The cleaning included in the price is carried out only at check-out. If the guest wants extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, in addition to bed linens for the number of indicated guests. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. Guests wishing to cancel a reservation more than 30 days before check-in are entitled to a 50% refund of the total reservation amount. If the guest has paid less than 50% of the total amount due, this payment will not be refunded. If you cancel the reservation 30 days or less before check-in, no refund will be issued. If you vacate the property before the agreed period, any amounts already paid will not be refunded.
