Very nice Beautiful Very nice customer service

I returned to this boutique hotel with my girlfriend (we are late 30s / beginning 40s and used to staying at 5 star hotels when we travel), having stayed here more than a decade ago with my parents and brother. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Pietrasanta. Staff are professional and friendly, especially Elena from front office, her other colleagues too. Location is great - you step outside and you are in the heart of the village. I was scared it might be a bit loud at night since it is located on a cute street with lots of restaurants, but it was just fine. Will definitely return.

Charming & delightful hotel with friendly staff and filled with wonderful art! Beautiful courtyard garden where we had a delicious breakfast. Wholeheartedly recommend; we’ll be back for sure.
