Actuellement sur place,je partage mon avis plutôt positif sur cet hôtel. Pour un établissement 3 étoiles espagnol toutes les conditions sont là pour passer un bon moment. La chambre est spacieuse et bien insonorisée,nous dormons super bien, demander une chambre vers la piscine plus Petite au calme. Clim, frigo, kitchenettetout est en bonne usage,la douche est grande et top. Au niveau hôtel 2 belles piscines,hors saison top... J imagine en été ca doit être la folie car plutôt une grande structure. En demi pension ici, petit déj top au niveau buffet pour bien attaquer la journée, sucré/salé rien ne manque,le café est bon... très rare dans ce style d hôtel 😉 repas du soir,pas de la grande cuisine mais on trouve son bonheur car bcp de choix, poisson et viande tous Les soirs 👍 bémol pour les desserts industriels, sans goûts lol .en bas de l hôtel, loueur de voiture, petite supérette , Souvenirs... pratique. 5min de l' hôtel à pieds petite crique sympathique, bien Pour passer un petit moment pas plus. En líneas generales todo correcto dentro de lo que es un 3 estrellas..por destacar piscinas y nonas verdes muy cuidadas, apartamentos correctos con todo tipo de detalles .tele plasmas, zona cocina, camas y almohadas bien...Por parte negativa la animación y buffet , primero la animación monótona y todo para guiris y los españoles entiendo que ninguno quiera quedarse..Menos en español, todos los idiomas... Buffet de lo más normalito tirando mediocre bajo y repetitivo

Only stayed here one night prior to going to the airport for an early flight the next day. Man on reception was helpful and gave us all relevant information. Apartment was very nice and spacious. Swimming pools were large and clean. Free parking. Our only complaint was that you could not get any food between 5.30 pm (when snack bar closed) and 7.30 pm (when dining room opened)! Can’t comment on breakfast as we had not booked due to leaving early.

Superbe hôtel, complet. Piscines. Salle de sport. Animations, ça sentait très bon dans le hall et très propre. La chambre était grande et propre. Possibilité de se faire à manger avec la kitchenette. Ravie. Dommage que la piscine soit aussi froide. Et le resto on y a dîner une fois. C était complet. Personnel polis et accueillant

Lovely hotel. Room was clean and overall grounds and pool were lovely and well maintained. A few little things that were slightly inconvenient- Only one real bar serving drinks for entertainment and pool, queues could be quite long. The hotel is out on its own, small shop on site. Majority of staff were lovely and really helpful. Would recommend heading to Son Bou beach, bus to Mahón on then change to Son Bou. The beach was beautiful and a few bars and restaurants that were worth visiting- recommend buying a cheap €12 umbrella to have a spot in the shade. Great holiday, nice hotel and great weather.

The perfect place for a relaxing few days in Menorca. The pool area is stunning, rooms are the perfect size and there was so much choice in the buffet. Overall a fantastic place. The only negative I have is the fact it’s impossible to read by the main pool as they play music all day and at times, it can be quite loud.

Lovely place to stay on a Bed and. Breakfast basis. There aren’t any restaurants close by so we did spend a bit on taxis to next resort of Cala En Porta. Good breakfast and catered for all including those with dietary requirements. 3 large pools although it would have been nice if one pool disallowed ball games,lilos and inflatables so you can have a proper swim. No restriction on when pools are open and closed so people were swimming late at night. We had a quiet room and happy with the lay out. Nice drinks - lovely staff and not over priced

Grand hôtel entièrement rénové et passé de 3 à 4 étoiles méritées. Grandes et belles chambres confortables. Personnel vraiment charmant et souriant. Buffet tout à fait correct et pour le petit déjeuner et le soir. Nous y étions début Mai, période encore tranquille. Mais en période de forte affluence l'établissement doit être bruyant. Sono envahissante autour de la piscine. Demander des chambres dans les bâtiments plus éloignés si vous souhaitez plus de calme.

