Hôtel très propre, personnel très agréable. Parking devant gratuit mais peu de place et sous terrain 4€/ nuit donc non excessif ! Nous avons eu un petit déjeuner excellent sucré comme salé… et très bon café ! Le seul point négatif mais très important il fais très très chaud dans la chambre même avec la «\xa0climatisation\xa0» qui envoie effectivement que de l’air chaud ! Nous avons très mal dormi ! Et notre bébé aussi ça a étais une nuit Catastrophique !!! En plein été nous y viendrons pas c’est sûr ! ☹️☹️☹️

Pub mensongère sur le site il y a écrit qu’il y a une piscine hors c’est faux !! La femme de ménage a jeter nos affaire qui étaient sur le lit par terre, elle s’est également permis d’entrer alors que nous étions au lit malgré la pancarte sur la porte. Le petit déjeuné ne vaut pas son prix, trop peu de choix pour 10€. Pub mensongère également sur les locations de vélo décrite sur l’annonce. Personnel de nuit désagréable qui n’a clairement pas envie de travailler. Gare proche bruyante. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement.

Hotel sin más, se le nota el paso del tiempo en algunos aspectos, pero nada de importancia. El desayuno correcto. El parking interior si no quieres dejar el coche en la calle muy bien de precio, 4 eur la noche.

Es un Ibis... en fin. Llegué a las 21:15 y no pude acceder a mi habitación hasta las 22:45 habiendo hecho el check online. ¡¡¡Se les habían acabado las tarjetas para acceder a las habitaciones!!! La chica de recepción fue amable y nos invitó a cenar, no era culpa suya, pero, vamos un desastre. Tardaron un rato en traer tarjetas de otro hotel. Además, el restaurante estaba cerrado por obras y la camarera era una chica en prácticas que apenas hablaba castellano... Siempre me arrepiento de reservar un hotel Ibis... El desayuno no está mal, bastante completo.

No es para nada bueno encontrar un cartel en el parking, al salir del parking hacia el ascensor que dice "el parking es gratuito" y luego que la recepcionista te diga que tienes que pagar. Suena a estafa.

Accueil moyen, parking impossible avec une voiture plus grande qu’une Golf. Restaurant moyen, snack qu’en dehors de l’ouverture du restaurant. Chambre vieillotte. Il n’y a que la literie qui rattrape le tout.

Un hôtel qui à première vue ne donne pas trop confiance, car situé dans une zone industrielle. Cependant une fois rentrés, agréable surprise, l'hôtel est très propre et le personnel très accueillant et adorable. La chambre est calme, très spacieuse et rénovée avec goût et la salle d'eau fonctionnelle. Option petit déjeuner complet à 10 EUR ou 4 EUR ( café, croissants et pain beurre confiture). Petit plus parking souterrain gratuit réservé à l'hôtel. Très bon séjour

Room cosy. Staff decent. Trip ruined by being very badly bitten by bad bugs. Hotel refunded cost of room for 2 nights affected. Hotels.com are yet to refund the extra 10£ which they charged for those nights, above the cost charged by the hotel.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The room was dirty and smelled unpleasant. The staff was rude and uncooperative. We didn’t have a refrigerator in the room and couldn’t store our own drinks in the hotel. The parking lot was too small for our car, and the hotel was located in a remote industrial area without any shopping or kiosks. The price-performance ratio was very poor. We cannot recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and cheap. The mades open the door 3 times a day without knoking even if you jave a sign at the door. No safe box, There is no water available for customers, the surrpunding areas dont have anytthing. The only good thing about this place is that is cheap in comparison with other hotels.

Me gustó la decoración, funcionalidad, rapidez de acceso, comodidad del colchón y la amabilidad en recepción en la llegada. Dormí bastante mal, no me gustó la insonorización en habitaciones (se oía todo), ni limpieza (había polvo en más de un lugar), ni la imposibilidad de filtrar toda la luz que entra por la ventana.

Rooms were cosy and staff decent, however the overall experience was nightmarish as i was given a room which had bed bugs and was very badly bitten. This had a very negative effect on my entire trip and is still causing a lot of discomfort several days after the experience.

Le cadre, en pleine zone industrielle, n'est pas le plus agréable mais le personnel est sympathique. De plus l'hôtel est très calme, peu de bruit dans les couloirs et l'isolation phonique est bonne que ce soit entre les chambres ou avec l'extérieur (système de double fenêtre à double vitrage, on n'entend pas le circuit automobile pour situé à proximité immédiate). Possibilité de se restaurer sur place d'autant plus appréciable que l'offre est très limitée à proximité.

Le cadre, en pleine zone industrielle, n'est pas le plus agréable mais le personnel est sympathique. The hotel is about 30-40 mins outside city center. Unplanned expense when it came to Uber/taxi it was anywhere from $50-100 one way every time. The hotel is not near anything so you either need to rent a car or get an uber. There’s NO AC in any room in the hotel. If that’s an amenity that’s important to you. Bring your own fan or book your own place. Staff was nice and friendly but overall I’d never return due to how expensive it ended up being having a hotel so far away and no rental car.

Horrorosa. Las gestiones que he intentado realizar en recepción fueron decepcionantes. Nunca antes me había sucedido. No recomiendo en absoluto hospedarse en este hotel aunque lo disfracen con un buen precio.

