Incredible place. Has everything you could possibly ever need. Everything is brand new and the pool after a hot day was perfect. House and amenities get a 10 from me and my group of friends!

We had a wonderful time in the Poconos! The home is beautiful and the grounds/backyard provided space and amenities to relax during the day and enjoy a fire at night. We had 15 people (ages 9-74) and there was enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. The game room was a big hit and the washer and dryer came in handy. If you are considering the property, our recommendation would be to bring additional towels and washcloths (1 towel is provided per person) and Kitchen items you may need. Although the kitchen is spacious, we had to purchase baking sheets and did not find all the items needed to cook/bake for a large group. Overall, the home was one of the best we have rented and we highly recommend!

Nice property with great pool! Was definitely large enough for our big family vaca. Only real complaint is that “things to do” were pretty far away (30-60 min drive). Also landscaping by the pool needed some work, good amount of weeds.

My friends and I came here for a quick get away! It was so easy to get to from NYC and the check in process was seamless. All my inquiries were answered within minutes by the property host. The pool is amazing and big enough for a larger group. There were plenty of beds in spacious rooms which we appreciated as well. Great stay! Great hosts!

What a wonderful trip we had! Our family thoroughly enjoyed the large and spacious house and amazing outdoor amenities (kids never left pool and hot tub and the firepit was such a fun night activity)! The 2 living areas were such a bonus as we were able to comfortably spread out, the large kitchen was perfect for our group of 17, and the pool table and ping pong table kept us all entertained! The house is located in a quiet and serene area so we really felt on vacation and totally away from it all! Would totally come back to enjoy this house again as we had such a lovely experience here.

Wonderful spot In the Poconos that you really don’t need or want to leave. We traveled for a family get together and it was fantastic! Pool, hot tub, fire pit, tvs, pool table and ping pong and much more made it easy to keep everyone entertained. Back yard is completely fenced which was great for the dog. The deck is an amazing spot to relax. Very secluded and didn’t even hear a car the whole time. Keener is great to work with. Worth the money, highly recommend.

Everything was as pictured you will not be let down by your choice in selecting this home for your vacation or getaway. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. We had an issue with the fireplaces in the master bedroom and the other bedroom with the fireplace but scheduled for maintenance to come out and it was fixed within a timely manner. We will stay here again. This will be our family choice for future events to come. Thank you Eugene. 😃

We anticipated a comfy cozy weekend in January in the Poconos and got just that! The house was beautiful and CLEAN! Tons of space for my group of 15 ladies for my birthday weekend. The location was close enough for our outdoor activity and far enough to give us privacy. We felt safe and We had a great stay and will definitely be back in the summer!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to host a 15 man bachelor party weekend. Property was on point with description. Property was clean and well taken care of. While it is located in the back of the neighborhood, and it’s has very good nature feeling to it as plenty of wildlife was active and good space between neighbors. A++++ property.

We had an awesome time but there was a lot of stuff that we didn't get to use at our legion. First of all when we pulled up the people was still there cleaning so we had to stand outside for thirty minutes and the place still wasn't that clean!!! We had to clean when we got in and the pool couldn't be used due to renovation. The jacuzzi was not working I had to call the host to call the maintenance guy to fix it!! Then there was a hole in one of the rooms upstairs!! The fireplace in one of the rooms on the first floor was not working!! The bookshelf in that same room was broken!! The hot water really sucked!! It was cold 80 percent of the time which really pissed us off cause we had to take cold showers!!! The back porch where the gate was by the patio was hanging due to a bear that kept coming around and the stairs where the pool and bonfire is was very wobbly and coming unhinged and my cousin almost fell and twist her ankle!!! As a matter of fact there had been a couple of falls due to the steps including myself!!! I will say this that the host Eugene was very nice and most of these things I let him know about and he answer me back immediately Everytime!! He was sympathetic and understanding and he had solutions for everything that I told him about!! Other than that it was a great experience and I wouldn't mind going there again once those things are taking care of!!!

