Copper Queen Hotel & Casino

Very comfortable and clean room.

Friendly helpful staff at arrived. This hotel mixes smoking and non-smoking rooms. Our non-smoking room did not smell of smoke. Someone smoked a cigar outside (annex). This is an older hotel with Casino if that's what you want. The rooms seem to all be surrounding the interior Casino and one hears the machines. AC sound may mask that to a degree. In addition there is a motel style building (annex) on the other side of the road. In annex - did not hear neighbors. Our room was large -one armchair, little table, fridge w separate freezer, good sheets, pillows all same sort non feathers (too plump for us). Elevators in main building, not in Annex. Has Restaurant /breakfast room which seems to be completely enclosed in main building- no windows? Fun Mexican food next door, otherwise nothing easy walking distance.

When I first arrived was like I should of went somewhere else. But from walking in until I checked out I was amazed at how much I enjoyed the trip from how friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend to other people. Thanks for the great service and memories.

We stayed in the Annex, which was across the street. The room was comfortable and quiet. The check-in process was quick, and the representative was friendly and attentive, even walking me to the front of the property to show me where the Annex was. Good experience!

I was put in the other building and it was too much of a pain to cross the street to use the facilities. Also, the other building was not kept up as well as the other. The bed was old and was like sleeping g in a bowl. The pillows were terrible. Very small pillows. I would and will recommend the Copper Queen, but I'll tell everyone to stay in the main building.
