Refugio termal soberbo en las cercanías de Santander, con un entorno tranquilo, excelente desayuno con mucha variedad, habitaciones largas y con cama confortable y buen ambiente. El circuito de termas es muy completo y merece la pena.

Comfortable and elegant hotel with access to stylish outdoor pool and thermal bath included. Our pet dog was welcomed but not allowed in the dining room or by the outdoor pool - OK in summer when you can eat on the patio. Short drive from Solares to Santander.

Hotel in centro al paese facilmente raggiungibile . Il parcheggio lascia un po a desiderare ed e' lontano dall' entrata. La piscina e grande e bella ma bisogna prenotare il proprio turno .

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de deux nuits.L'hotêl est impeccable, très propre et parfaitement entretenu.La piscine thermale est très agréable, un vrai moment de détente.Mention spéciale pour le bain romain à faire au moins une fois, 45 euros, mais cela vaut le détour. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est excellent : très varié, avec des produits de qualité, notamment les produits laitiers de la Ermita. Un autre point positif est que l’hôtel accepte les chiens, ce qui est un vrai plus pour les voyageurs avec animaux. En revanche, il serait appréciable que l'hôtel soit plus strict concernant les propriétaires laissant leurs chiens aboyer dans les chambres, cela peut nuire au calme et au confort des autres clients. Concernant la partie restaurant, nous avons un peu été déçus. Les portions sont petites, ce qui est dommage au vu du standing de l'établissement. Steak tartare servi sans aucun accompagnement par exemple. Malgré ces points d'amélioration, notre séjour reste très agréable et reposant. Merci au personnel très attentifs.

Warm welcome to this comfortable hotel. We travelled with our dog and we’re made to feel very welcome and a dog bed and dishes were in our room on arrival. We were asked for EUR 150 room deposit as we had our pet with us and this was credited to our room charge on check out once the room had been checked for no damage. The terrace is closed mid week so no option to dine outdoors. We chose room service which was distinctly average and therefore not good value. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was excellent. Main pool area is attractive but pool not well kept … lovely gardens to walk in close proximity. ELV users - there are 2 11KW Iberdrola chargers in the underground car park (no signal in car park so have to stand outside door!) sadly neither we’re working - be warned! We did report this to Iberdrola who were aware of issue but hotel reception claimed they knew nothing!

La chambre supérieure avec terrasse donne sur la rue, mais elle est grande ( plus de 20m2) avec fauteuils et canapés confortables, mais pas de chaises longues. Literie exceptionnelle, insonorisation remarquable. Salle de bain bien achalandée qui serait top si l'on avait où accrocher les confortables peignoirs fournis avec les chouettes mules spéciales balnéo. Choisir de préférence une chambre au 3 ème etage pour le confort visuel et sonore. L'accueil à la réception et le service en général sont également vraiment excellents. La piscine avec l'espace balnéo est belle et bien équipée (16/20) mais moins bien qu'à l'hôtel de la même chaîne thermale à El Burgo de Osma (20/20) qui mérite le détour. Le massage spécial '' solarès'' au spa est tout simplement fabuleux: il est incontournable ( je suis un assidu des massages et sais de quoi il en retourne) et d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Le seul bémol de ce bel ensemble est le restaurant, entre pas bon et mauvais,... et hors de prix! Fuyez, et traversez la rue : à 30m allez dîner à la tienda de pedro Garcia on y mange très bien dans un cadre très sympa. Enfin, il vaut mieux prendre une place payante pour le parking couvert sécurisé ( 12 euros)qui donne accès aux chambres plutôt que dehors, très mal situé. Pour en finir avec une nouvelle bonne note: 19/20 au petit déjeuner buffet digne d'un excellent 5 étoiles ( j'en ai fréquenté quelque uns et cette note est méritée)

One day room was not clean, bed not maid,, no towels etc. The said I hung a do not disturb sign out, not so. Had to wait 2 hours to have room cleaned. Otherwise a good stay. I think someone fibbed. A Higuera

I love this hotel, we visit every year. It is very relaxing, the pools are great and the indoor thermal pool is amazing. Spa service is very good also. Food is fantastic, staff are very professional and friendly. The service in the bar/cafe can be very slow. The bedrooms are very old and really need to be renovated, they smell of damp and are very dusty. It is a shame as the rest of the hotel is absolutely lovely.

