This is a great hotel located right on the beach. Hotels are no longer allowed to be built on the beach side in Mojacar so this is the only one (I’m aware of) due to it being built many years ago. The hotel is old, yet has been modernised with stylish and contemporary designs and finishes. There’s still room for improvement, such as the soil border between the restaurant and the beach hasn’t been planted and other minor things, but the stunning location far outweighs any negatives. We really enjoyed having a G &T on the hotel terrace watching the windsurfers and paraglide, kiteboarders. Our room and large balcony was right on the beach and had everything you could want, including an extremely comfortable bed. We fell asleep and woke up in the morning to sound of the sea, absolutely beautiful. The view of sunset and especially the moonlight on the ocean from the hotel is also beautiful. The restaurant, again right on the beach, serves a delicious breakfast with freshly cooked options, freshly squeezed orange juice, full barista coffee to order and everything you could want including healthy options. We recently returned to this hotel, which is our favourite in Mojacar due to its location right on the beach. Hotels are no longer allowed to be built on the beach side in Mojacar so this is the only one (I’m aware of) due to it being built many years ago. The hotel is old, yet has been modernised with stylish and contemporary designs and finishes. There’s still room for improvement, such as the soil border between the restaurant and the beach hasn’t been planted and other minor things, but the stunning location far outweighs any negatives. Muy buena ubicación. Las vistas al mar son espectaculares, sobretodo desde la terraza del restaurante y los dormitorios del lado de la playa. La piscina la han reformado hace poco y es bastante grande para el tamaño del hotel. El bufet de desayuno muy bueno y el restaurante una gran opción por la zona. Tiene parking y en general todo ha sido muy agradable

Rundum klasse. Gut zu finden/erreichen. Parkplatz ohne Höhenbegrenzung direkt vor der Tür. Direkt am Strand. Durch die Lobby/Bar direkt zum Wasser. Kleine Liegestühle stehen umsonst zur Verfügung. Vorsicht mit der Unterströmung im Meer (Wellen beobachten und Entfernung zum Strand im Auge behalten!) Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut und auch fußläufig erreichbar. Nettes, hilfsbereites Personal.

This was our fourth stay here. We had a sea view balcony again. Very clean, comfortable and friendly. Good breakfast as usual. We like this end of the playa - quiet but close enough to reach a good range of bars and restaurants. It’s in the bus routes to garrucha and the pueblo as well as the indalo end of the playa. Overall a fantastic stay at Hotel Continental and beyond our expectations for what we paid. The staff work extremely hard to keep it one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever visited. Breakfast is awesome and the ‘Cafe Solo’s’ were amazing. Our room looked directly at the sea which was stunning to see every day. We had a great new year there thank you.
Overall a fantastic stay at Hotel Continental and beyond our expectations for what we paid. The staff work extremely hard to keep it one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever visited. Breakfast is awesome and the ‘Cafe Solo’s’ were amazing. Our room looked directly at the sea which was stunning to see every day. We had a great new year there thank you.

What a clean, comfortable, quiet boutique hotel on the sea, Staff was friendly and helpful. My limited Spanish was unnecessary as all spoke English. We spent two nights in January 2026. Off season travel is my favorite. I expect it will be a bit noisier in peak season

The making of this hotel is it's fabulous location on the beach. The front of the hotel is on quite a busy road so rooms at the front can be noisy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is good. Rooms are very clean and spacious. This was our second stay and we will be back xx

Ha sido una muy grata experiencia pernoctar en este hotel junto a la playa de Mojácar. Hemos disfrutado de una amplia y cómoda habitación con vistas a la playa. El hotel no es muy grande, así que se respira tranquilidad y es ideal para descansar, relajarse y desconectar. El desayuno es correcto y la wifi funciona muy bien. El restaurante ofrece una carta interesante de paellas, pescados y mariscos de la zona. Nos volveremos a hospedar aquí, seguro.
Ha sido una muy grata experiencia pernoctar en este hotel junto a la playa de Mojácar. Hemos disfrutado de una amplia y cómoda habitación con vistas a la playa. The views and location of the hotel were fantastic The sea view rooms are ok but could do with some updating. Not a great deal of power from the showers especially when others were using them. The pool view rooms were very nice. The breakfasts were amazing and the sea views from the dining area were brilliant. Everything was very clean and the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The making of this hotel is it's fabulous location on the beach. The front of the hotel is on quite a busy road so rooms at the front can be noisy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is good. Rooms are very clean and spacious. This was our second stay and we will be back xx

Très bon hôtel sur la plage de Mojácar, idéal pour un séjour de détente en couple. Ambiance tranquille et agréable, pétit déjéuner correct, la wifi fonctionne très bien et le personnel est très sympathique. You cannot walk on the beach without shoes. The beach is not sand, it is gravel with pebbles and large stones. You cannot get coffee and food at anytime. If you cannot get a cup of coffee or tea in the morning at least have a coffee maker inside the room, but there was not. The guy at the checkin counter with eyeglasses is not welcoming or friendly at all and kind of rude.