We did not have a car and I didn’t realise that its location was as remote as it was. We went to visit our daughter in Gronellers and it was really too far to walk and not pleasant as in the middle of an industrial estate. The staff were not friendly and when I asked for two extra pillows as the ones we had were not good, the woman said she had only one when I could see there was another in the same cupboard.

The staff in the hotel were very helpful & kind. Michelle went above & beyond for us & i cannot thank her enough. The food was delicious & the beds were so comfy. Its quite a way out from the city though. That was my fault as i booked last minute. I tried to exchange to a nearby city hotel beforehand but expedia wouldnt let me.

A la hora de hacer el check-in ha sido muy lento ya que sólo había un Recepcionista atendiendo y varios clientes. Destaco la maravillosa atención de la cocinera del restaurante del Hotel llamada Mari, me atendió fenomenal.

Cependant une fois rentrés, agréable surprise, l'hôtel est très propre et le personnel très accueillant et adorable. La chambre est calme, très spacieuse et rénovée avec goût et la salle d'eau fonctionnelle. Option petit déjeuner complet à 10 EUR ou 4 EUR ( café, croissants et pain beurre confiture). Petit plus parking souterrain gratuit réservé à l'hôtel. Très bon séjour

Le cadre, en pleine zone industrielle, n'est pas le plus agréable mais le personnel est sympathique. De plus l'hôtel est très calme, peu de bruit dans les couloirs et l'isolation phonique est bonne que ce soit entre les chambres ou avec l'extérieur (système de double fenêtre à double vitrage, on n'entend pas le circuit automobile pour situé à proximité immédiate). Possibilité de se restaurer sur place d'autant plus appréciable que l'offre est très limitée à proximité.

The hotel is about 30-40 mins outside city center. Unplanned expense when it came to Uber/taxi it was anywhere from $50-100 one way every time. The hotel is not near anything so you either need to rent a car or get an uber. There’s NO AC in any room in the hotel. If that’s an amenity that’s important to you. Bring your own fan or book your own place. Staff was nice and friendly but overall I’d never return due to how expensive it ended up being having a hotel so far away and no rental car.

We did not have a car and I didn’t realise that its location was as remote as it was. We went to visit our daughter in Gronellers and it was really too far to walk and not pleasant as in the middle of an industrial estate. The staff were not friendly and when I asked for two extra pillows as the ones we had were not good, the woman said she had only one when I could see there was another in the same cupboard.

Hôtel très propre, personnel très agréable. Parking devant gratuit mais peu de place et sous terrain 4€/ nuit donc non excessif ! Nous avons eu un petit déjeuner excellent sucré comme salé… et très bon café ! Le seul point négatif mais très important il fais très très chaud dans la chambre même avec la «\xa0climatisation\xa0» qui envoie effectivement que de l’air chaud ! Nous avons très mal dormi ! Et notre bébé aussi ça a étais une nuit Catastrophique !!! En plein été nous y viendrons pas c’est sûr ! ☹️☹️☹️

Pub mensongère sur le site il y a écrit qu’il y a une piscine hors c’est faux !! La femme de ménage a jeter nos affaire qui étaient sur le lit par terre, elle s’est également permis d’entrer alors que nous étions au lit malgré la pancarte sur la porte. Le petit déjeuné ne vaut pas son prix, trop peu de choix pour 10€. Pub mensongère également sur les locations de vélo décrite sur l’annonce. Personnel de nuit désagréable qui n’a clairement pas envie de travailler. Gare proche bruyante. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement.

Es un Ibis... en fin. Llegué a las 21:15 y no pude acceder a mi habitación hasta las 22:45 habiendo hecho el check online. ¡¡¡Se les habían acabado las tarjetas para acceder a las habitaciones!!! La chica de recepción fue amable y nos invitó a cenar, no era culpa suya, pero, vamos un desastre. Tardaron un rato en traer tarjetas de otro hotel. Además, el restaurante estaba cerrado por obras y la camarera era una chica en prácticas que apenas hablaba castellano... Siempre me arrepiento de reservar un hotel Ibis... El desayuno no está mal, bastante completo.

The hotel was newly refurbished for 2026 but was already showing signs of wear and tear. The bathroom is a pod and my wife found it very difficult to enter and exit. Unfortunately all the accessible rooms were taken. It was OK for 1 night. The staff were very friendly and helpful we could not have asked for better. The food in the cafe/restaurant was different but excellently cooked and presented.

Clean and spacious well designed rooms, nice staff, very good breakfast, few free parking spots in front of hotel, the underground parking isn't free. The location is highly problematic if you intend to use public transportation. The bus stop that's going to the train station 5 minutes walking and it's infrequent, but worst thing is train as it didn't go to Barcelona and they didn't explain how to get there. At the return it was even worse as trains to the the area didn't arrive and no one told what to do. So the transportation in the Barcelona area is so horrible and extremely unreliable that best recommendation is to go there by car and search the adequate parking.

I did not like the location at all. It was two hours drive from Barceloma centre. And they refused to accommodate me to another location close to centre town. Therefore I did not stay in that hotel. Perhaps it was my fault to reserve a room and pay them fully $1431.37. At the same time they could have made some concession and refunded some money. I stayed at other hotels in Barceloma and Madrid. I was a big loss for me.
