast. They don’t have a coffee/tea kettle in the room. You need to buy that at the bar, but the waiter brought it all the way to my room. I would only say that they need to completely renovate the bathrooms, they are very old

Beautiful setting in a limestone gorge with a river flowing through it. Better than a white noise machine! There are hiking and mountaineering trails in the immediate vicinity. As a vegan, I appreciated that they included both a vegan and vegetarian option on the dinner menu. The thermal pools and the baths (balneario) were lovely. Don’t forget your bathing cap!

Nos ha gustado bastante poder disfrutar en pareja este momento Pero es verdad que algunas cosas personalmente mejoraría En el circuito sacaría una hora adult, para que los que vayan en parejas o los adultos puedan estar sin niños Luego lo de plus de nocturnidad para las cuevas exteriores… Y con pensión completa no entra bebidas, y pone que agua, vino de la casa y pan si… pero bueno Por lo demás una experiencia increíble, las habitaciones son una maravilla, desde la cama que es lo más cómodo que he probado en muchos años, hasta la habitación que es perfecta Tuvieron en cuenta que mi pareja era celiaca desde que se lo dijimos en el primer momento y en cada comida teníamos al camarero ofreciéndonos alternativas y trayéndonos productos que no estaban en carta para ella, por ello un 10/10 a los camareros que eran de lo mejor! El circuito, está muy bien, pero lo que he comentado antes lo mejoraría cantidad, ya que la última media hora, aunque hay un cartel que pone no bucear, había 4-5 niños jugando a salpicarse y a bucear 😅 La cueva es una maravilla es súper romántica y muy recomendado Me quede con las ganas de coger algún masaje, pero estuvimos viendo las instalaciones y tenía pinta muy pero que muy chula, espero poder volver y quitarme esa espinita Grabe la experiencia para YouTube así que próximamente subiré un videos hablando del viaje, que por supuesto recomendare encantadamente

Alles in Allem war es gemessen an der Hotelkategorie ok. Das Zimmer war gut. In den Betten konnten wir gut schlafen. Das Gesamtkonzept mit Spa Bereich ist sehr gut. Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders im Hallenbad Bereich müsste mal was für den Korrosionsschutz getan werden und anschließend ein Maler seine Arbeit verrichten. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge und Wanderung ideal.

La estancia ha sido excelente. Todo muy bonito y el servicio del personal muy profesional. Las instalaciones en relación con la calidad que se espera de este tipo de hoteles. El circuito termal maravilloso. Las termas nocturnas una experiencia genial. Lo único negativo es la falta de alumbrado en el recorrido de dichas termas ke dificultan un poco l avisivilidad para moverse en medio de la noche. Mi consejo es que deberian pensar en señalizar mejor el recorrido con algún tipo de luz indirecta. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Tiene habitaciones grandes y muy limpias. Te dejan un albornoz para bajar al balneario. El balneario tiene muchos tipos de saunas y la piscina, los chorros y en general todo muy bien. Nos alojamos especialmente por el balneario y las piscinas termales exteriores, no nos defraudaron. La habitación necesita actualizaciones, la habitación era triple y para la cama extra había que subir unas escaleras complicadas. El aseo necesita reforma, poca iluminación, bañera, etc.

Hotel is netjes, maar gedateerd. Dat is overigens best leuk voor een of een paar nachten. Het diner was een grote teleurstelling, echt niet lekker. Wordt waarschijnlijk ‘s middags gekookt en ‘s avonds uit warmhoudbakken opgeschept. Gaarkeuken idee. Omdat er niks in de buurt is zonder de auto te moeten gebruiken, ben je tot dit eten veroordeeld. Echt heel jammer, anders zouden we het hotel zeker aanraden.

En general la estancia fue satisfactoria. El desayuno un poco limitado para u hotel de 4 estrellas. La cena, con un menú cerrado está bastante bien, ya que cuidan los detalles. En relación a la amabilidad del personal, podrían ser un poco más amables y empatizar más con el huésped, especial atención al personal de recepción, era un poco frío y distante. En cuanto a la habitación, una reforma de los baños no vendría mal. El grifo de la bañera no funcionaba correctamente, era prácticamente imposible regular la temperatura del agua, de repente salía fría como te quemabas la piel y se notaba el paso del tiempo. En cuanto al sistema de acceso a la habitación, disponer todavía de llave y un llavero grande madera con los tiempos que corren... y más cuando tienes actividades como el Spa o la cueva nocturna que tienes que ir con la llave y el llavero por todas las instalaciones con el riesgo de perder la llave o que otro usuario pueda acceder a tu habitación. El entorno es muy tranquilo e ideal para desconectar.

