The sauna and steam are perpetually cold and the staff is unwilling to do anything to correct. Nice little fitness room. The hall carpets look like they have not been cleaned for years and the clientele is the type that likely spews god knows what on them. Rowdy crowds from Germany. The breakfast is about the best we saw in two weeks of Spanish hotels. Awesome. Beware they charge 20 bucks to use their antiquated room safe. This is an old property. The area is perfect and also quieter than most. The cleaning staff was great. Great pools and pool bar. I enjoyed it despite the few glitches.

Séjour agréable , le personnel très agréable et souriant, la nourriture est varié et bonne. Le quel hic c’est les ascenseurs qui sont régulièrement en panne et lorsqu’ils fonctionnent faut attendre parfois presque 5 min. Dans les chambres il manque une bouilloire et de quoi faire un thé le soir.

Schönes Hotel, tolle Lage. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr abwechslungsreich, überwiegend gut gewesen. Ansonsten gibt es aufgrund der Lage viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Zimmer sind schön und größtenteils sauber. Wenn man ganz genau hinschaut, sieht man doch die ein oder anderen Ecken, welche nicht gründlich gereinigt wurden. Im Hotel ist es recht leise, lädt zur Erholung ein. Leider war der Pool nicht beheizt. Poolanlage ist sonst sehr schön gestaltet.

Das Hotel wurde sehr schön renoviert und die Lage ist ideal für April. Man ist schnell am Meer, in Palma oder bei anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Schöner Pool und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Mini Spielplatz vorhanden. Hallenbad ist gut.

Aussenpools beide relativ kalt, Zimmer alles top, das ein odee andere Bad ist schlecht aufgeteilt in Bezug auf Beinfreiheit auf der Toilette, Personal und Essensauswahl sehr gut, wobei man über die Aufteilung im Essensaal und die Platzierung der Teller streiten könnte. Aber rundum zufrieden, ich war schon öfter dort und werde auch wieder hinfahren.

Gutes Hotel, einladender Empfangsbereich, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gut gefallen hat uns das Frühstücksangebot, die hervorragende Busanbindung und der kurze Weg zum Strand (Balenario 11). Gute Restaurants in der Nähe, ein Eroski und Mercadona ebenfalls. Jeden Tag gibt es 2 neue kleine Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer (Ablageflächen Bad und Nachttisch sowie der Fön hätten jedoch sauberer sein können).

Um das Hotel gab es immer kostenlose Parkplätze und die Autobahnauffahrt ist um die Ecke. Einziges Manko ist, die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmertüren. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet.

I was put in room 144 (1st floor) right next to the stairs and all day and night I could hear people on the landing next to my room and going up and down the stairs. And I also could hear banging, heavy footsteps and beds being pushed around the room by the people in the room above me. My room was definitely NOT sound proofed as advertised so it made me not enjoy my stay at all as I hardly got any sleep. I arrived around 10pm at night and after hearing all the noise during the first night, asked to be moved and was told the hotel is full, so I had to endure 4 nights of noise disturbance. Other than that, I enjoyed the food, amenities and everything else at the hotel.

Single beds pushed together supposedly to make it a ‘Double Room’ useless ( they travelled) and poor mattresses. Noise from other rooms and corridors at night due to poor build quality soiled our room experience. Very clean however. Good location.

Das Hotel wurde vermutlich vor einigen Jahren schnell und oberflächlich renoviert. Das Bad ist sehr klein und etwas bedrückend. Für den Zimmersafe muss man nochmal extra bezahlen. Insgesamt vollkommen in Ordnung für eine praktische Lage. Im Verhältnis zum Preis steht es jedoch nicht.

