Polensa is a amazing area and quiet, so not for all. The property is very nice for what we wanted but a little far from Beach and parking is not easy. The staff are very helpful, and everything thing was very straightforward. Great 3 star property and the bar staff making amazing cocktails. Everything works as expected and above average for 3 stars.

Sehr freundliches Personal, bei Ankunft am Abend war jedoch niemand mehr da und ich musste per Telefon einen Schlüsselkasten öffnen und selbst das Apartment suchen. Das Apartment war in sehr gutem Zustand und angenehm geräumig mit großem Balkon. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, die italienische Kaffeemaschine gab es auf Nachfrage. Bequeme Betten und gut funktionierende Dusche. Safe kostet extra. Parkmöglichkeiten nah am Apartment vorhanden. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in etwa 15 Minuten erreichbar, Pollenca in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Le rapport qualité-prix est tout à fait correct, le logement est à environ 15 minutes à pied de Port de Pollensa, il y a un petit supermarché en face, pratique si on arrive tard, ainsi que quelques restaurants. Malgré la proximité d'une grande rue, c'est assez calme. Comme dans beaucoup d'appart-hôtels, l'isolation intérieure n'est pas parfaite, nous avons pas mal entendu les bruits de chaises déplacées dans l'appartement au-dessus du nôtre. Il y a des places de parking à l'intérieur de la résidence, mais elles sont souvent prises, ce n'est pas un problème, car il y a également un parking extérieur. Pour rayonner dans le nord de l'île, l'emplacement est idéal, à proximité de Pollensa, de la mer, d'Alcudia et du cap de Formentor. On peut aussi faire des balades dans les petites montagnes derrière la résidence. Si vous cherchez un hébergement pratique à prix abordables, c'est un bon compromis.

Habitat are 3 star apartments. They are basic but clean and bright. Comfortable beds, large balcony, basic kitchen. The pools are clean and the grounds really pleasant and well kept. There is no shade other than under trees. I imagine in the height of summer the pools would get very busy and crowded. The staff at the apartments are very welcoming, really helpful and always appear happy. The apartments are well placed for local bus service. We have just returned from a pleasant , restful and not too expensive 10 days. We would go again.

Stayed for 3 nights the apartment was spotless. We didn’t have any cleaning during our stay . Everything in the apartment looked brand new and was very clean. Bed very comfortable. Some of the outdoor areas around the apartments need cosmetic attention such as painting and chipped stairways but we would stay again as we love puerto pollensa

Very good. Not too busy when we went at end of August. Staff were fantastic. Nice pool, which shuts at 8pm but ok to stay in if not too noisy. Beach walkable to but would recommend a car. Get up early one morning and drive to Formentor for the beautiful sunrise.

la résidence est super, l'appartement était propre et les la literie confortable. le personnel de la résidence est très bien et à l'écoute, la piscine est nickel. Si vous êtes 4 personnes faites attention car même si vous prenez 2 chambres il s'agit d'une chambre 2 personnes et d'une chambre 1 personne la 4ème personne devra dormir sur la banquette du salon

Saubere Fewo, grosser möblierter Balkon mit Sonne ab morgens (wir haben morgens Mitte November auf dem Balkon in der Sonne gefrühstückt- herrlich), Jeden 2. Tag wird geputzt und die Betten gemacht. Zum Geschirrspülen gibt es ein Starterkit mit Schwamm,Tuch und Spülmittel. Auch Salz, Pfeffer und ein paar kleine Döschen Vinegrette für Salat ist vorhanden. Leider hat die Klimaanlage beim Heizen etwas gemüffelt. Sonst war alles gut. Wir kommen wieder.

Great sized apartment, and very convenient location for buses and walking to the port and the supermarket. Very happy with the accommodation. The only thing was the WiFi didn’t reach our flat- not a problem for those with data though.

Tres bien Seul bemol :la proximité avec la route si l'on veut profiter de la terrasse. Pas de bruit dans l appartement avec les fenêtres fermés..

We have stayed many times before at Habitat and as always , the stay was great. Staff are friendly and everything is as it should be. We were staying in November so very quiet and a lovely outlook from our terrace.

