Me tocó la hab n•9, muy descuidada la verdad, la manija de la puerta rota, el espejo de la puerta del closet roto, el techo descamado de la humedad, no había chanclas y tampoco agua caliente en la ducha! Un desastre

Fuyez, hôtel impersonnel où on vous reçoit dehors par le biais d’un interphone ! Et pour vous signifiez qu’au bout du compte il y a eu un problème technique et qu’ils n’ont pas de chambre pour vous alors même que vous vous êtes enregistrés ! Oubliez les photos et choisissez un autre hôtel je vous assure c’est le mieux que je puisse vous conseiller

I expect some will love it, some will have a problem with it, we loved it. No reception staff, you may need to remind them to send you the code to get in. Easy to contact. Breakfast lovely, views amazing, location within 3 mins walk of the restaurants in the village. We walked each day into Port de Soller and caught the bus back. Would definitely stay here again. We were in Room 9, what an amazing view we had.

Quarto espaçoso, uma bela vista para as montanhas, café da manhã honesto. Pouco negativo: não tem recepção, a recepção é eletrônica e isso deixa tudo mais lento e menos humano

No reception and feels more like an AirBnB than a hotel. The breakfast was very disappointing. Our AC did not work, and we had to be given a different room for one night. They contacted us and said the AC was fixed, which was not true. We were put in yet another room for 2 nights, after speaking with the owner, who was kind and helpful. The last night they did not have a room for us, and we asked for refund and found another hotel. Despite contacting them several times, no refund for the last night was issued and they don’t get back to us. All communication or the lack of it, was through whats app. The staff did not contacting us about anything, we always had to ask about updates, not knowing where we could sleep that night. I don’t understand you can call it a hotel and not even have a reception. Defiantly not 4 stars. More 3 max. The area is beautiful and with good restaurant. Very small and hilly, can be difficult to find parking.
