-Room fan was noisey so I didn't get much sleep. -Had to leave at 645am on the last day to catch a train, and the staff forbid me from having a simple bowl of ceral from the buffet despite that fact it was all set up and ready to go. Pathetic customer service. -The lifts were mostly out of order for the whole 3 days. The barman at the bar was a good guy - rest of it was not good and I won't be going back.

Great location with nice courtyard in the front with several restaurants around. The streets are closed to automobile traffic. Si you will have to walk less than half a block to get a taxi or Uber. But it is worthwhile

In een woord uitstekend: ontvangst, accomodatie, ontbijt, personeel, niets te klagen. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar bij een volgende bezoek aan Parijs. Een enkel verbeterpunt: duidelijker aangeven op de website waar de Evergreen garage is. Nu waren wij in de verkeerde garage onder het hotel. Gelukkig waren de kosten hetzelfde. Overall pleasant stay!

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem ruhigen stadtviertel von Paris. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist was unproblematisch möglich war da man nicht durch den Pariser Szadtverkehr muss. Die Metro liect unmittelbar vor dem Hotel und man ist in 10 Minuten in Paris. Das Personal war zwar bemüht spricht aber ein sehr schlechtes Englisch. Weiter hat man es in 4 Tagen nicht geschafft uns eine zweite Decke fürs Bett zur Verfügung zu stellen. Wir haben 3 mal drauf hingewiesen. Die Nöchte waren dadurch eher unentspannt. Schade!

Receptionist spoke English/Spanish so it helped checking in and asking questions. The room was clean, and they were nice enough to switch us rooms when we requested it. The free breakfast was awesome (7-9am), and the bar downstairs was clean and peaceful. Some distance away from all the tourist areas but there was a metro nearby, and that was our main form of transportation; easy to navigate once you get it the first time. Overall, the hotel great, 5 stars.

The hotel is about 30 min from the airport. It looks modern from the outside and the lobby is quite spacious & bright. The room is big. Breakfast has a good simple spread and the croissants are delicious. The staff are fruendly, courteous & helpful. Alhough the hotel is not in the city centre but there is a metro station within 4 min walk. Overall I would recommend this hotel due to pricing, size and the nearby metro station. The setback are the water flow from the shower is not strong enough and also not much choice of eateries around.

For the price and location it's a good hotel, maybe the complains I have is in respect of confort, the air conditioner is not so strong so the chamber can turn hot and there's not possibility to open the window. Nevertheless for the services is good.

Manque bouilloire dans chambre. Qd on appelle la réception personne décroche. Je devais avoir lit double et j ai 2 lits simples. La dame de la réception pas aimable du tout, pas souriante onnteeon a l’impression de la déranger. Et le serveur du bar parle beaucoup trop!

Providing water for making hot drink is paramount for me. When I called reception , I was told to buy it from first floor machine and have no change available. Further, I paid for the entire accommodation before I Came to hotel, and when I checked out I was charged again for city tax!!!! What is it for. Also, when I checked in I had to provide my credit card details!!! Why? If I had already paid and have no intention of eating from the hotel menus!!!! This practice is not acceptable.

Die Metro liect unmittelbar vor dem Hotel und man ist in 10 Minuten in Paris. Das Personal war zwar bemüht spricht aber ein sehr schlechtes Englisch. Weiter hat man es in 4 Tagen nicht geschafft uns eine zweite Decke fürs Bett zur Verfügung zu stellen. Wir haben 3 mal drauf hingewiesen. Die Nöchte waren dadurch eher unentspannt. Schade!

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem ruhigen stadtviertel von Paris. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist was unproblematisch möglich war da man nicht durch den Pariser Szadtverkehr muss. Receptionist spoke English/Spanish so it helped checking in and asking questions. The room was clean, and they were nice enough to switch us rooms when we requested it. The free breakfast was awesome (7-9am), and the bar downstairs was clean and peaceful. Some distance away from all the tourist areas but there was a metro nearby, and that was our main form of transportation; easy to navigate once you get it the first time. Overall, the hotel great, 5 stars.

Great location with nice courtyard in the front with several restaurants around. The streets are closed to automobile traffic. Si you will have to walk less than half a block to get a taxi or Uber. But it is worthwhile

The hotel is about 30 min from the airport. It looks modern from the outside and the lobby is quite spacious & bright. The room is big. Breakfast has a good simple spread and the croissants are delicious. The staff are fruendly, courteous & helpful. Alhough the hotel is not in the city centre but there is a metro station within 4 min walk. Overall I would recommend this hotel due to pricing, size and the nearby metro station. The setback are the water flow from the shower is not strong enough and also not much choice of eateries around.

-Room fan was noisey so I didn't get much sleep. -Had to leave at 645am on the last day to catch a train, and the staff forbid me from having a simple bowl of ceral from the buffet despite that fact it was all set up and ready to go. Pathetic customer service. -The lifts were mostly out of order for the whole 3 days. The barman at the bar was a good guy - rest of it was not good and I won't be going back.

In een woord uitstekend: ontvangst, accomodatie, ontbijt, personeel, niets te klagen. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar bij een volgende bezoek aan Parijs. Een enkel verbeterpunt: duidelijker aangeven op de website waar de Evergreen garage is. Nu waren wij in de verkeerde garage onder het hotel. Gelukkig waren de kosten hetzelfde. Overall pleasant stay!

Very disappointing experience, especially because of the poor customer service and the lack of effort to make things right after repeated daily complaints. From the first day, our room key repeatedly failed. We constantly had to walk back down to the front desk to have it reset. At one point, staff even came upstairs to the room because the door/key issue continued. This was not a one-time inconvenience it happened repeatedly throughout our stay, including after we eventually changed rooms. The biggest issue was the temperature in the room. For the first three nights, the room remained around 80°F and was extremely uncomfortable. We reported the problem repeatedly, but there was very little effort to actually resolve it. On the second night, we were given a fan, which did not address the actual problem. By the third night, I finally demanded to be moved to another room. Suddenly, a room became available, and the air-conditioning issue was resolved after the move. Unfortunately, the problems with the room keys continued. What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of service recovery. After dealing with three nights in an excessively hot room, daily key problems, multiple trips to the front desk, and repeated complaints, there was absolutely no compensation or meaningful gesture from management. No parking consideration, complimentary coffee, drink, glass of wine, or even a sincere apology from hotel management. Nothing.