Hotel Cabellero was a lovely, clean hotel. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The main reception, toilets and bar areas are lovely, clean and plenty of space/seats. Only issue I found was that the kids pool was too deep for my son. However, pool area is lovely & clean. Food & drinks are reasonably priced and taste good. Unfortunately we were unable to check out late due to the hotel being so busy, however, they do have a room downstairs, where you can leave your luggage, shower & change - with a hair dryer too, which is free of charge.There are lockers to store hand luggage that costs €2. Our room was located in the new building, and was beautiful. Great size and very clean. The shower was big and had good water pressure. They provide lovely packages of shower gel, body cream and other extras. There was a safe but I didn’t use this, and a small fridge. The fridge worked but wasn’t cold enough for my preference. That me just being picky. TV in the room worked, however, it doesn’t link to the internet so was unable to use my Netflix etc. WiFi is available throughout the hotel, and for the size of the hotel, it works really fast. The only let down was the restaurant. We were half board. Breakfast was good - large variety. However, dinner was bit disappointing. There was a good variety of food, just some plates were bit bland. But that is the only negative part to the hotel. However, there are plenty of restaurants around the area. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Hotel de playa muy nuevo y cuidado. La habitación y, sobre todo el baño, son pequeños. Todo está en un estado de mantenimiento perfecto e impecablemente limpio. La cama es dura y muy cómoda, por lo que pienso que el colchón debe ser nuevo. Detalles tanto en el baño (crema, peine, etc.) como en la habitación (chocolates y agua). Desayuno muy completo. Lo único que no me ha gustado ha sido la insonorización de las habitaciones, aunque tampoco había clientela demasiado ruidosa a mi alrededor.

Das Hotel hat seine besten Tage hinter sich, ist schon ziemlich abgewohnt, das merkt man an vielen Sachen. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und eine Reklamation brachte nur das Ergebnis, dass man mir sagte, zu dieser Jahreszeit brauche ich ja keine Klimaanlage mehr. Das würde ich aber gerne selber entscheiden. Vor allem die Art und Weise, wie man in dem Moment mit mir umgegangen ist war völlig indiskutabel, sehr kundenunfreundlich und arrogant. Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein, auf Toilette sitzt man unter dem Waschbecken. Das Frühstücksbuffett war lecker, der Pool gut, wenn auch zu viel Chlor. Insgesamt für einen Kurzurlaub ok, aber nicht schön.

We enjoyed our stay it was very relaxing, lovely hotel near to everything we needed. Many thanks especially to Kristina in the pool bar and Guido on reception, both were very professional and gave excellent service. It was our first trip away since heart surgery in November and it was just what we needed, we hope to return at a later date. Many thanks to you all.

Le personnel pas très aimable surtout au restaurant. A 20.30 ils rangeaient déjà le buffet en faisant un bruit horrible d’assiettes et couverts. Le buffet fermait à 21h ce qui me paraît très tôt surtout qu’ils étaient tous pressé de ranger. Les serveuses pas un sourire, pas aimable on avait l’impression de les déranger

At reception the staff was extremely nice and made us feel very welcome The property is nice in appearance and clean; however some maintenance on details and also cleanings of areas surrounding the pool is required The members of staff are really polite and keen to help in any way. The cocktails are nice. The food is the worst we ever had! Never tasted anything of this kind before and the wine is overpriced but not good at all! The cutleries, dishes are not properly cleaned; some of them were still dirty and also with water left, simply disgusting The standard of the restaurant not adequate for a 4 star hotel. We were upgraded to a nice room towards the pool; however the usb on the right of the bed didn’t work and we couldn’t recharge one of our mobile. All sockets are shucko and we couldn’t plug our adapter for my hair dryer since the air dryer within the ensuite is really ridiculous! Again not for a 4 star hotel. We contacted the receptionist to request an adapter and we were told they didn’t had one and when we checked out I was explaining to the receptionist who in all answer told me addios! Yes addios! And good luck to whom enters those doors if you are use to the standards of proper 4-5 star hotel A real pity for those hard working members of the staff

Wir waren eine Woche im BG Caballero und es hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage ist optimal zum Flughafen und zum Strand. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist groß und das meiste Essen schmeckte uns. Abendessen waren wir immer an der Strandpromenade, wo es eine riesige Auswahl an Restaurants und Geschäften gibt. Um das Hotel gab es immer kostenlose Parkplätze und die Autobahnauffahrt ist um die Ecke. Einziges Manko ist, die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmertüren. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet.

