Staff were all excellent. Pool and surrounds with adjacent poolside bar really nice set up. Life guard all day. The whole area is spotless and maintained to a high standard. The restaurant offers a wide variety of good food. The Marina is only 3 mins walk away as is the nearest beach. We had a lovely holiday.

The resort is very well organized, offering what you need to relax and enjoy the island. The rooms are very big, the pool is fantastic and the presence of a SPA and a Gym makes the hotel a perfect destination.

Hôtel très confortable . Très jolie plage proche .petit centre commercial juste à côté . Les buffets sont variés et de bonne qualité. Le personnel charmant. La suite est grande avec un balcon aménagé . La literie est très confortable. Climatisation très appréciée . Piscine lagon avec toujours des transats libres . Petite salle de gym mais suffisante . Accès aux ados avec un adulte de 11 à 13 h. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Muy buen hotel, tranquilidad, buenas instalaciones, piscina, spa etc. Justo a 2 minutos del lago y la cala d'en Bosc. La habitación amplia y equipada. Dispone de todos los servicios posibles. Buffet correcto solo desayuno y cena.

Fantastic stay. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Room very clean with great housekeeping sevice/towels etc. Pool area clean with lots of loungers. Breakfast was good with very good variety. Great location.

No complaints, staff very friendly, service excellent, food good quality, everywhere was clean and our room was spacious and comfortable. Beach is a bit small and therefore always busy, but the pool area is beautiful and loads of space .

L’hotel si trova in una zona urbanizzata con negozi, supermercati, noleggi di auto e diversi ristoranti che affacciano su un piccolo porto. La camera era molto grande, luminosa e pulita e disponeva di due balconcini e anche di un angolo cottura con tutto il necessario. Anche il bagno era grande e pulito. L’hotel ha una grande piscina con zona verde circostante, un parcheggio interno, un ristorante con spazio all’esterno e anche una terrazza bar. Dispone anche di una spa che però non abbiamo provato. La colazione e la cena al ristorante sono a buffet e ogni giorno propongono piatti diversi e ci sono sempre molte scelte. L’hotel mette anche a disposizione degli ospiti gli asciugamani e l’ombrellone per la spiaggia. Tutti i camerieri e le receptionist sono stati gentili ed efficienti.

We chose these suites because of their good reviews and the actual experience exceeded our expectations. Juli was very attentive to clean and make-up our room every day and we have never had such an excellent & varied breakfast buffet (with waiter “supremo” Simon demonstrating indefatigable customer service at all times).

The hotel is an easy 5 minute stroll to the beach or marina, which has plenty of restaurants to choose from. We had a 1 bedroom apartment, with lounge and kitchenette, large bathroom - it was spacious, comfy bed and though the decor felt a little dated the whole hotel was immaculately clean and our apartment serviced every day. All the staff really friendly and helpful, restaurant team welcoming and the breakfast plentiful, though a bit predictable. Pool area is beautiful different depths, gardens well laid out with plenty of loungers which looked new (no fighting for sunbeds!). No loud music playing, which was fab. We really enjoyed our stay, the location and the relaxed feel of the hotel. Booked our transfers through Expedia which were really efficient, with lovely drivers.

Struttura bella con personale molto gentile!! Buona colazione e cena . Male la posizione della camera. Ogni mattina alle ore 08:15 si parcheggiava davanti il nostro balcone ( piano terra ) il camion della biancheria che scaricava i carrelli per circa un’ora. Il personale delle pulizie non pulisce tazze o bicchieri se vengono utilizzati

Struttura molto bella e efficiente in tutto. Lo staff dei camerieri e reception sono sempre attenti. La struttura fornisce teli nare e spa con cambio 2 volte alla settimana. Sulla pulizia appena arrivati la camera era pulita a specchio. Nei giorni successivi la qualità è scesa un po. Nelle vicinanze un centro commerciale noleggio auto farmacia e supermercato. Oltre che la spiaggia di cala bosh.

Hotel perfetto, a piedi si raggiunge Cala n Bosh e il porticciolo con ristoranti e locali. Supermercato fornito di tutto a due passi. Parcheggio comodo. Gli appartamenti sono enormi e con cucina. Possibilità di richiedere in prestito l’ombrellone da portare in spiaggia. Ciutadella si raggiunge in un quarto d’ora di macchina.

The hotel is great and the staff is absolutely amazing. The swimming pool was our favourite part. The air conditioning wasn't great, and they charged extra for things like the room safe, or a baby chair.

Había solicitado cama de matrimonio y fueron dos camas individuales, el hotel se llama suit &spa y no disponen de nada de spa para menores por lo tanto no pudimos disfrutar del spa ya que estuvimos con una menor, las cortinas no eran opacas y por lo tanto a las 7 entraba luz, la habitación hacia frío pedimos la calefacción y nos dijeron que no disponía de calefacción nos trajeron un edredón más. Había solicitado cama de matrimonio y fueron dos camas individuales, el hotel se llama suit &spa y no disponen de nada de spa para menores por lo tanto no pudimos disfrutar del spa ya que estuvimos con una menor, las cortinas no eran opacas y por lo tanto a las 7 entraba luz, la habitación hacia frío pedimos la calefacción y nos dijeron que no disponía de calefacción nos trajeron un edredón más. Great location. Staff very friendly and understanding of our special needs child. lovely breakfast, excellent rooms and rooms were kept spotless. Our special needs son Francis loved the pool and learned a lot of spanish from the staff. we had garden rooms 113 and 115 which were a great choice

Séjour très agréable , en plus on a été surclasse avec vue piscine donc au top. Petit déjeuner compris très varié et très bon. Personnel sympathique pour la majorité. Idéalement situé pour faire toute la partie ciutadella et toutes les plages . Après avec la voiture toute l'île se fait facilement . Personnel qui parle beaucoup de langues donc on se sent bien et supermarché a 50 m .

Struttura molto bella, un soggiorno bellissimo. Esterni e parti comuni veramente belli ed accoglienti. Un plauso al ristorante con molta varietà di piatti e di qualità. Personale attento e professionale, con una nota di merito in più per il sig. Antonio per il servizio al tavolo. Io e la mia compagna avremmo dato volentieri le 5 stelle, ma, purtroppo, la nota dolente è il bagno. Troppo datato con doccia/vasca non all’altezza. La camera è migliorabile in quanto vecchiotta anche lei. Forse noi siamo stati sfortunati perché il salotto non era al piano, ma bisognava fare una scala e quindi un po’ scomodo. Nel complesso un’eccellente struttura, dove il soggiorno è assolutamente piacevole. Tutto il personale gentile e ben preparato.

No complaints, staff very friendly, service excellent, food good quality, everywhere was clean and our room was spacious and comfortable. Beach is a bit small and therefore always busy, but the pool area is beautiful and loads of space .

Was given a room on the ground floor which had a broken patio door onto the gardens. Informed staff about this at 6pm but it had not been looked at by the time I arrived back at the hotel at 9.30pm. Reception staff then looked at the door and were unable to fix it. I requested to be moved for security reasons as I was anxious about having an unlocked door on the ground floor and staff responded with ‘menorca doesn’t have a high crime rate it’ll be fine’. Understandably I wasn’t happy with this response. They eventually moved me to another room at 11pm and I had a phone call at 8.30am the next morning telling me to pack my bags and move to a different room again because they needed the room for another guest. At this point I cancelled the rest of my stay and had a full refund and booked another hotel down the street. Awful service.