We had such a fun week in the Poconos! Our group consisted of moms and teenage daughters attending a dance competition at Kalahari resort. This home is about 15 minutes from Kalahari and 7 or 8 minutes to the Emerald Lakes Beach area. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and relaxing in the yard and eating together on the beautiful deck. The living spaces were very spacious. we had plenty of room to hang out together inside or outside on the property. The owner was very responsive (we were unable to lock to lock the sliding door because it was slightly off track) - he sent someone right away to fix the door. He answered questions quickly and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area!

We had a lovely stay. The house had great rooms for everyone to spread their wings. The converted garage was a hit with the pool table and ping pong table. My only feedback would be to add some kitchenware, there were some vital items missing. Thank you!

Amazing and spacious! comfortably accommodated 18 adults and 6 toddlers. The entertainment turned garage was really nice. The owner was extremely accommodating to early in and late check out. Would 100% come again during the summer time when the pool opens up.

We had a great time gathering our family together for a long weekend getaway! The property had everything we needed, with plenty of space for us all to feel comfortable (adults, kids, and dog alike)! I stayed here with friends to celebrate my birthday. Everyone kept saying how nice the house was when they got there. It was spacious, clean and Eugene was the best host possible! Everything we needed was so close such as resorts and casinos. Will definitely be staying here again in the future and recommending it to anyone looking for a pocono stay.

Everything was as pictured you will not be let down by your choice in selecting this home for your vacation or getaway. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. We had an issue with the fireplaces in the master bedroom and the other bedroom with the fireplace but scheduled for maintenance to come out and it was fixed within a timely manner. We will stay here again. This will be our family choice for future events to come. Thank you Eugene. 😃

We had an awesome time but there was a lot of stuff that we didn't get to use at our legion. First of all when we pulled up the people was still there cleaning so we had to stand outside for thirty minutes and the place still wasn't that clean!!! We had to clean when we got in and the pool couldn't be used due to renovation. The jacuzzi was not working I had to call the host to call the maintenance guy to fix it!! Then there was a hole in one of the rooms upstairs!! The fireplace in one of the rooms on the first floor was not working!! The bookshelf in that same room was broken!! The hot water really sucked!! It was cold 80 percent of the time which really pissed us off cause we had to take cold showers!!! The back porch where the gate was by the patio was hanging due to a bear that kept coming around and the stairs where the pool and bonfire is was very wobbly and coming unhinged and my cousin almost fell and twist her ankle!!! As a matter of fact there had been a couple of falls due to the steps including myself!!! I will say this that the host Eugene was very nice and most of these things I let him know about and he answer me back immediately Everytime!! He was sympathetic and understanding and he had solutions for everything that I told him about!! Other than that it was a great experience and I wouldn't mind going there again once those things are taking care of!!!

We had such a fun week in the Poconos! Our group consisted of moms and teenage daughters attending a dance competition at Kalahari resort. This home is about 15 minutes from Kalahari and 7 or 8 minutes to the Emerald Lakes Beach area. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and relaxing in the yard and eating together on the beautiful deck. The living spaces were very spacious. we had plenty of room to hang out together inside or outside on the property. The owner was very responsive (we were unable to lock to lock the sliding door because it was slightly off track) - he sent someone right away to fix the door. He answered questions quickly and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area!

Although the weather didn't cooperate (not the fault of the house) our family had a fabulous time - kids swam in the pool every day, even in the rain! Lots of space for family games and great area.

Nice property with great pool! Was definitely large enough for our big family vaca. Only real complaint is that “things to do” were pretty far away (30-60 min drive). Also landscaping by the pool needed some work, good amount of weeds.

We anticipated a comfy cozy weekend in January in the Poconos and got just that! The house was beautiful and CLEAN! Tons of space for my group of 15 ladies for my birthday weekend. The location was close enough for our outdoor activity and far enough to give us privacy. We felt safe and We had a great stay and will definitely be back in the summer!