Excellent 5 star facilities, very close to the beach. Just a bus ride away from the airport. Very central location. Easy bus to Palma city centre. Buffet breakfast and supper were great value for money. Great pool area. I will definitely come back. Quiet side street but a quick walk to restaurants,tourist attractions ,bars and beach

My husband and I were in Mallorca for a wedding and then extended our stay for a holiday. The hotel was lovely, very clean, staff were friendly and a great pool area (sun beds were a bit uncomfortable though!). We loved being so close to the beach and it was great having so many bars and restaurants a short walk away.

Sehr gutes Hotel, ruhige Lage. Zimmer modern und ordentlich ausgestattet. Sehr ruhige und saubere Zimmer. Personal an der Rezeption sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Fussläufig zum Strand ca. 100 m von Ballermann 11 entfernt. Wir waren das zweite Mal dort und würden es wieder buchen.

La chambre qui m'a été attribuée avait la climatisation en panne, le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas non plus, le minibar vide, pas de machine à café... Après une nuit assez chaude, j'ai contacté la reception, 3 techniciens ont passé pas mal de temps à essayer de réparer la climatisation mais en vain. On m'a alors proposé un ventilateur, avant de me proposer de me reloger... J'ai donc pris une nouvelle chambre, dans laquelle tout était conforme cette fois-ci. Un point négatif, l'insonorisation est inexistante, les portes qui claquent vous réveillent sans cesse... Aussi dû au manque de respect des voyageurs... Le snacking de la piscine est plutôt bon. On voit que l'établissement a été rénové assez récemment, mais pas forcement de la meilleure des façons. Le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas très bon. Le petit déjeuner est très garni, mais comme souvent, le goût n'y est pas... Mention spéciale pour les jus de fruits insipides malheureusement... Le personnel est souriant et agréable, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est assez bon, à 5min à pieds de la plage.

Hotel Cabellero was a lovely, clean hotel. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The main reception, toilets and bar areas are lovely, clean and plenty of space/seats. Only issue I found was that the kids pool was too deep for my son. However, pool area is lovely & clean. Food & drinks are reasonably priced and taste good. Unfortunately we were unable to check out late due to the hotel being so busy, however, they do have a room downstairs, where you can leave your luggage, shower & change - with a hair dryer too, which is free of charge.There are lockers to store hand luggage that costs €2. Our room was located in the new building, and was beautiful. Great size and very clean. The shower was big and had good water pressure. They provide lovely packages of shower gel, body cream and other extras. There was a safe but I didn’t use this, and a small fridge. The fridge worked but wasn’t cold enough for my preference. That me just being picky. TV in the room worked, however, it doesn’t link to the internet so was unable to use my Netflix etc. WiFi is available throughout the hotel, and for the size of the hotel, it works really fast. The only let down was the restaurant. We were half board. Breakfast was good - large variety. However, dinner was bit disappointing. There was a good variety of food, just some plates were bit bland. But that is the only negative part to the hotel. However, there are plenty of restaurants around the area. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

The room was good with lots of space for your clothes. The only down fall with the hotel from my point of view was that there's not enough cushioned sunbeds and breakfast is chaos due to the amount of people.

Overall nice experience. The pros are probably closeness to the beach, restaurants, shops and buses. The breakfast buffet was also nice, though it could be very busy so recommend going before 9 in the morning. For another 20 euro you can stay and eat at their dinner buffet, they have different food themes every night. The vegetarian option is very limited, so I wouldn’t eat at the hotel unless you feel you get your moneys worth. Now for the cons: The facilities are a bit worn out, especially the hotel rooms we were staying at. The ventilation was not working in the toilet, a family member that was staying in another room had the same problem. And I wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness to be honest, something that could be improved on. The staff was helpful and accomodating, though their English is very limited. They all speak German though, lol.
