Kom til et værelse som ikke var rengjort, der lå hår fra tidliger gæster. Den ene stol på terrassen var istykker. Jeg gik i receptionen og sagde det, de skiftede stolen. Men rengøringen kom først 2 dage efter. Sengene var feltsenge med en rimelig dog hård madras ovenpå. Der blev ikke,skiftet sengetøj i de 6 dage vi var på hotellet på trods af varmen. Der var alt for mange regler vedr. All.incl. og ikke alt var inkluderet... Det var ikke muligt at få kaffe hele døgnet feks. Hotellet havde beskrevet sig som et hotel med " Adult Recommended" men Der var underholdning til børn lige fra legestue til musikunderholdning om aftenen. I’ve stayed at this hotel on five occasions. The staff at Pineda Palace are amazing, they can’t do enough for you and it’s like visiting your family. The down sides to the hotel are all the rooms have single beds and the pool is more of a dip pool rather than one you can swim in properly - lovely view though as it’s on the rooftop. there’s a lot of partying noise that comes from the street out front at night (not the hotel’s fault, just silly drunk people). The buffet style food is nice but repetitive and not a lot of choice for veggie/vegans although there is always salad, chips and bread at both lunchtime and evenings. We did ask for oat milk at breakfast this visit as it’s been available before but ended up buying our own after two days of asking. All the staff are so lovely though that the oat milk thing is a minor moan.

We were a family of 3. The hotel's location is excellent, right by the beach and 10 minutes walk from the centre of the small town of Pineda. We chose the bed and breakfast option and were extremely happy with the variety of food available. There are options for everyone's taste and dietary needs. Our only disappointment was the swimming pool, which is very small and does not allow people to swim. Although the sea is just in front of the hotel, it is also good to have the option of swimming. The description of the swimming pool should be made more accurate in the website, or the photos need to be more realistic, as they are presented in a way that don't reflect the real size.

Nos tocó una habitación con vistas a un patio interior osea fatal, el buffet es malísimo no tiene apenas variedad y lo que hay no es de muy buena calidad. Lo único bueno era el personal que son muy amables y los chicos que hacen los espetaculos y juegos súper simpáticos.

The restaurant staff were particularly hard working and pleasant, also the room cleaning staff. The bedrooms were generous in size, but the shower cubicles (Douche) were only suitable for VERY slim adults! The gentleman at Reception (Manager?) was well informed and helpful. However, NO ENGLISH LANGUAGE television! The hotel is better suited for German and French speaking guests. What a pity.

Cuando llegamos, en el suelo del baño había pelos y pasta de dientes. Lo comentamos en recepción y, a parte de compensároslo, nos volvieron a limpiar el baño, a pesar de que ya lo habíamos utilizado nosotros.

Bonjour notre séjour a été satisfaisant. Le personnel est accueillant et à l’écoute des demandes qui lui sont faites. L’hôtel est très convenable même si il est vieillissant. La salle de bain n’est pas commode, cabine de douche très étroite et baignoire avec paroi vitrée qui n’autorise pas trop de mouvements non plus.

I’ve stayed at this hotel on five occasions. The staff at Pineda Palace are amazing, they can’t do enough for you and it’s like visiting your family. The down sides to the hotel are all the rooms have single beds and the pool is more of a dip pool rather than one you can swim in properly - lovely view though as it’s on the rooftop. there’s a lot of partying noise that comes from the street out front at night (not the hotel’s fault, just silly drunk people). The buffet style food is nice but repetitive and not a lot of choice for veggie/vegans although there is always salad, chips and bread at both lunchtime and evenings. We did ask for oat milk at breakfast this visit as it’s been available before but ended up buying our own after two days of asking. All the staff are so lovely though that the oat milk thing is a minor moan.

The restaurant staff were particularly hard working and pleasant, also the room cleaning staff. The bedrooms were generous in size, but the shower cubicles (Douche) were only suitable for VERY slim adults! The gentleman at Reception (Manager?) was well informed and helpful. However, NO ENGLISH LANGUAGE television! The hotel is better suited for German and French speaking guests. What a pity.

We were a family of 3. The hotel's location is excellent, right by the beach and 10 minutes walk from the centre of the small town of Pineda. We chose the bed and breakfast option and were extremely happy with the variety of food available. There are options for everyone's taste and dietary needs. Our only disappointment was the swimming pool, which is very small and does not allow people to swim. Although the sea is just in front of the hotel, it is also good to have the option of swimming. Nos tocó una habitación con vistas a un patio interior osea fatal, el buffet es malísimo no tiene apenas variedad y lo que hay no es de muy buena calidad. Lo único bueno era el personal que son muy amables y los chicos que hacen los espetaculos y juegos súper simpáticos.

Très contente d’avoir passé ces 3 jours avant la pleine saison estivale. Du monde, mais la clientèle était de qualité. Le buffet du soir était varié et copieux. Bonne expérience

The view from balcony if you book a sea view room is absolutely amazing and made this stay. Food was nice, nothing outstanding. The pool and surrounding area way too small for the amount of people- no space in pool and no sun loungers. But with amazing views being on the rooftop . The bar area in the evening also too small, never any seats , so if you're going in the high season - be prepared to struggle for space everywhere
