Fantastic location right on an incredible beach, with stunning views across the bay. A smal but ideal swimming pool is a welcome treat in the sunshine. Affordable, value for money, lovely breakfast and a convenient bar/restaurant next door, serving fresh fish and salads. Lovely boardwalk takes you into busier area with bars, shops etc, this could do with lighting, as almost impossible to see when sun went down. Overall a fantastic hotel, great location and helpful staff. Would recommend asking for one of the newly upgraded rooms, that we only found out about when we checked out. We would definitely return

Die Lage war perfekt. Zu Fuß waren die schönsten Strände erreichbar. Vor Ort gab es Sonnenschirme zum Ausleihen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und lecker. Leider war der Balkon unbenutzbar. Dort waren Tausende von Fliegen, sodass man nicht einmal die Balkontür öffnen konnte. Das Personal konnte uns nicht helfen und ein anderes Zimmer schlossen sie aus, da da dasselbe Problem sei. Auf der anderen Balkonfront saßen allerdings einige Gäste auf ihren Balkonen. Der Duschkopf hatte leider keinen Druck und es kam nur wenig Wasser raus. Nach dem Putzen des Zimmers fehlten leider häufig die Handtücher.

Le gros atout de cet hôtel est le site, exceptionnel, qui devrait lui valoir plus qu'une étoile, la plage est devant l'hôtel, la ville à 10 minutes à pied en longeant la mer, la piscine est superbe. Je modère la note car les chambres sont inégales, mais le personnel est très attentif aux besoins des clients, nous n'étions pas satisfaites de la chambre initialement attribuée, vue latérale mer et... parking, petite douche, beaucoup de vis-à-vis, nous nous sommes finalement vues attribuer une chambre beaucoup plus grande avec un grand balcon vue mer, qui justifiait le paiement supplémentaire pour une chambre "supérieure". Le petit déjeuner servi, hormis le jus d'orange industriel était le même que lors de notre première nuit à Ibiza dans un 4 étoiles. En revanche nous sommes arrivées en bus, à éviter, 15 grosses minutes de marche en traînant les valises par une route de sable, nous avons pris un taxi au retour. Mais pour le site et le service, nous reviendrons !

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage. Kleiner Pool, aber da der Strand direkt nebenan war, war das kein Problem. Leider kosten die Liegen am Strand allerdings 10€. Mein Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, sondern nur eine Balkontür. Das war anfangs etwas komisch. Der Balkon war toll und man hatte direkten Blick zum Meer. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und man saß auf der Frühstücksterasse mit Meerblick.

L'albergo ha una posizione ottima, proprio sul mare con un comodo parcheggio e una bella terrazza per la colazione, abbondante e buona. Viene fornito anche l'ombrellone da portarsi in spiaggia. Purtroppo la struttura ha una parte più nuova e una parte forse più vecchia con stanze meno curate e soprattutto si sente tutto da una stanza all'altra. Pur avendo prenotato la stanza che appare sul sito come Standard a 2 letti uso singolo mi hanno dato quella che sul sito Expedia viene chiaramente definita Economy e che avevo scartato e alle mie proteste la ragazza della reception ha semplicemente negato questa distinzione.

El emplazamiento está genial, a unos minutos de Es Pujols por el.q puedes ir a pie por una pasarela q va paralela a la playa . Lugar muy tranquilo, con varias calitas y un restaurante .La habitación Premium está muy bien, amplia y muy nueva.

I booked a single room but was lucky to be given a triple room . It had everything I needed and the most stunning sunset views from the balcony ! The breakfast had a wide variety of continental breakfast choices plus bacon fried egg, scrambled egg and boiled eggs. Lots of fruit and the coffee was great ! Staff at reception were helpful and room cleaned daily to a high standard . Hope to be back !

Hotel molto accogliente, silenzioso ed a pochi passi dal mare. L’invidiabile posizione strategica consente di raggiungere a piedi il paesino di Es Pujols ed al tempo stesso di godere della tranquillità necessaria per rilassarsi in vacanza. La nostra stanza, pur trovandosi al piano terra e di fronte al parcheggio, non ha mai sofferto alcuna ingerenza da parte dei passanti o delle auto, anzi abbiamo potuto godere del piacevole suono delle onde ed addormentarsi così è davvero spettacolare. Unica nota negativa la pulizia sia nelle stanze che al buffet della colazione. Credo non ci siano mai state cambiate lenzuola e federe, nonostante fossero macchinate e sporche ed avessimo fatto esplicita richiesta, e non mi è ben chiaro come mai per il bidet avessimo a disposizione un unico asciugamano nonostante fossimo in 2. Al buffet mi sono accorta che veniva usato lo stesso straccetto per ogni tavolo che veniva liberato e preparato, senza mai venire sciacquato e senza l’uso di uno spray disinfettante. Personalmente in camera siamo stati senza sapone liquido per 5 giorni e ci sono state fornite inizialmente delle saponette minuscole poi neanche più quelle. Dal punto di vista dell’attenzione all’ambiente, non ho mai visto secchi per l’indifferenziata e di questo mi dispiace molto.

