A little out on a limb but super gardens and whilst between motorways the hotel is well soundproofed. 15 minutes drive from beautiful Burgos and ideally positioned for motorways to travel to/from Santander. The hotel is friendly and the bedrooms finished to a super standard even down to the big white fluffy towels. Popular with coach parties (and there was a wedding when we stayed) but the hotel cater for the groups remarkably without affecting service and standard to other guests. Electric Vehicle charging available and new banks of Iberdrola stations soon to be unveiled. Another plus for us is that the hotel is dog friendly so our much loved girl could stay too.

We had an evening meal and breakfast which were great. There is loads of free parking with some electric car charging points. Dogs are welcome too. Would 100% recommend for a stopover.

Very disappointed as on arrival all 6 electric vehicle charge points were out of order … Please be advised that the hotel does not put the air conditioning on until 1 June. It was explained all hotels in Burgos are the same as Burgos is a very cold city. The room temperature was 28 degrees + … and for reference not ALL hotels in Burgos have the same practice . I understand the eco friendliness / cost saving but in the same breath the temperature in May is not always the same and this year was blazing. The standard rooms are in a sorry condition so recommend upgrading to the refurbished room for a very small supplement The hotel does not have room service and the restaurant does not serve food until 8pm. During the day only coffee and cake are available for all and there is no fridge/in room refreshments. The hotel is well positioned for the motorway network as well as only 10 minutes drive in to beautiful Burgos. It is used by coach companies are their transit hotel so expect bus loads … for which reception is not equipped nor staffed for. The coach parties eat in a separate dining area for breakfast. The small breakfast room is well stocked and tables cleared efficiently. Overall the heat in the rooms would stop us staying here again as we were unable to sleep as due to the location of the hotel if you open a window it’s like sleeping on the motorway.

The car chargers are in the basement so need to pay for locked parking to access. Although new ones outside are in the process of being installed. App seems to work for Spain residence only not UK. But hotel used their app to give me a complimentary charge as i paid for carpark 19.50 euros.

Tres belle hotel, confortable avec un petit parc pour nos amis les chiens. Chambre de bonne dimension, tres bonne literie, propre et bien équipée. Superbe petit dejeuner sous forme de buffet, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Parking pour les vehicules couverts et decouverts. Hotel a proximité des grands axes routiers. Petit bémol, supplement de 17 euros pour le chien non precisé sur leur site WEB.

La habitación recién reformada. Decoración moderna. Nada que ver con el resto del hotel (recepción, etc) Las camas muy cómodas y con sábanas muy agradables El personal normal. Tiene cafeteria para desayunar en caso de no contratar buffet. La limpieza bien, aunque el lavabo tenía gotas de maquillaje sin limpiar. El entorno. Para lo que lo queríamos nosotros, que era dormir...suficiente. Es un hotel que está en la carretera...pero en la habitación no hay ruido. Pero en general, me sorprendió gratamente. A unos 15 min del centro de Burgos. Recomendable

personnel bien aimable et sympathique chambres correctes salles de bain un peu veillottes mais propres ( un accroche serviettes au niveau de la porte ne serait pas du luxe on s'arrête tous les ans en descendant au Portugal c'est a mi chemin le point négatif c'est mal isolé vers les couloirs et que c'est un peu bruyant mais ca c'est les voisins que ne respectent pas le repos des autres mais a partir de de minuit on entend plus rien !! les repas au restaurant sont excellents et le petit déjeuner aussi!!

Sejour décevant, Trop bruyant, propreté sommaire: grille de ventilation sale, grille de climatiseur sale, interrupteur sale, pommeaux de douche vétuste, tuyau de douche cassé, un rouleaux de papier wc pour 3 personnes, pas de brosse pour nettoyer le fond des wc et location d'une chambre pour 3 personnes de 35 m2 mais en vérité chambre de 22m2 pour 2 personnes avec rajout d'un lit supplémentaire pour la 3ème personne.

Lovely hotel and very well set up for families with dogs. Room was large and modern and well designed. Loved the extra door between the main hall and bedroom as it kept the dogs calmer from corridor noise. Restaurant in the evening was lovely too. We hope to be back soon.

The hotel was rather noisy and our room was above the breakfast area. The bacon would have been nice if it was hot. Even the fresh bacon out of the kitchen was cold. The staff in the evening restaurant were very good and friendly.

Horrible place, the hotel was almost empty but they kept assigning rooms one next to each other for some reason, and they were not isolated at all. I could hear the room next to mine as if I was sleeping with them (snoring, flatulence, etc...). The shower did not work properly and the water had no pressure. It was extremely hot in the room.

Hotel itself is nice and clean. Rooms are way too hot and air conditioner doesnt work. Window only opens a tiny bit, so you cant get air from outside. The hotel used giant flood lights in the car park to illuminate the building which makes it impossible to sleep. If the goal of a hotel is to provide a restful sleep for guests, this one misses the mark completely.

The hotel had character and was unusual interior design but pleasant . Receptionist in arrival could have been more welcoming . Rest if staff were excellent. Our room was good but Odear you could hear the people in the next rooms very clearly and when they used bathroom it was as though they were using ours so rooms could do with better sound proofing. But we had a pleasant stay and would stay again as very convenient to break our journey to Santander.

Een perfect hotel voor een overnachting onderweg. De check-in verliep snel en vriendelijk, en het personeel was attent en gastvrij. Het eten is prima voor een eenvoudige maaltijd na een lange reis. Et lidt uvenligt personale. Der var varmt på værelset, og jeg forstod ikke regulatoren. Jeg bad om hjælp i receptionen, men manden dér svarede “I don’t know”, vente ryggen til og gik. Den generelle følelse var, at man følte sig lidt i vejen.

This hotel is a convenient stopping over pojnt when we travel from the UK to southern Spain. There is a good area at the side of the hotel where the dogs can let off steam. However, on our last two stays there has been a lot of rubbish on the grassy area, which spoils the overall experience. Natalia on reception was top notch!

Hotel very convenient if you are travelling from UK to southern Spain. Just off the AP7 but not noisy. Room very clean and comfortable. Fabulous shower and towels. Staff friendly and possible to have a good value meal in restaurant. Will certainly stay again.
