Magnifique hôtel, dans une demeure historique. Tout est impeccablement rénové en gardant le cachet de l’ancien. Havre de paix dans la tramontane ; Bonnes tables, et très bon petit déjeuner.

신혼여행으로 방문하게 된 호텔이예요. 이 호텔을 방문하기 위해 스페인으로 신혼여행을 오게되었는데 결론적으로는 너무 만족했습니다. 제가 호텔을 고를 때 꼼꼼하게 보는 편입니다. 그 중에서 이번에 grand hotel son net을 최종적으로 고르게 되었던 이유를 말씀드리자면, 호텔을 만들기 위해 지은 건물이 아님. 객실수가 많지 않아야함. 로비 복토 수영장 등이 상업적 호텔처럼 느껴지지 않음. 직원은 많지만 서비스가 과시적으로 느껴지지 않고 보이지않게 서비스를 제공해줌. 객실또한 일반 상업적 호텔과 달리 저택의 침실공간의 느낌이 나야함. 수영장 및 스파가 대형 리조트 시설이 아닌 저택의 부속 시설처럼 느껴져야함. 이러한 모든 부분에 대해 만족한 아주 특별한 숙소예요. 이러한 기준점을 제외하고의 장점들도 말씀드리고 싶어요. 영어도 스페인어도 못하는 여행객이였는데 다들 저희 부부를위해 천천히 그리고 최대한 쉬운 영어로 응대를 해주셨어요. 실내 수영장 스파 실외 수영장들 안내를 부탁 드리는 말 조차도 잘 하지 못해서 파파고를 돌리는데 차분히 기다려주시고 천천히 안내도 도와주셨어요. 매 순간 친절히 대해주셔서 머무는 이틀이 저에게 아직 꿈만 같은 행복한 시간이였어요. 실내 수영장과 실외수영장 그리고 사우나 시설은 완벽하게 깔끔하고 프라이빗 했습니다. 객실청소까지 너무 완벽히 해주셨었고 저녁 식사를 하고 돌아오니 편하게 바로 잠들 수 있게 침대를 정돈 해놔주셨던데 이 세심한 서비스도 너무 감동적이였습니다. 조식 때 빵을 선택 할 수 있는데 크루아상이 너무 맛있었어요. 제가 먹어본 베이커리중에 가장 좋았습니다. 이번 여행 중에 가장 맛있는 방을 여기 조식 식덩에서 만나게 되었었네요. 저녁식사 또한 완벽했습니다. 해가 지는 일몰시간 때 식사를 해보시는걸 적극 추천드립니다. 마지막으로 grand hotel son net 직원분들께 저희 부부에게 너무나 행복한 기억을 선물로 주셔서 감사합니다. 이틀간의 친절 그리고 서비스 예쁜 공간들이 저희 부부의 기억속에 오래 자리잡고 있을 것 같습니다. 웬만한 숙소에 감동받지 않는 남편도 정말 행복했던 숙소라 꼭 다시 방문할거라고 하더라구요. 언젠가 꼭 다시 한번 더 방문할게요❤️

My stay at Gran Hotel Son Net had both very positive and disappointing aspects. First, the property itself is absolutely beautiful. The architecture, gardens, and overall atmosphere are stunning, tasteful, and full of character. It is truly a spectacular place. However, for a 5-star hotel, I expected much more attention to detail and service quality. I stayed in Suite 23 and, despite its historical charm, the strong moldy smell when entering the room was extremely unpleasant and not compatible with a luxury hotel experience. I also had issues during check-in. I arrived at the official check-in time and still had to wait around two hours in the bar area before my room was ready. Another disappointment was that no staff member ever offered to present the hotel, its facilities, or the history of the property. Considering how unique the place is, I expected a much more personalized and welcoming experience. The restaurant was also below expectations. The menu was extremely limited, and the food itself was disappointing for a hotel of this level. Finally, I requested a croissant through room service during the afternoon and was told it was only available at breakfast time. For a 5-star hotel, the lack of flexibility for such a simple request was frustrating. Overall, a visually incredible property, but the service experience still falls short of true luxury standards.
