My husband booked this hotel as a treat for my sister and me. It looked gorgeous with its outdoor pool, private patio area, etc. We had notified the hotel as soon as the booking was made that we would require two single beds, as I was travelling with my sister. We had not shared a bed in over 50! years. However, the bed was a double and we were told repeat guests had priority for rooms with twin beds. They brought us up a single duvet! I was on the toilet when the lady knocked only to discover we had no toilet paper!!! When I went to wash my hands, I was walking in water all over the floor. Something was leaking, so towels and bath mats all over to soak it up. There were 3 sinks, and we could only use one. There was no creamer for the coffees, no price list for the mini bar, AND the pool was out of use!🙁 In spite of all these hassles, they had the nerve to charge us for the 1 bottle of water we drank. The lady on Reception the night we arrived was most apologetic and prompt in responding to our problems, but it is not what one expects from an hotel of this calibre. We certainly did not receive any Gold Membership benefits.

Great staff for our whole visit, welcoming and helpful. Nice room with big bathroom and very comfortable. Small but welcome swimming pool in the middle of the old town. Too breakfast with another nice member of staff who was replenishing as well as cooking and serving. Near loads of tapas bars and the harbour. No problem leaving our bags there all day while we went exploring the city. Top hotel!

This was our second stay at the hotel. It has a great ambience bring in the old town in a historic building. It's very relaxing and easy going and you have the city of Palma on your doorstep. It's highly recommended. The only negatives are that the coffee machine has changed at breakfast and doesn't work as well as the Nespresso machines. There is also no bar service to the pool which is a great miss.

The pictures make the place feel very different. It's much darker, danker and dustier. It's in the old town and has been updated (in places) but it's a bit worn and needs many new updates. Plaster, peeling, a/c barely functional (and was 90 fahrenheit), the room smelled quite moldy and was TINY - terrible foam pillows, scratchy sheets and worn/frayed towels. The service was wonderful (always trying to help in every possible way) and the breakfast was terrific (excpt the sad and stuffy room it was served in) but given it was only $75 or so less than the Luxury/5 star hotel we stayed at just down the road/also in Old Town -- it was very disappointing and we ultimately did not sleep well/would never return.

Vi hade två nätter på hotellet och möttes av fantastisk personal och ett underbart litet hotell. Väldigt välskött, frukosten var på topp och de fixade ägg efter beställning, stekt,kokt, omelett... Ett steg utanför dörren fanns solsäng och innergård med pool som var en oas, tyst och mysigt.

The property is overpriced for what it offers. This is basically a 2 star hotel pretending to be something better. The quality of the sheets and towels are terrible, and the bathrooms were outdated and not well cleaned. I requested a non-smoking room and the room had a terrible smell from years of allowing smokers in it. The property wasn’t able to offer me a different room. In fairness, the staff was helpful but they couldn’t solve the problem. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices, but it wouldn’t be a reason for me to recommend this low quality hotel.

Fantastic boutique hotel. Amazing location in Old town Palma. Staff were all incredible and went out their way to accommodate. It was very hot when we visited so even with aircon on bedroom was hot, but everywhere was hot. Would absolutely stay again.

My husband booked this hotel as a treat for my sister and me. It looked gorgeous with its outdoor pool, private patio area, etc. We had notified the hotel as soon as the booking was made that we would require two single beds, as I was travelling with my sister. We had not shared a bed in over 50! years. However, the bed was a double and we were told repeat guests had priority for rooms with twin beds. They brought us up a single duvet! I was on the toilet when the lady knocked only to discover we had no toilet paper!!! When I went to wash my hands, I was walking in water all over the floor. Something was leaking, so towels and bath mats all over to soak it up. There were 3 sinks, and we could only use one. There was no creamer for the coffees, no price list for the mini bar, AND the pool was out of use!🙁 In spite of all these hassles, they had the nerve to charge us for the 1 bottle of water we drank. The lady on Reception the night we arrived was most apologetic and prompt in responding to our problems, but it is not what one expects from an hotel of this calibre. We certainly did not receive any Gold Membership benefits.

Fantastic boutique hotel. Amazing location in Old town Palma. Staff were all incredible and went out their way to accommodate. It was very hot when we visited so even with aircon on bedroom was hot, but everywhere was hot. Would absolutely stay again.

Great staff for our whole visit, welcoming and helpful. Nice room with big bathroom and very comfortable. Small but welcome swimming pool in the middle of the old town. Too breakfast with another nice member of staff who was replenishing as well as cooking and serving. Near loads of tapas bars and the harbour. No problem leaving our bags there all day while we went exploring the city. Top hotel!

The property is overpriced for what it offers. This is basically a 2 star hotel pretending to be something better. The quality of the sheets and towels are terrible, and the bathrooms were outdated and not well cleaned. I requested a non-smoking room and the room had a terrible smell from years of allowing smokers in it. The property wasn’t able to offer me a different room. In fairness, the staff was helpful but they couldn’t solve the problem. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices, but it wouldn’t be a reason for me to recommend this low quality hotel.

A beautiful old style hotel that has been tastefully restored. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The location is ideal for a short beak. Breakfast was delicious. I will recommend to friends.

The pictures make the place feel very different. It's much darker, danker and dustier. It's in the old town and has been updated (in places) but it's a bit worn and needs many new updates. Plaster, peeling, a/c barely functional (and was 90 fahrenheit), the room smelled quite moldy and was TINY - terrible foam pillows, scratchy sheets and worn/frayed towels. The service was wonderful (always trying to help in every possible way) and the breakfast was terrific (excpt the sad and stuffy room it was served in) but given it was only $75 or so less than the Luxury/5 star hotel we stayed at just down the road/also in Old Town -- it was very disappointing and we ultimately did not sleep well/would never return.

Vi hade två nätter på hotellet och möttes av fantastisk personal och ett underbart litet hotell. Väldigt välskött, frukosten var på topp och de fixade ägg efter beställning, stekt,kokt, omelett... Ett steg utanför dörren fanns solsäng och innergård med pool som var en oas, tyst och mysigt.

This was our second stay at the hotel. It has a great ambience bring in the old town in a historic building. It's very relaxing and easy going and you have the city of Palma on your doorstep. It's highly recommended. The only negatives are that the coffee machine has changed at breakfast and doesn't work as well as the Nespresso machines. There is also no bar service to the pool which is a great miss.

Room was nice and spacious and the terrace was excellent, although the floors were quite dusty and grouting in the tiles was coming away causing real discomfort if walking around barefoot. Bathroom was ok but there were no toiletries and the hot water wasn't always available - even at different times of the day. The air con in the room was not great. It struggled to keep the room cool. Breakfast was excellent, although the eggs option was only offered once in the 4 days we were there

Aircondition did not work the first night with 30 degrees in the bedroom. No one apologized. It was just it also warm for us. They replied. We asked for ice cubes - the answer was no since we did not buy a drink. The place is very nice location and room but the service level is even below poor. The service level is only 1/5 star. So all in all not a 4 star hotel.
