A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home sits in the quiet back paddock. Complete with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.Guests will have access to our cozy tiny home located in a fenced paddock. Please be cautious when walking around, as the farm animals may try to wander. Do not open any gates without prior permission.During your stay, feel free to meet and feed the friendly animals. Hand-feed the sheep or feed the ducks as they come over to greet you—it's a fun way to experience farm life.It's a great spot to explore local attractions like Sovereign Hill, Lake Wendouree, and the Ballarat Botanical Gardens. You can also visit the Art Gallery of Ballarat or enjoy family-friendly activities at the Ballarat Wildlife Park and Ballarat Tramway Museum. It is a great spot for history, nature, and culture. Don't forget to swing by the Ararat and Grampians Visitor Information Centre for insider tips.Getting Around:By car:- From Melbourne, 1.5 hrs, 53 km, and to the nearest towns, Ballarat, .30 hrs, 44 km reachable by any vehicle.By public transport: - The closest train station is on the Vline and is Bauford, about 5 minutes away. Other Things to Note:- Family-friendly- Wi-Fi is available- Gas BBQ grill provided- Extra Firewood costs $35 - Bottled water is $10 per person, per stay- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed- No smoking allowed inside or outside the tiny house- Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone offer strong mobile reception, whereas 2degrees and Spark have a weaker signal- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge- Farm animals like sheep and ducks are present. You can feed them the provided food, but please avoid giving them anything else.Important note:- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
