The reception staff was very rude. Taking into account they are in the hospitality business, this attitude was the first in our extensive experience. We had a delayed itinerary and arrived to the hotel around 22:30 hoping that the statement on the website stayed true: "If you arrive before breakfast service begins, you can order a packed lunch to go, and if your arrival is after the dinner service has closed, we can provide a cold supper upon request." The reception lady just said everything is closed, everything around the facilities also. There was not a sight attempt to help the tired customers - provide alternative, ideas, compassion. Nothing. She was in fact quite annoyed with our presence in the hotel.

This was a wonderful night's stay. The staff are friendly, very helpful and multilingual. We had our cats with us and staff stored our elderly cat's medication in the kitchen refrigerator and ice packs in freezer. The hotel has an underground parking which we used for an additional fee, which made carrying the cats and cat paraphernalia up to the room. The hotel's restaurant stayed open late and the food was good.