Polensa is a amazing area and quiet, so not for all. The property is very nice for what we wanted but a little far from Beach and parking is not easy. The staff are very helpful, and everything thing was very straightforward. Great 3 star property and the bar staff making amazing cocktails. Everything works as expected and above average for 3 stars.

Sehr freundliches Personal, bei Ankunft am Abend war jedoch niemand mehr da und ich musste per Telefon einen Schlüsselkasten öffnen und selbst das Apartment suchen. Das Apartment war in sehr gutem Zustand und angenehm geräumig mit großem Balkon. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, die italienische Kaffeemaschine gab es auf Nachfrage. Bequeme Betten und gut funktionierende Dusche. Safe kostet extra. Parkmöglichkeiten nah am Apartment vorhanden. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in etwa 15 Minuten erreichbar, Pollenca in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Habitat are 3 star apartments. They are basic but clean and bright. Comfortable beds, large balcony, basic kitchen. The pools are clean and the grounds really pleasant and well kept. There is no shade other than under trees. I imagine in the height of summer the pools would get very busy and crowded. The staff at the apartments are very welcoming, really helpful and always appear happy. The apartments are well placed for local bus service. We have just returned from a pleasant , restful and not too expensive 10 days. We would go again.

Very good. Not too busy when we went at end of August. Staff were fantastic. Nice pool, which shuts at 8pm but ok to stay in if not too noisy. Beach walkable to but would recommend a car. Get up early one morning and drive to Formentor for the beautiful sunrise.

la résidence est super, l'appartement était propre et les la literie confortable. le personnel de la résidence est très bien et à l'écoute, la piscine est nickel. Si vous êtes 4 personnes faites attention car même si vous prenez 2 chambres il s'agit d'une chambre 2 personnes et d'une chambre 1 personne la 4ème personne devra dormir sur la banquette du salon

Le rapport qualité-prix est tout à fait correct, le logement est à environ 15 minutes à pied de Port de Pollensa, il y a un petit supermarché en face, pratique si on arrive tard, ainsi que quelques restaurants. Malgré la proximité d'une grande rue, c'est assez calme. Comme dans beaucoup d'appart-hôtels, l'isolation intérieure n'est pas parfaite, nous avons pas mal entendu les bruits de chaises déplacées dans l'appartement au-dessus du nôtre. Il y a des places de parking à l'intérieur de la résidence, mais elles sont souvent prises, ce n'est pas un problème, car il y a également un parking extérieur. Pour rayonner dans le nord de l'île, l'emplacement est idéal, à proximité de Pollensa, de la mer, d'Alcudia et du cap de Formentor. On peut aussi faire des balades dans les petites montagnes derrière la résidence. Si vous cherchez un hébergement pratique à prix abordables, c'est un bon compromis.

Great sized apartment, and very convenient location for buses and walking to the port and the supermarket. Very happy with the accommodation. The only thing was the WiFi didn’t reach our flat- not a problem for those with data though.

Not the place to stay out of season. Too far out and needing end of season care. We didn’t stop and found elsewhere. I’m sure it has lots of potential and in good condition in-season

Très bon séjour pour 6 nuits, la résidence est très calme, idéalement située, les appartement sont fonctionnels avec vue sur la piscine c'est très agréable. Petit + pour la supérette juste en face. Nous recommandons sans hésitation

Really lovely apartments, modern and super clean. The kitchen was very well stocked so made eating in very easy. The grounds were well maintained and kept tidy. Great pools and sun loungers were always readily available. Brilliant location with a small supermarket/shop over the road and right next to the bus stop for trips around the island. It’s a 15 minute walk into the main area with shops and restaurants so not too bad. The surrounding mountains make it a very scenic stroll. Most of all the staff were all so lovely and friendly and made us feel very welcome. We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

The room was lovely with a balcony view of one of the pools. One bedroom plus a sofa bed was the perfect size for three of us and we all slept comfortably in the air con. The location is convenient with a bus stop right outside or a short walk to the beach and supermarket. The staff at the desk were helpful and friendly and we had a lovely stay. Would stay there again.