Hotellet var inte fullt uppöppnat än, vilket innebar att det saknades lite saker i badrummet. Men det fixades fram snabbt. Lite doft från avloppet men väldigt välstädat. Ljud från maskiner/pumpar störde morgonsömnen. Men i stort ett jättefint hotell med magiskt läge.

Die direkte Lage am Meer ist wunderbar. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Anlage sieht optisch abgenutzt aus, dies könnte mit kleinen, laufenden Reparaturarbeiten in Schuss gehalten werden. Unsere Suite war extrem klein, die Couch hatte auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern ist gut, nur muss das Personal besser geschult werden, damit man nicht laufend den Verbrauchsartikeln wie WC-Papier und Seife nachrennen muss. Preis/Leistung enttäuschend. Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption muss verbessert werden.

I loved everything ! Since its location next to a beach, to the clean and comfy rooms, they clean your room everyday. The staff is lovely, very friendly and will go above and beyond to look after you. :) Walkable distance to the restaurants and supermarkets, but is in a quiet area :) The breakfast was delicious, with multiple options ! I will come back for sure :) Thank you

Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto confortável, equipe simpática e atenciosa, bar e restaurante muito bom, café da manhã variado e muito gostoso. Faria alguma observação sobre a arrumação do quarto; em 5 dias de estadia a roupa de cama foi trocada somente uma vez, também os pratos e talheres que usamos no primeiro dia não foram lavados, achamos que a arrumação do quarto deve ser observada mais de perto pela gerencia. No mais recomendamos o hotel!
Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto confortável, equipe simpática e atenciosa, bar e restaurante muito bom, café da manhã variado e muito gostoso. Faria alguma observação sobre a arrumação do quarto; em 5 dias de estadia a roupa de cama foi trocada somente uma vez, também os pratos e talheres que usamos no primeiro dia não foram lavados, achamos que a arrumação do quarto deve ser observada mais de perto pela gerencia. Gorgeous location! Surrounded by water and beautiful beaches. I loved that the room had a private patio with a complimentary drying rack for beach clothes. The shower was very small, but manageable. Housekeeping did enter my room without knocking twice on my first morning (not checkout day). No “do not disturb” sign was provided, but there was a button just below the door knob that I think served this purpose.

Wir waren nun zum dritten mal im Hotel Roca Bella. Die Zimmer sind schön, mit großen Balkons, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist einmalig. Super nettes Personal und ein klasse Frühstück. Gerne bald wieder.

Hotellet var inte fullt uppöppnat än, vilket innebar att det saknades lite saker i badrummet. Men det fixades fram snabbt. Lite doft från avloppet men väldigt välstädat. Ljud från maskiner/pumpar störde morgonsömnen. Men i stort ett jättefint hotell med magiskt läge.

Die direkte Lage am Meer ist wunderbar. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Anlage sieht optisch abgenutzt aus, dies könnte mit kleinen, laufenden Reparaturarbeiten in Schuss gehalten werden. Unsere Suite war extrem klein, die Couch hatte auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern ist gut, nur muss das Personal besser geschult werden, damit man nicht laufend den Verbrauchsartikeln wie WC-Papier und Seife nachrennen muss. Preis/Leistung enttäuschend. Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption muss verbessert werden.

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage. Kleiner Pool, aber da der Strand direkt nebenan war, war das kein Problem. Leider kosten die Liegen am Strand allerdings 10€. Mein Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, sondern nur eine Balkontür. Das war anfangs etwas komisch. Der Balkon war toll und man hatte direkten Blick zum Meer. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und man saß auf der Frühstücksterasse mit Meerblick.

L'albergo ha una posizione ottima, proprio sul mare con un comodo parcheggio e una bella terrazza per la colazione, abbondante e buona. Viene fornito anche l'ombrellone da portarsi in spiaggia. Purtroppo la struttura ha una parte più nuova e una parte forse più vecchia con stanze meno curate e soprattutto si sente tutto da una stanza all'altra. Pur avendo prenotato la stanza che appare sul sito come Standard a 2 letti uso singolo mi hanno dato quella che sul sito Expedia viene chiaramente definita Economy e che avevo scartato e alle mie proteste la ragazza della reception ha semplicemente negato questa distinzione.

El emplazamiento está genial, a unos minutos de Es Pujols por el.q puedes ir a pie por una pasarela q va paralela a la playa . Lugar muy tranquilo, con varias calitas y un restaurante .La habitación Premium está muy bien, amplia y muy nueva.

Gorgeous location! Surrounded by water and beautiful beaches. I loved that the room had a private patio with a complimentary drying rack for beach clothes. The shower was very small, but manageable. Housekeeping did enter my room without knocking twice on my first morning (not checkout day). No “do not disturb” sign was provided, but there was a button just below the door knob that I think served this purpose.

