Fantastisk personal, bra frukost, rent rum

I mitt tycke ett super fräscht hotell med bästa läget vid stranden och strandpromenaden. Bra frukost och trevlig och hjälpsam personal . Dock var det dåligt städat i rummet en av dagarna men överlag väldigt fräscht i alla utrymmen. Fin havsutsikt hade vi från rummet. Kan varmt rekommendera hotellet

Perfection. Perfect location Perfect accommodation (swim up room). Perfect staff. Enough said we will be back.

Everything about our stay at fergus was fabulous from start to finish. All areas where spotless, amenities and furnishings top notch. The lady on reception (sorry i didnt get her name) who checked us in and greeted us with a warm smile everymorning and a cheery "hello how are you today" was just so welcoming and made us feel like we mattered and where valued, a real credit to the hotel. My only small critism if i had to give one would be the breakfast. We had to wait most mornings for a table and no one spoke to us or even greeted us, this was in complete contrast to reception and cleaning staff. However, having said that it would not stop us returning as i would definatly recommend every other aspect of this hotel if you want a relaxing holiday in wonderful surroundings with an amazing view and centrally located. Cant wait to return.