Overall this is a nice hotel. The thermal pool is excellent! The 40 euro spa is nice, but not worth 40 euros. Our air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived and they came within the hour to fix it. Fun fact: the hotel turns off the air conditioning from 0200 to 0600 ish, so if you wake up warm, that’s why.

Well located for access to Santander sea port. Beautiful building and quiet location that welcomed our dog for €19 (€150 deposit refunded on check out) Pros: . Secure underground parking free of charge . Quality and quantity of breakfast included in the rate . Room size . Bathroom size and complimentary spa quality shower gel, shampoo, conditioner etc. . Quiet . Pet friendly . Local restaurants and supermarket within walking distance . Pleasant bar area … able to sit on the terrace with our dog Cons : . Room service has limited menu and is not served until 2030 hours Biggest Con: . Air conditioning is switched off centrally between the hours of 0100 and 0700 The biggest con spoiled our stay as the room was over hot and we were unable to sleep.

Overall this is a nice hotel. The thermal pool is excellent! The 40 euro spa is nice, but not worth 40 euros. Our air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived and they came within the hour to fix it. Fun fact: the hotel turns off the air conditioning from 0200 to 0600 ish, so if you wake up warm, that’s why.

I love this hotel, we visit every year. It is very relaxing, the pools are great and the indoor thermal pool is amazing. Spa service is very good also. Food is fantastic, staff are very professional and friendly. The service in the bar/cafe can be very slow. The bedrooms are very old and really need to be renovated, they smell of damp and are very dusty. It is a shame as the rest of the hotel is absolutely lovely.

Le petit-déjeuner buffet est excellent : très varié, avec des produits de qualité, notamment les produits laitiers de la Ermita. Un autre point positif est que l’hôtel accepte les chiens, ce qui est un vrai plus pour les voyageurs avec animaux. En revanche, il serait appréciable que l'hôtel soit plus strict concernant les propriétaires laissant leurs chiens aboyer dans les chambres, cela peut nuire au calme et au confort des autres clients. Warm welcome to this comfortable hotel. We travelled with our dog and we’re made to feel very welcome and a dog bed and dishes were in our room on arrival. We were asked for EUR 150 room deposit as we had our pet with us and this was credited to our room charge on check out once the room had been checked for no damage. The terrace is closed mid week so no option to dine outdoors. We chose room service which was distinctly average and therefore not good value. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was excellent. Main pool area is attractive but pool not well kept … lovely gardens to walk in close proximity. ELV users - there are 2 11KW Iberdrola chargers in the underground car park (no signal in car park so have to stand outside door!) sadly neither we’re working - be warned! We did report this to Iberdrola who were aware of issue but hotel reception claimed they knew nothing!

La chambre supérieure avec terrasse donne sur la rue, mais elle est grande ( plus de 20m2) avec fauteuils et canapés confortables, mais pas de chaises longues. Literie exceptionnelle, insonorisation remarquable. Salle de bain bien achalandée qui serait top si l'on avait où accrocher les confortables peignoirs fournis avec les chouettes mules spéciales balnéo. Choisir de préférence une chambre au 3 ème etage pour le confort visuel et sonore. L'accueil à la réception et le service en général sont également vraiment excellents. La piscine avec l'espace balnéo est belle et bien équipée (16/20) mais moins bien qu'à l'hôtel de la même chaîne thermale à El Burgo de Osma (20/20) qui mérite le détour. Le massage spécial '' solarès'' au spa est tout simplement fabuleux: il est incontournable ( je suis un assidu des massages et sais de quoi il en retourne) et d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Le seul bémol de ce bel ensemble est le restaurant, entre pas bon et mauvais,... et hors de prix! Fuyez, et traversez la rue : à 30m allez dîner à la tienda de pedro Garcia on y mange très bien dans un cadre très sympa. Enfin, il vaut mieux prendre une place payante pour le parking couvert sécurisé ( 12 euros)qui donne accès aux chambres plutôt que dehors, très mal situé. Pour en finir avec une nouvelle bonne note: 19/20 au petit déjeuner buffet digne d'un excellent 5 étoiles ( j'en ai fréquenté quelque uns et cette note est méritée)
