The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was the rooftop restaurant was closed for the season. The weather is still in the 70's. They have a lobby bar restaurant with a very limited menu. The rooms are very basic and have everything you need and the beds are quite comfortable. *The rooms have hardwood floors and can be noisy. Lovely! Great room, wonderful spa, awesome soaking pool! Each member of the staff was amazing! A few issues getting daily room tiding, but other that that, it was sheer perfection!

The Lightwell is a charming hotel in a great location. The rooms and property and super clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. All staff we interacted with were welcoming and helpful. I was with a friend and we each reserved one of the "tiny" rooms - very cozy, definitely best-suited for one person. We did not try the restaurant or cafe, but both the spa and rooftop patio were nice areas to relax in. Tons of shops and restaurants in the immediate area.
