Hotel est jolis cependant ils bloquent les accès à leur aise pour des soirées privées c’est dommage. Bruyant cause soirée privée et les bruits de valise. Pas de collier, pas de boisson de bien venue Un ascenseur en panne.

Bon séjour était superbe. Dommage le wi-fi ne marche pas dans les chambres établissement extraordinaire. Merci pour tout.

Gorgeous views from the rooms looking out over the lovely lagoon. Nice bar and breakfast buffet. A bit pricey but everything in French Polynesia is pricey.@

Alt i alt en god opplevelse. Ekstrasengen i rommet var hard og uten skikkelig dyne, noe som trekker ned. Men ellers har jeg bare gode ting å si om vårt opphold ved hotellet.

I read on the website that this resort has a rating of 4.1–4.5 stars, so I was very disappointed with our experience. The property appears outdated, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing assistance or making guests feel welcome. During check-in, no one provided us with any information about the resort or its amenities. On our first night, the music was extremely loud and continued until 2:00 a.m., making it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. During our second visit, we stayed in a bungalow for six nights. Unfortunately, the experience was equally disappointing. The safe had to be replaced twice, the sliding door remained broken (could not be locked, not even 100% closed ) throughout our entire stay because the staff could not fix it, and the shower door would not close completely. Additionally, the outdoor lounge chairs had no cushions, making them uncomfortable to use. The following Saturday, the music was again excessively loud after 10:00 p.m. I went to the reception to complain, hoping the issue would be addressed, but nothing changed. The loud music continued until after 11:00 p.m. Overall, the condition of the property, the lack of attentive service, the unresolved maintenance issues, and the repeated noise disturbances fell far below our expectations for a resort with such a high online rating. We were very disappointed and do not feel that the quality of the experience justified the rating or the expectations it created.
