Very good comfortable hotel, situated within 20 mins of the Bilbao ferry port and right beside the world heritage site hanging bridge.The hotel also has a secure parking garage at a cost of 19 euros a night. The rooms are large and comfortable,we had one looking over the river. There are no coffee making facilities in the room but there is a free machine in the lobby.Breakfast is adequate. I would definitely stay here again.

Surprise little hotel in a great location. We weren't sure how this hotel near Bilbao was going to work out, but the location was outstanding, and very interesting. Easy access to Bilbao. Highy recommend it. The hotel restaurant was a little lacking, but there were many other food options.

Saubere Zimmer, Rezeption immer erreichbar und Personal ist super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Beide Restaurants waren auch sehr gut und selbst wenn es eine Sprachbarriere gab wurde nie aufgegeben, sondern jemand gesucht der übersetzen kann. Hotelbar auch super, tolle Bierauswahl und der Wermuth ist wirklich klasse!

Chaotic start to our stay when we could not access the hotel parking garage.A film crew was using the hotel as a location and their security had taped off the entrance to the garage.Bizarrely the hotel receptionist was completely unaware of the inaccessibility.We managed to park in a nearby public multi storey car park which only cost €7.50/day compared to €19 at the hotel. We had a river view room which was spacious & the view of the bridge & river is spectacular. There are extremely limited evening dining options in the area.We were lucky to get a table in the hotel bar as it was busy and chaotic.I had not been advised at check in that booking in advance was advisable and we were not given any information about breakfast. The hotel is a convenient 15 minute drive from the ferry port at Bilbao but quite a distance from the city centre.Be aware the area behind the hotel is extremely hilly and the nearest train station is 500m away, if you are arriving by public transport & have a lot of luggage.It is a lovely hotel but I feel the staff could do with further customer service training.

Hotel tem um ótimo café da manhã com atendentes boas e simpáticas. É um hotel mal conservado, com carpete sujo e móveis lascados e com alguns quartos em situação de baixa conservação: cortinas caídas, banheiro com teto mofado e uma banheira pequena, desnecessária que poderia ter nos derrubado durante o banho. Sem espelho de aumento para maquiagem e pouco espaço pra 2 malas. Esse hotel não merece, atualmente, a condição de Boutique Hotel!

Great location, outside of city centre but easily accessible via train. Great local area, lots of bars, restaurants etc. The restaurant in the hotel is also fantastic and excellent service is provided. Rooms are spacious and clean and worth paying extra for a view of the bridge.

Hôtel très agréable avec une superbe vue. Attention, du fait de sa situation très proche des bars il faut absolument prendre une chambre avec vue sur la rivière pour se protéger du bruit la nuit. Les chambres avec balcon sont un vrai plus, quel plaisir de se prélasser en regardant le transbordeur. Pour la voiture le parking public couvert est à 2 pas et facture 12 € les 24 heures.

Unser Zimmer war geräumig und ansprechend, es hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf den Nervion und die beeindruckende Schwebefähre Puente Bizkaia (Weltkulturerbe). Da an Flusspromenade keine Autos fahren dürfen, war es dort schön ruhig. Das Frühstücksbüffet war ausgezeichnet, das Personal sehr freundlich, die Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt. Das Hotel hat Stil und Klasse, der Preis ist angemessen.

One of the most amazing places I’ve stayed. Try to book the river view is totally worth it. The city view not so much. On weekends you may hear people on their normal routines which is quite interesting. Wear ear plugs if light sleeper. LOVED IT!

El hotel esta bien ubicado y es bonito, no obstante lo anterior habíamos reservado desayuno para las 9 y 30. Nos ubicaron en una mesa y mientas fuimos a tomar el desayuno otra huésped tomo la mesa y la mesera nos ubico en otra, en ese momento otra huesped muy grosera dijo que era su mesa y a pesar que ya estabamos sentados se hizo en nuestra mesa y la mesera nos pidio movernos de nuevo. Cancele el desayuno para mi familia pues la verdad me senti maltratado y sin apoyo del personal del hotel. A pesar de lo bonito, nunca volveremos con mi familia