Eine tolle Anlage, jedoch ohne Meerzugang. Parkplätze vor dem Haus und sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, wenn auch ohne Abwechslung. Das Zimmer war ziemlich dreckig und stank bereits beim Betreten unangenehm die ganze Dauer. Die Einrichtung auf dem Zimmer war nicht topmodern, aber für den Preis grad noch alles verkraftbar.

Le complexe est pas mal mais nous avons accumulé les problèmes : la clim ne marchait pas dans la première chambre qui était vraiment très belle / grande / propre , on nous a changé de chambre pour les autres nuits et ça a été la cata : appartement beaucoup plus petit qui donnait sur la route, présence de cafards ++ , salle de bain délabrée, chasse d’eau en panne, clim du salon ne marchait pas … j’ai passé tous les jours beaucoup de temps à la réception pour régler tous ces problèmes… Hormis cela, l’hôtel est bien si on aime les gros complexes hôteliers avec tous les services qui vont avec : animations toute la journée, all inclusive, buffet, etc Niveau restauration: c’était pas terrible mais avec le choix proposé on trouve toujours quelque chose à manger … Le personnel quand à lui était très agréable, que ce soit à la réception ou ailleurs

We had a lovely holiday. We particularly liked the quieter pool area and the beach near by. Staff was helpfull and rooms was bigger than expected. One thing that let the experience down was the dining. Plates and glasses were dirty and restaurant feelt more like a school canteen. We payed for all inclusive but opted to eat out a few meals to have a over all better experience. If they sort food quality and cleanliness in restaurants it would be much better. Over all oki.

Todo muy bien en líneas generales. El único inconveniente es que la insonorización es un poco escasa. Te enterabas al momento de mover cosas en caso del personal de limpieza al realizar el mantenimiento. Todo lo demás bien. Zona tranquila

We really enjoyed our stay at Grupotel Mar de Menorca for our family vacations with our 1 year old baby. The room was basic but clean and comfortable, there are parking spots close to the rooms, the pool area and playground was super nice, and the breakfast and dinner buffet was good and diverse. We could find everything for our baby: even though the baby crib was not ready in our room despite my request for one, they provided one pretty quickly, and there were high-chairs at the restaurant. The staff was also very nice and welcoming. And there is a supermarket and a beach just next to the hotel. The only negative point if I have to find one is the music going on all evening, but it was ok we couldn't hear it inside the room.

Booked room only, but option to upgrade to breakfast or All inclusive, check in was very easy & straightforward. Room was spacious and and clean, there were a few ants on the floor near the window but nothing to worry about. I had a room without a balcony, and the air conditioner was not working, as I was only staying a few days it didn’t bother me.

Room was spacious and and clean, there were a few ants on the floor near the window but nothing to worry about. I had a room without a balcony, and the air conditioner was not working, as I was only staying a few days it didn’t bother me.

We really enjoyed our stay at Grupotel Mar de Menorca for our family vacations with our 1 year old baby. The room was basic but clean and comfortable, there are parking spots close to the rooms, the pool area and playground was super nice, and the breakfast and dinner buffet was good and diverse. We could find everything for our baby: even though the baby crib was not ready in our room despite my request for one, they provided one pretty quickly, and there were high-chairs at the restaurant. The staff was also very nice and welcoming. And there is a supermarket and a beach just next to the hotel. The only negative point if I have to find one is the music going on all evening, but it was ok we couldn't hear it inside the room.

Todo salió bien, estaba estropeado el aire acondicionado al entrar y nos cambiaron de habitación en 5 minutos. Lo único fué un día que quise que cambiaran de sábanas porque al llegar tenía una mancha y esperé 2 días. Les puse un cartel en la almohada y no la cambiaron. Al tercer día me la cambiaron. Nous avons passé un séjour super ! L’hôtel est très propre , il est magnifique . Le personnel est au petit soin et fait son maximum pour nous satisfaire . Les animateurs sont top . Une première pour nous en formule all inclusive , et sans regret . Des vrai vacances de repos ! L’hotel est à seulement 15min de l’aéroport ce qui est plutot confortable et il est vraiment très calme . Nous reviendrons sans hésiter .