Its position on the beach makes it worth paying extra for a room with a sea view. I did that at check-in and I felt it was money well spent. I've been three times to the Continental and the staff are always cheerful and helpful and the breakfasts, particularly the buffet, is excellent. Parking is easy if you go slightly off season, and if you don't have a car, there is a local bus service that stops right in front of the hotel gardens and car park making access to everywhere else easy.

This is a great hotel located right on the beach. Hotels are no longer allowed to be built on the beach side in Mojacar so this is the only one (I’m aware of) due to it being built many years ago. The hotel is old, yet has been modernised with stylish and contemporary designs and finishes. There’s still room for improvement, such as the soil border between the restaurant and the beach hasn’t been planted and other minor things, but the stunning location far outweighs any negatives. We really enjoyed having a G &T on the hotel terrace watching the windsurfers and paraglide, kiteboarders. Our room and large balcony was right on the beach and had everything you could want, including an extremely comfortable bed. We fell asleep and woke up in the morning to sound of the sea, absolutely beautiful. The view of sunset and especially the moonlight on the ocean from the hotel is also beautiful. The restaurant, again right on the beach, serves a delicious breakfast with freshly cooked options, freshly squeezed orange juice, full barista coffee to order and everything you could want including healthy options. We always had an extra coffee after breakfast because the location is so nice. The hotel also offers meals and snacks throughout the day. The pool area has been recently refurbished and drinks from the bar are served there. We had no problem getting sun beds etc during our stay in June. We like this end of the playa - quiet but close enough to reach a good range of bars and restaurants. It’s in the bus routes to garrucha and the pueblo as well as the indalo end of the playa. Nos alojamos una semana en agosto y estuvimos muy bien en Hotel Continental. Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, justo a pie de playa y con una terraza con vistas al mar en la que poder desayunar, comer o tomar algo. También muy recomendable comer en el hotel, la comida es buenísima y se nota la calidad (recomendamos probar la Fideuá de marisco), además de que los camareros son muy majos y atentos. Quizá por poner alguna pequeña pega es que no te reponen todos los días los amenities y a veces necesitábamos gel de ducha, y que se oye el ruido y hablar de las personas encargadas de la limpieza por la mañana. Por lo demás, fue una estancia muy agradable y recomendable para ir a visitar Mojacar

We recently returned to this hotel, which is our favourite in Mojacar due to its location right on the beach. The hotel has been modernised with stylish and contemporary designs and finishes. There’s still room for improvement, such as the soil border between the restaurant and the beach hasn’t been planted and other minor things, but the stunning location far outweighs any negatives. We really enjoyed having a G &T on the hotel terrace watching the windsurfers and paraglide, kiteboarders. Our room and large balcony was right on the beach and had everything you could want, including an extremely comfortable bed. We fell asleep and woke up in the morning to sound of the sea, absolutely beautiful. The view of sunset and especially the moonlight on the ocean from the hotel is also beautiful. The restaurant, again right on the beach, serves a delicious breakfast with freshly cooked options, freshly squeezed orange juice, full barista coffee to order and everything you could want including healthy options. We always had an extra coffee after breakfast because the location is so nice. The hotel also offers meals and snacks throughout the day. The pool area has been recently refurbished and drinks from the bar are served there. We had no problem getting sun beds etc during our stay in June. We found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to visiting the Hospedium Hotel Continental again in future. Highly recommended.

Personal sehr freundlich, hatten ein sehr grosses Zimmer, Frühstück war reichlich und gut. Eier wurden je nach Wunsch frisch gebraten oder gekocht. Es gab frisch gepressten Orangensaft und einen guten Kaffee.

Hotel muy limpio. Camas cómodas. Buena atención. Buffet desayuno variado y mesas frente al mar. Salida directa a la playa. No tiene ascensor. Lo peor está situado lejos de la zona de ambiente y hay pocos sitios para cenar comer. El hotel tiene restaurante eso sí.

Très bon hôtel sur la plage de Mojácar, idéal pour un séjour de détente en couple. Ambiance tranquille et agréable, pétit déjéuner correct, la wifi fonctionne très bien et le personnel est très sympathique. Les vues de la mer depuis la terrace de notre chambre étaient vraiment top ! Le restaurant de l'hôtel est magnifique où l'on peut déguster une délicieuse paella aux fruits de mer, parmi d'autres spécialités de la cuisine locale. Il y a aussi d'autres bonnes options à proximité (on a particulièrement aimé la Pizzeria d'Angelo, qui se trouve à 2 pas de l'hôtel, pour le dîner) Bref, faites-vous plaisir en séjournant dans cet établissement, vous ne vous tromperez pas !
