Spark by Hilton Lafayette

La chambre était parfaits tout l’ensemble de l’hebergement était correct. Ke problème était la mauvaise information generee par Expedia a l’effet qu’il y avait une borne de recharge a cet hotel ce qui nous a retardé de deux heures et nous a fait payer plus cher que nécessaire. Je suis très déçue d’Expedia.

My husband and I stayed here with our 16 year old grandson for his soccer tournament. I indicated 3 people staying in the room and reserved a room with one bed and a fold out sofa. We arrived about 8:00 pm and got settled, In making the sofa bed we discovered there were no sheets in the closet, only a pillow. My husband had to go downstairs to the front desk to get the sheets. We all wanted to shower that evening before bed, and discovered only two towels. Another trip to the desk. During the night, the toilet would not fully flush. We told the desk clerk before we left the next morning for the first game. When we got back it flushed a couple of times, then started backing up again. Again, they plunged it, but we had the same problem after a couple of uses. Had to go downstairs to the public one. Housekeeping did not leave clean towels Sat. so had to request them, but only got 2. Went back to the desk to get another and three wash cloths (as we did not get any of those). The clerk was reluctant to give me more as she said they had a large group that stole some. I explained we had THREE people in our room, and I needed the towels, so she did give them to me. There was one sliding door that covered either the bathroom, or the closet. It was off track and would not cover the bathroom completely. Not ideal when sharing a room with your grandson. Hotel and room were clean, and beds were comfortable. Cannot find an email to hotel to address these issues directly.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Rooms clean. Breakfast....lacking. No eggs, bacon, etc. Pool was out of order and appeared there needed to be more maintenance, upkeep around the property.
