Studio 51 Extended Stay Hotel

This is the worse hotel stay ever. First off there is a computer in the lobby with a person on the other end to help you check in. How in personable. This place was filthy outside (trash everywhere in stairways, etc.) and the room wasn't much better. We didn't have a blanket, towels, or even a trash can. We had to ask for them. This is advised as a NON smoking room. The stink of smoke was so bad, that we had to go buy Febreze and spray it everywhere, more than once. When we get home, everything we had on the trip stunk of smoke. There were holes in the walls, a chip and a crack in the window. Trash in the cabinets, and food in the frig from other people. There was dust and grease on the wall and ceiling in the kitchen area. The floors hadn't been cleaned in a long while. The bed even had a broken leg. No sweeping or mopping. the cleanest place was in the shower.

Absolutely never ever again. We left a day earlier because it was not at all what we expected. Walked into the registration office to witness a man hitting a women. Should have know then !!!

They have roaches. The property is filthy. The trash is overflowing. They do not have physical staff at the property. They refuse to refund me. Would avoid like the plague.