My friends and I came here for a quick get away! It was so easy to get to from NYC and the check in process was seamless. All my inquiries were answered within minutes by the property host. The pool is amazing and big enough for a larger group. There were plenty of beds in spacious rooms which we appreciated as well. Great stay! Great hosts!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to host a 15 man bachelor party weekend. Property was on point with description. Property was clean and well taken care of. While it is located in the back of the neighborhood, and it’s has very good nature feeling to it as plenty of wildlife was active and good space between neighbors. A++++ property.

My family gathered from all over to vacation together in honor of our mother's 80th birthday. The house had plenty of room for all of us and we enjoyed all of it's amenities. The home-owner (Eugene) was very responsive regarding all of our questions. The kids and adults had a terrific time in the pool, game room and using scooters in the driveway. Excursions near by were a blast! We did the UTV Tour by Pocono Raceway and the zipline and mountain coaster at Camelback. We also had a wonderful hibachi dinner at Desaki! We all enjoyed the week and would recommend this house to other families!

Wonderful spot In the Poconos that you really don’t need or want to leave. We traveled for a family get together and it was fantastic! Pool, hot tub, fire pit, tvs, pool table and ping pong and much more made it easy to keep everyone entertained. Back yard is completely fenced which was great for the dog. The deck is an amazing spot to relax. Very secluded and didn’t even hear a car the whole time. Keener is great to work with. Worth the money, highly recommend.

This was clean. However, I asked about a propane grill ahead of time. We brought steaks to grill, but neither tank was functional. We brought bagels, but the toaster only worked 50% of the time on one side. There weren't enough towels provided or extra blankets. Besides these issues, all went well.

We had a lovely stay. The house had great rooms for everyone to spread their wings. The converted garage was a hit with the pool table and ping pong table. My only feedback would be to add some kitchenware, there were some vital items missing. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time in the Poconos! The home is beautiful and the grounds/backyard provided space and amenities to relax during the day and enjoy a fire at night. We had 15 people (ages 9-74) and there was enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. The game room was a big hit and the washer and dryer came in handy. If you are considering the property, our recommendation would be to bring additional towels and washcloths (1 towel is provided per person) and Kitchen items you may need. Although the kitchen is spacious, we had to purchase baking sheets and did not find all the items needed to cook/bake for a large group. Overall, the home was one of the best we have rented and we highly recommend!

What a wonderful trip we had! Our family thoroughly enjoyed the large and spacious house and amazing outdoor amenities (kids never left pool and hot tub and the firepit was such a fun night activity)! The 2 living areas were such a bonus as we were able to comfortably spread out, the large kitchen was perfect for our group of 17, and the pool table and ping pong table kept us all entertained! The house is located in a quiet and serene area so we really felt on vacation and totally away from it all! Would totally come back to enjoy this house again as we had such a lovely experience here.

Plenty of space for the 14 of us. We enjoyed the activities in the garage but were disappointed that there were no board games or even cards. The pool was great; there would not have been much to do without it. We reached out with a couple of minor issues and got response very quickly. We were disappointed with the stocking/equipment in the kitchen. We brought paper products but were surprised to discover no food wrap, no cooking sheets, and only one dish towel for the week. The coffee pot does require filters (no basket). We enjoyed being together but for the price, it felt like some finishing touches were missing.

Overall the stay was ok. It was spacious enough and clean enough for our group of 18 adults. There were a few key disappointments though:1. The hot tub wasn't working. We went back and forth with the owner who tried to help through messaging, but in the end, it required a maintenance guy, who came, but it still wasn't working it was too late for us to actually use it by then. It looked nice though, and the rest of the backyard was nice.2. The cookware needs updating. The pans were scratched nonstick pans, and the cooking utensils were plastic that has melted and was peeling. I recommend stainless steel.3. The water pressure in the showers was weak. It was fine because we only stayed for 2 days, but it would have been more of a problem if we stayed for longer.Positives: Spacious, fireplaces are cozy, tvs were nice, the lounge spaces were comfy, kitchen was nicely sized, rooms were comfy, the house is secluded enough for privacy.The hot tub was the biggest bummer and main reason for the rating.. I'm sure they will fix it though.
