Beautiful hotel. Amazing view. Clean. Warm. Large tv. Friendly and helpful staff. The indoor pool was part of the spa and 20 euros per person, which was disappointing. I expected to be able to swim as part of the room price.

The general feeling was positive and the hotel was very clean. The outside pool is small in copmparison to the hotel size although when we visited in April, it wasn't warm enough to attract many users. The Spa is reasonably priced but only has a capacity for a dozen people, I found it strange that children can use it when it is a pain entry. The breakfast had good quality choices and we had one evening meal with good service. The food was pretty impressive as well. Lastly, I thought the front desk could be a bit more personable.

Newly refurbished and spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Only Stayed 1 night and will definitely stay again. As a base it’s great. Can’t comment on the food as I walked 10 minutes to Paput .

The hotel is in the city centre within walking distance from the bus station. It was a good choice for the first couple of days of our holiday. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is also very close to the museum of Menorca which is will worth a visit. The pool is nice and free pool towels are available from reception. My only gripe is that my booking included bottle of Cava and a free upgrade where available. We got the Cava but when asked about the upgrade they said that if we want an upgrade we have to pay for it! Well we had already paid over £260 for two nights room only and were not prepared to pay anymore. Obviously an upgrade was available but they wanted more money for it! Not impressed.

Our room was clean and reasonably sized and equipped for the two of us, with a lovely ground level garden balcony. The hotel itself is in a nice quiet location just a short walk from the centre of Mahon. Staff were very friendly and the whole site very clean and well maintained

This is such a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our stay, however, we did have a couple of issues. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready which was fine, so we checked in and had lunch - the food at the hotel is absolutely delicious. When we were able to enter our room, we spent some time in there and then I noticed that there was human faeces on the doorway of the toilet. We went and spoke to reception and showed the receptionist a photo and initially she laughed - we don’t think she realised what we had shown her and we kindly asked that this be cleaned up before we got back from dinner. The next morning we asked to speak to the manager and explained what we had found and showed her a photo - she was more understanding and apologised. The room was over 400€ for the night, so we found the fact that there was poo in the room a real health and safety concern. The next day were charged for the mini bar items we had consumed. We just feel that given we didn’t ask for or expect anything and didn’t cause a fuss, they could have maybe just waived the fee due to issue. Overall just left feeling a little disappointed.

La piscine nous a énormément plu, la vue de l'hôtel sur le port, l'accès à pied de la station de bus (15mn), et au centre ville et au centre historique. La possibilité de faire garder les valises et profiter de l'établissement (piscine, sport) jusqu'à notre départ tard (18h30). La gentillesse des employés. Le calme et la propreté. This is one of the best and cleanest hotels I have ever been! Rooms are spacious, super clean, with all facilities you need and offering cleaning service everyday. Breakfast was super rich and delicious! The hotel offers a lovely view over the port of Mahon and very close to the city center by foot. Many amazing restaurants were in area around. In addition, I had my birthday during my stay and the hotel surprised me in my room with a glass of white wine and a birthday wish! Best surprise ever! THANK YOU

Very friendly staff,renovated recently. We didnt like the wall seing like carboard,next room shower sound like is inside ours. The noise coming from upstair room was loud and late night. Not the quiet hotel we use to stay.

Lovely re-done rooms: airy and bright. The hotel is kept very clean. The staff are polite, helpful and friendly and it’s a 10 minute walk to old town for shopping, dining and sightseeing. Great stay.

Facilities at the hotel were excellent although the lack of air conditioning in some rooms was an issue even in April but reception moved me to a better room. The dinner was excellent though not inexpensive and breakfast was typical in a 4 star hotel. The walk down (and up!) to the harbour was steep and I opted for a taxi back. The walk to the town centre only took 12 minutes (when I mastered the route) and a good selection of restaurants was available.

The "premium" category room we were allocated initially was on street level with the "view" straight on the street. Any passerby would either be looking into the room or you have to stay in dark. We requested the change which the staff were accommodating enough but we had to pay more for the different room. Got hassled at breakfast that we hadn't paid for 2 people when we had! And breakfast was closed with military precision sharp at 10.30 they would shut down the coffee! Front desk could be a bit more polite and courteous. Wouldnt choose this again.

The hotel has recently been modernised to a high standard and is well kept. Our only problem was it was on the edge of town which since i have disabilities required a mobility scooter which the hotel arranged for me.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was excellent, with wonderful views of the harbour at Mahon. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor was very pleasing, the rooms comfortable. I would recommend to anyone who didn’t mind a ten minute walk into town, with quite a steep climb there and back.

I was pleasantly surprised at the appearance of the building and the excellent location. Just a 10 min walk to town and easy access to the quayside and another route into town, although there were quite a few step via the quay, however there is a lift at the town end. The staff were very friendly and helpful and most spoke a little English. Pool area was clean and there was a small snack bar and plenty of loungers and free use of towels. My room was excellent, it was a premium terrace with sea view (i.e. a harbour view). My only slight criticism was the continuous noise you could hear on the balcony from a ship on the other side of the harbour. It wasn't there every day, and unless you spend all day on your balcony it shouldn't be a problem. One other tiny comment would be for them to change the classical music that plays in the restaurant and around the pool. I think it's supposed to be relaxing, but it was a little depressing. I would certainly return to this hotel if I could get a similar room. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, offering easy access to great shopping while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. My room was spacious and comfortable, and I even received a sparkling bottle of wine as a VIP customer, which was a lovely touch. Parking was hassle-free with available street parking. Delicious breakfast; worth staying here for that alone. Our only quibbles were 1) since you can’t drink the tap water, it would have been nice (and appropriate) for the hotel to provide 1 bottle a water a day rather than just one bottle per stay. 2) since we reserved months in advance and stayed 4 nights, one could have expected a room that didn’t look out onto the entrance to the parking garage. Nonetheless, a very nice hotel.