This is a lovely hotel, which was perfect for my first family holiday. From the start the front desk were very welcoming and even upgraded my room, which helped us as a young family. The food options were fantastic. We could eat as healthy or unhealthy as we wanted and the chefs/servers were very friendly. All the staff in the restaurant were very happy. There are two nice pools, one quiet pool for those that wanted to relax. We stayed around the bigger pool, which had shallow ends for our children and a deeper part in case we wanted a swim. They big pool also had music and an Animación team, running regular games for adults and children. They run kids clubs for several hours a day for 4yr olds and above. This was great for us to leave our 4yr old for a few hours break!! The evening entertainment was good fun too and no pressure also. Our suggestion for improvement would be to have fresh smoothies made at meal times and to have tea and coffee in the dining room at lunchtime and dinner. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families and couples.

A very nice complex with excellent staff and service and it is kept clean and tidy. The food and dining was good but it did deteriorate a little towards the end of our week as it got closer to the hotel closing at the end of the season.

Lovely place to stay on a Bed and. Breakfast basis. There aren’t any restaurants close by so we did spend a bit on taxis to next resort of Cala En Porta. Good breakfast and catered for all including those with dietary requirements. 3 large pools although it would have been nice if one pool disallowed ball games,lilos and inflatables so you can have a proper swim. No restriction on when pools are open and closed so people were swimming late at night. We had a quiet room and happy with the lay out. Nice drinks - lovely staff and not over priced

The hotel was beautiful. Very good sound proofing between rooms. The pools appeared clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We chose the all-inclusive option, which was a good value, but the food was marginal. There were several options at each meal which was nice, but there wasn't anything at all that I would describe as "delicious." Many items seemed "cheap." For example, the orange juice didn't taste like orange juice, it tasted like orange drink. It seemed like it was just orange flavored. Some of the ice cream flavors, tasted like the "store brands" or "no-name brands," so they were okay but I wouldn't describe them as good. Several of the deserts seemed like they came out of a plastic wrapper like the type that have a 5-year shelf life. Most of the food was good enough, just not great. The only other downside for me was that the cafeteria was almost entirely self-serve, and I didn't see a single hand sanitizer stand/station anywhere. It freaked me out a bit since hundreds of people were touching the serving utensils and there was nowhere to sanitize my hands after also touching them. Also, there were loaves of French bread and baguettes offered, and I saw one woman just grab the loaf with her bare hand, cut off a chunk and leave the rest.

De plus l'hotel fermant a la fin de la semaine, le personnel a enlevé les jeux ds la salle de jeux des enfants, fermés les billets. Bref l'impression d'être mis a la porte.

We had a lovely holiday. We particularly liked the quieter pool area and the beach near by. Staff was helpfull and rooms was bigger than expected. One thing that let the experience down was the dining. Plates and glasses were dirty and restaurant feelt more like a school canteen. We payed for all inclusive but opted to eat out a few meals to have a over all better experience. If they sort food quality and cleanliness in restaurants it would be much better. Over all oki.

Das Essen ist sehr einfach und wenig ansprechend. Alles andere war recht schön. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, die nur 2stöckigen Gebäude passen ins Landschaftsbild. Das Appartement ist großzügig. In unserem Bad roch es meist abends etwas streng - vermutlich wurde der Sifon der Dusche durch die Zimmer über uns leer gesogen...

We really enjoyed our first stay at this hotel in the beginning of August and went back second time for a shorter stay and now looking to book another holiday for next year. It is only a short drive from the airport, it is clean, staff are friendly and helpful and in my opinion it offers all you need for a family with children for a relaxing holiday. We look forward to coming back to this hotel in the future.
