Simplystay Lincoln Road

The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking space. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay there again

Yes parking was fine

The lamp didn’t work, no towels, random top in the cupboard, most channels had “no signal” on the tv, very hot in the room, no fan, old equipment (hair dryer sort of equipment) the inside of the kettle was dirty, bed had more springs then mattress, bathroom wasn’t great, a bit grimy, and you can hear into nearly every room near you, the car parking was easy

Room was not cleaned, fridge dirty & smells, chair horrible, no towel in room, went down the reception more than 5 times no one at the reception. Bed, was like I'm lying on a metal spring (couldn’t sleep) . 8am went back to the reception for towel, no one there. Went online google the hotel number and called, spoke with a lady who told someone will come help you. After few minutes a guy came from the door next to the reception and gave me 2 towels. I asked why that horrible room & bed. He said oh sorry because we are too busy.. worse night ever

Hotel is dated but has a charm about it. Room was clean and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet excellent and evening meal offer was very good and reasonable price. Worth a short break here.
