Overall the unit served our purposes reasonably well. When we checked in the temperature was 53 degrees and we found there was no central heat, although there was a thermostat mounted on the wall. There was a space heater provided which had the temperature up to 62 by morning. The screws on the top hinge of the door on the medicine cabinet came out of the wall when we opened it. We were able to rig a plastic hanger to hold it up and avoid further damage to the lower hinge. We were provided 1 bath wash cloth for 2 people for 3 nights. We attempted to wash our dishes prior to checking out as per the written instructions but could not locate any dish soap. All in all my son and I felt this was just a few service items away from being a truly awesome place to stay.