Soy cliente hace años y en esta ocasión la habitación era peor q en otras ocasiones. La 316. No tenía bañera y se escuchaba el ruido de extracción de humos. Además en el baño la ducha estaba muy baja no siendo cómoda para una persona de 170 cms. El grifo del lavabo está un pco suelto y se mueve. This is an excellent property in the Picos de Europa park. The best reason to book this hotel are the hot springs. You get one 40 minute session per night which is very relaxing after a day of hiking. These are natural hot springs flowing from the outside, with many different water massage areas, as well as a sauna, steam room, onsen, whirlpool and cold rinsing pool. They also have along outdoor pool if you want to swim. The second reason is the location. You are between Fuente De and Poncebos. There is no better location to reach each of these in 1 hour, plus Potes, Sotres and Bulnes. Covadonga lakes are another 30 min, but beware private cars cannot go to Covadonga. You need to leave your car at a parking lot and they have taxis to take you the rest of the way. Besides location and hot springs, the hotel is very good, comfortable bed, excellent staff and great breakfast. They don’t have a coffee/tea kettle in the room. En general la estancia fue satisfactoria. El desayuno un poco limitado para u hotel de 4 estrellas. La cena, con un menú cerrado está bastante bien, ya que cuidan los detalles. En relación a la amabilidad del personal, podrían ser un poco más amables y empatizar más con el huésped, especial atención al personal de recepción, era un poco frío y distante. En cuanto a la habitación, una reforma de los baños no vendría mal. El grifo de la bañera no funcionaba correctamente, era prácticamente imposible regular la temperatura del agua, de repente salía fría como te quemabas la piel y se notaba el paso del tiempo. En cuanto al sistema de acceso a la habitación, disponer todavía de llave y un llavero grande madera con los tiempos que corren... y más cuando tienes actividades como el Spa o la cueva nocturna que tienes que ir con la llave y el llavero por todas las instalaciones con el riesgo de perder la llave o que otro usuario pueda acceder a tu habitación. El entorno es muy tranquilo e ideal para desconectar.

Fuimos el fin de semana y cogimos el circuito termal interno y el exterior con las cuevas. Todo bien, igual el circuito interior un poco masificado. La comida estupenda, el personal atento, tuvimos un problema y nos ayudaron en recepción ofreciéndonos hielo y un poco de gel frio. Muy de agradecer.

Nos ha gustado bastante poder disfrutar en pareja este momento Pero es verdad que algunas cosas personalmente mejoraría En el circuito sacaría una hora adult, para que los que vayan en parejas o los adultos puedan estar sin niños Luego lo de plus de nocturnidad para las cuevas exteriores… Y con pensión completa no entra bebidas, y pone que agua, vino de la casa y pan si… pero bueno Por lo demás una experiencia increíble, las habitaciones son una maravilla, desde la cama que es lo más cómodo que he probado en muchos años, hasta la habitación que es perfecta Tuvieron en cuenta que mi pareja era celiaca desde que se lo dijimos en el primer momento y en cada comida teníamos al camarero ofreciéndonos alternativas y trayéndonos productos que no estaban en carta para ella, por ello un 10/10 a los camareros que eran de lo mejor! El circuito, está muy bien, pero lo que he comentado antes lo mejoraría cantidad, ya que la última media hora, aunque hay un cartel que pone no bucear, había 4-5 niños jugando a salpicarse y a bucear 😅 La cueva es una maravilla es súper romántica y muy recomendado Me quede con las ganas de coger algún masaje, pero estuvimos viendo las instalaciones y tenía pinta muy pero que muy chula, espero poder volver y quitarme esa espinita Grabe la experiencia para YouTube así que próximamente subiré un videos hablando del viaje, que por supuesto recomendare encantadamente

You need to leave your car at a parking lot and they have taxis to take you the rest of the way. Besides location and hot springs, the hotel is very good, comfortable bed, excellent staff and great breakfast. They don’t have a coffee/tea kettle in the room. You need to buy that at the bar, but the waiter brought it all the way to my room. I would only say that they need to completely renovate the bathrooms, they are very old

Beautiful setting in a limestone gorge with a river flowing through it. Better than a white noise machine! There are hiking and mountaineering trails in the immediate vicinity. As a vegan, I appreciated that they included both a vegan and vegetarian option on the dinner menu. The thermal pools and the baths (balneario) were lovely. Don’t forget your bathing cap!