Die Lage war perfekt. Zu Fuß waren die schönsten Strände erreichbar. Vor Ort gab es Sonnenschirme zum Ausleihen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und lecker. Leider war der Balkon unbenutzbar. Dort waren Tausende von Fliegen, sodass man nicht einmal die Balkontür öffnen konnte. Das Personal konnte uns nicht helfen und ein anderes Zimmer schlossen sie aus, da da dasselbe Problem sei. Auf der anderen Balkonfront saßen allerdings einige Gäste auf ihren Balkonen. Der Duschkopf hatte leider keinen Druck und es kam nur wenig Wasser raus. Nach dem Putzen des Zimmers fehlten leider häufig die Handtücher.

I loved everything ! Since its location next to a beach, to the clean and comfy rooms, they clean your room everyday. The staff is lovely, very friendly and will go above and beyond to look after you. :) Walkable distance to the restaurants and supermarkets, but is in a quiet area :) The breakfast was delicious, with multiple options ! I will come back for sure :) Thank you

The location was perfect for a peaceful few days in sun. The accommodation is clean and simple. The balcony is a bonus, as it offers a fantastic view of the local beach. The sound of the waves on the rocks was very relaxing. You can also see the stars at night, as there is very little light pollution. The staff are friendly, especially Carlo was helping in answering questions. I definitely plan to return in the future.

In a quiet pocket of Es Pujols but an easy walk into the action. Loced that it was waterfeont and could hear the waves so serene. Also has beach access in a nice little cove with warm calm water. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The property was very clean.

Le gros atout de cet hôtel est le site, exceptionnel, qui devrait lui valoir plus qu'une étoile, la plage est devant l'hôtel, la ville à 10 minutes à pied en longeant la mer, la piscine est superbe. Je modère la note car les chambres sont inégales, mais le personnel est très attentif aux besoins des clients, nous n'étions pas satisfaites de la chambre initialement attribuée, vue latérale mer et... parking, petite douche, beaucoup de vis-à-vis, nous nous sommes finalement vues attribuer une chambre beaucoup plus grande avec un grand balcon vue mer, qui justifiait le paiement supplémentaire pour une chambre "supérieure". Le petit déjeuner servi, hormis le jus d'orange industriel était le même que lors de notre première nuit à Ibiza dans un 4 étoiles. En revanche nous sommes arrivées en bus, à éviter, 15 grosses minutes de marche en traînant les valises par une route de sable, nous avons pris un taxi au retour. Mais pour le site et le service, nous reviendrons !

I booked a single room but was lucky to be given a triple room . It had everything I needed and the most stunning sunset views from the balcony ! The breakfast had a wide variety of continental breakfast choices plus bacon fried egg, scrambled egg and boiled eggs. Lots of fruit and the coffee was great ! Staff at reception were helpful and room cleaned daily to a high standard . Hope to be back !

I can't believe this Hotel is only one Star ?? Fantastic hotel, situation,breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible. Staff brilliant, Restaurant first class. If you ever find yourself staying at "Roca Bella" I promise you will not be disappointed. I shall certainly return..many thanks.

Hotel antiguo pero parcialmente reformado. Excelente ubicación en una cala a 5 minutos a pie del paseo marítimo de Es Pujols. Buffet de desayuno más que correcto, con vistas espectaculares y personal muy amable. Una buena elección para visitar Formentera.

Mein Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, sondern nur eine Balkontür. Das war anfangs etwas komisch. Der Balkon war toll und man hatte direkten Blick zum Meer. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und man saß auf der Frühstücksterasse mit Meerblick.

Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto confortável, equipe simpática e atenciosa, bar e restaurante muito bom, café da manhã variado e muito gostoso. Faria alguma observação sobre a arrumação do quarto; em 5 dias de estadia a roupa de cama foi trocada somente uma vez, também os pratos e talheres que usamos no primeiro dia não foram lavados, achamos que a arrumação do quarto deve ser observada mais de perto pela gerencia. No mais recomendamos o hotel!

Gorgeous location! Surrounded by water and beautiful beaches. I loved that the room had a private patio with a complimentary drying rack for beach clothes. The shower was very small, but manageable. Housekeeping did enter my room without knocking twice on my first morning (not checkout day). No “do not disturb” sign was provided, but there was a button just below the door knob that I think served this purpose.

I loved everything ! Since its location next to a beach, to the clean and comfy rooms, they clean your room everyday. The staff is lovely, very friendly and will go above and beyond to look after you. :) Walkable distance to the restaurants and supermarkets, but is in a quiet area :) The breakfast was delicious, with multiple options ! I will come back for sure :) Thank you

The location was perfect for a peaceful few days in sun. The accommodation is clean and simple. The balcony is a bonus, as it offers a fantastic view of the local beach. The sound of the waves on the rocks was very relaxing. You can also see the stars at night, as there is very little light pollution. The staff are friendly, especially Carlo was helping in answering questions. I definitely plan to return in the future.
