Fuimos dos adultos con tres niños. Los empleados super atentos y amables. El hotel muy bien mantenido, bonito y muy limpio. Localización muy conveniente para caminar a restaurantes, comercios y a la playa. La zona del Spa limpísima y muy bien equipada. Por la noche (fuimos Sábado) pudimos disfrutar viendo bailar a una pareja profesional maravillosa. El ambiente muy agradable. Y tienen una sala de juegos para los peques con cositas para entretenerlos. Mis dos únicas pegas son las camas en una de las habitaciones eran tan incómodas que parecían una manta sobre metales y para entrar en el parking fué dificilísimo por que se entra por una rampa con muchísima pendiente y en vez de pasar la tarjeta para entrar o salir al principio de la rampa, está a mitad y es muy inconveniente por no decir casi imposible por que además había un coche aparcado en la cuesta dificultando aún mas el acceso para pasar la tarjeta de entrada. Pero en general lo pasamos muy bien.

Lo mejor de todo es la comida y la amabilidad de todo el personal. Para repetir sin duda alguna. Aunque la piscina no es muy grande, al no ser un hotel masivo, es suficiente. Sí que pediría que controlaran la prohibición de fumar y vapear en la piscina, ya que la gente se lo salta y nadie les dice nada. El hotel es excelente.

it was a good hotel, with walking distance to the beach and old town. the buffet was also very good there was enougj to choose from. the room was cleaned every day. but we never received any new clean glasses or mugs. they also forgot a towel and toiletpaper, but when we called, they came a brought within half an hour. ig we go to benidorm again, we would definity go to this hotel again.

Enjoyed our stay as we always do. The only thing we weren’t happy about was being on a low floor. We have always had a high floor with a wonderful view. It was our anniversary and the hotel had put a bottle of cava in our room which was lovely.x

Como siempre lo que más destaco de estos hoteles es el personal siempre muy atento y formado, algo que no sucede en otras cadenas. Amazing! 5 minute walk into the Old Town. Lovely, spacious, hotel and completely modern. Great price and the service from everybody was excellent throughout. Only booked B&B, but the breakfast selection was vast, tasty and well cooked. Would definitely recommend!