Hotel is netjes, maar gedateerd. Dat is overigens best leuk voor een of een paar nachten. Het diner was een grote teleurstelling, echt niet lekker. En general la estancia fue satisfactoria. El desayuno un poco limitado para u hotel de 4 estrellas. La cena, con un menú cerrado está bastante bien, ya que cuidan los detalles. En relación a la amabilidad del personal, podrían ser un poco más amables y empatizar más con el huésped, especial atención al personal de recepción, era un poco frío y distante. En cuanto a la habitación, una reforma de los baños no vendría mal. El grifo de la bañera no funcionaba correctamente, era prácticamente imposible regular la temperatura del agua, de repente salía fría como te quemabas la piel y se notaba el paso del tiempo. En cuanto al sistema de acceso a la habitación, disponer todavía de llave y un llavero grande madera con los tiempos que corren... y más cuando tienes actividades como el Spa o la cueva nocturna que tienes que ir con la llave y el llavero por todas las instalaciones con el riesgo de perder la llave o que otro usuario pueda acceder a tu habitación. El entorno es muy tranquilo e ideal para desconectar.

Alles in Allem war es gemessen an der Hotelkategorie ok. Das Zimmer war gut. In den Betten konnten wir gut schlafen. Das Gesamtkonzept mit Spa Bereich ist sehr gut. Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders im Hallenbad Bereich müsste mal was für den Korrosionsschutz getan werden und anschließend ein Maler seine Arbeit verrichten. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge und Wanderung ideal.

You get one 40 minute session per night which is very relaxing after a day of hiking. These are natural hot springs flowing from the outside, with many different water massage areas, as well as a sauna, steam room, onsen, whirlpool and cold rinsing pool. They also have along outdoor pool if you want to swim. The second reason is the location. You are between Fuente De and Poncebos. Soy cliente hace años y en esta ocasión la habitación era peor q en otras ocasiones. La 316. No tenía bañera y se escuchaba el ruido de extracción de humos. Además en el baño la ducha estaba muy baja no siendo cómoda para una persona de 170 cms. El grifo del lavabo está un pco suelto y se mueve. The bed linen/towels were clean and I had a comfortable sleep but the room was grubby, with scuff marks on the walls and furniture, and crumbs/dust/hair in drawers and in the corners of the seats. The room we stayed in was badly in need of an upgrade, I’m not sure about the rest of the hotel. There was also no kettle/coffee maker in the room so we had to go to reception/cafeteria to get hot water for drinks. The indoor spa was decent but could also do with a deep clean and was very busy. I did not use the outdoor one. There is a public hot spring right at the entrance to the hotel if you climb down to the river and this was my favourite part of our stay, and you don’t need to pay for it. Breakfast was decent. Fresh fruit, cheeses etc and they make you eggs or omelette fresh. There was only one waiter on for breakfast and it seemed like a lot of work for one person. The check in experience was not great. We had to ask about breakfast time, were given a spa time without consultation, and it was just not the friendliest. No information in the room either. There is a beautiful riverside walk starting from the hotel but we just found it ourselves, there was no mention of it. You have to pay for parking at the hotel -€15 a night. We parked 400m down the road in a free car park instead. Would probably not recommend staying in this hotel but they do seem to be upgrading part of it so it might improve. The lift broke the morning of check out so had to carry cases downstairs.

Fuimos el fin de semana y cogimos el circuito termal interno y el exterior con las cuevas. Todo bien, igual el circuito interior un poco masificado. La comida estupenda, el personal atento, tuvimos un problema y nos ayudaron en recepción ofreciéndonos hielo y un poco de gel frio. Muy de agradecer.
