The Hotel is just at the edge of town in Santiago. However, they offer a shuttle service to downtown every hour from 10 am to 8 PM. The hotel itself is great. We booked a villa and price was very good. Very roomy with a separate bedroom. Looks to be very new. Definitely recommend this Hotel.

La peor experiencia de robo que he tenido. Publicidad engañosa indicando que tienen piscina, motivo por el cuál decidimos hospedarnos aquí con un presupuesto más alto, y al llegar, se nos notifica (falsamente) que el ayuntamiento no les daba licencia de uso de piscina. Digo falsamente,porque el sig día me hospedé en el centro y pude hacer uso de la piscina del lugar que igualmente era al aire libre. Personal grosero, deslindándose de responsabilidad por ofrecer servicios que en realidad no tienen disponibles.

We have stayed here several time, it is very convenient for the airport, and the hotel runs a free mini bus transfer into the beautiful historic centre. The hotel is spacious and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bedrooms, excellent, well lit bathroom, and powerful shower. The gardens are beautiful, and the swimming pool is large and extremely clean. Highly recommend.

Tiolet & shower backed up. Asked to fix, never did nor switched us to another room. At check out, all they said “I’m sorry “. They cater to bus tour groups. They rely on being a nice property, but terrible attitudes. I will never return.

The hotel and premises are clean and beautiful. It is very close to airport and they have a shuttle to take you to Santiago old area since it is not within walking distance. We were renting a car so we had no problems going around. The staff was professional and we even had dinner at the restaurant and appetizers another night at the lobby bar. The lobby bar has a full dinner menu which is very convenient if you are tired of spending a day walking in the city and don't feel like dressing up to have dinner at their restaurant. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I really liked this hotel. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. The entire hotel was clean and in good shape. Nice/friendly front desk staff. And I really enjoyed the breakfast; fairly good variety and all the food choices were very fresh. They have a shuttle that’ll take you to downtown but I believe it’s unavailable from 1-5pm so just plan accordingly. Watch out for the bathtub, I found the bottom of it to be very slippery

We've got a villa room. It was nice but it was dark and smelled like old. The worst was that there is not sound insulation in between villas. There was a marriage party at the hotel. The couple next to our room came very late from the party. We were woken up. We could hear everything they were talking and doing. This people did not have any respect for neigbhors, even when kids are present in the next room to them. Do not go to this hotel if you want to rest and sleep well. Not friendly for kids at all when this sort of things happen. The hotel should leave an empty village in between when not fully booked. More than half of the villas were empty.

O Hotel tem muito boa estrutura e está em boas condições. O restaurante é muito bom com atendimento excelente e boa comida. A ressalva que faço é especifica a recepção, pois, fiz a opção de um quarto com cama Queen, mas, para a surpresa não tinha cama disponível. Segundo o recepcionista, foi uma questão de sorte, pois na hora eu cheguei já não haviam disponíveis. Hôtel bien placé car présence d’une navette pour aller au centre historique. Manque une cafetière, des chaussons dans la chambre pour un 4 étoiles. Nous avions deux poussettes (enfant de un mois et un de 20mois), et le chauffeur n’est pas descendu nous aider , nous avons dû tout faire nous même... nous l’avons signalé à la personne de l’accueil en arrivant qui a été à peine aimable et ne nous a pas pris en considération… où est le service client? C’est vraiment décevant !

The hotel and premises are clean and beautiful. It is very close to airport and they have a shuttle to take you to Santiago old area since it is not within walking distance. We were renting a car so we had no problems going around. The staff was professional and we even had dinner at the restaurant and appetizers another night at the lobby bar. The lobby bar has a full dinner menu which is very convenient if you are tired of spending a day walking in the city and don't feel like dressing up to have dinner at their restaurant. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is just at the edge of town in Santiago. However, they offer a shuttle service to downtown every hour from 10 am to 8 PM. The hotel itself is great. We booked a villa and price was very good. Very roomy with a separate bedroom. Looks to be very new. Definitely recommend this Hotel.

We have stayed here several time, it is very convenient for the airport, and the hotel runs a free mini bus transfer into the beautiful historic centre. The hotel is spacious and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bedrooms, excellent, well lit bathroom, and powerful shower. The gardens are beautiful, and the swimming pool is large and extremely clean. Highly recommend.

Was a good place to stay was only there for one night but the bed was not comfortable for how much it was and the breakfast is very overpriced for what it is better off to go somewhere in town. Very spacious rooms in the villa tho there was a fridge but no microwave. Also not very close to anything but close enough to taxi.

Heerlijke kamers, bedden, fijn zwembad en drankjes zijn zeer betaalbaar. Gardenview klopte wat mij betreft niet helemaal (we keken uit op de parkeerplaats. Service was professioneel, niet verrassend en eten was matig (alleen van de lobbybar besteld).

The staff were helpful and patient in particular when there was some confusion about the payment. Based on the email I received from Hotels com I had paidca deposit but according to the hotel I had not This led to an uncomfortable conversation with the hotel but they handled it very well and it turned out the email was incorrect There was a very unfortunate odour in the first room we were assigned but the hotel moved us to another room with no fuss. The pool water did not seem that clean. The food at the bar was adequate. We did not eat in the restaurant The breakfast was good and the serving staff very friendly The free shuttle bus to Santiago center was a great help but did not run during the middle of the day When taking public transport from the town the walk to hotelgies along a quite road for a bit and steep in parts
