The restaurant on site is fantastic and so is their breakfast. The room has all nice amenities and comfortable bedding. Service is impecable. Highly recommend this place.

Striking property, right on promenade within a (pleasant) 10 minute walk from a good selection of shops bars and restaurants. Good underground parking at no additional cost. A full service breakfast (ie no buffet) was an added bonus. Only 1hr 15minutes from Santander ferry terminal and ideal for waht we wanted. Will return.

We loved this hotel. It has the best location right on the boardwalk next to the beach. Delicious breakfast and the staff were efficient and friendly. But best of all was our room with the large terrace on the ocean side with a drop dead view of the Ribadekka beach. We will be back !!

Lovely building from outside but our room looked directly onto roof and windows of new restaurant . Other available rooms also had buildings so close. Felt as though every saving had been made in lots of ways..Breakfast very limited and small portions. Staff tried to be helpful.

We have been coming to Hotel Villa Rosario for several years now, and the fact that is still one of our favourite hotels in the world speaks volumes. As well as being a beautiful and unique building in a perfect location, Villa Rosario exudes top class in all areas. Check in was as charming as ever, and our room is very well equipped and very comfortable. The breakfast system here is all about quality service, and instead of the ubiquitous buffets that you get elsewhere, you have personal service and freshly cooked food to order. The restaurant service is stylish, modern but in no way stuffy. As I alluded to at the beginning of my review, this is a fabulous hotel and we look forward to our next visit.

The restaurant service is stylish, modern but in no way stuffy. As I alluded to at the beginning of my review, this is a fabulous hotel and we look forward to our next visit.

For our short stay it was perfect. It’s obviously a character property! It is ocean front where we stayed and the room was large as was the bathroom. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to town. Views to die for! I got a massage in my room but that was a challenge in space required though.

The hotel is a unique art deco building in a smart part of the town facing the promenade and beach with golden sands. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. The location couldn’t be faulted. Parking was free and provided in an underground car park. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. No kettle or fridge in room. Breakfast was good and adequate and staff were very friendly and helpful although choices were repetitive. I thoroughly recommend this hotel. I would like to stay there again.
