Rum utan något extra alls. Det var dock rent och sängen var hyfsat skön. Bra parkering utanför och nära Bergamo flygplats. Vi hann inte med frukosten så kan inte recensera den. Personalen var trevlig. Spa-hotell kanske var kanske lite av en överdrift.

Un’ottima esperienza: cortesia, comfort e relax! ​Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel e ne siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti. ​La Junior Suite è bellissima e la vasca idromassaggio è stata utilissima per rilassarsi. La stanza era molto pulita, il letto comodo e i cuscini perfetti. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la presenza del giardinetto: la mattina la mia bimba si è divertita molto a passare un po' di tempo lì ed è stato un ottimo valore aggiunto. ​La colazione era buona, anche se suggerirei di aggiungere un po' più di varietà. La vera forza della struttura è però il personale: davvero molto cordiale, gentile e sempre con il sorriso! ​Dall'esterno la struttura non sembra un granché, ma una volta entrati ne vale assolutamente la pena. Non ci possiamo lamentare di nulla, è stata davvero una bella esperienza!

The information on Hotels.com stating that this hotel is only a 6-minute drive from Bergamo Airport is completely misleading. In reality, it takes more than 19 minutes to drive there, and the location is in the exact opposite direction of the city center. If you arrive on a late-night flight, taxis at the airport charge over €70 to get to the hotel. I discovered this issue before my trip, but the hotel refused to offer any compensation or refund, and they did not even apologize! As a result, on the night of our arrival, it took me nearly two hours just to find a taxi with a reasonable fare to reach the hotel.We had booked a quadruple room. When we arrived late at night, the electric kettle plug in that room was unusable, and the toilet flushing mechanism was broken and could not flush at all! Fortunately, the staff member who received us moved us into two double rooms instead. Overall, the stay experience was not ideal, and the hotel facilities were basic and outdated. However, the staff's attitude was quite friendly, and they were willing to do their best to help!
