Property was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and showers had good pressure. Apartment was equipped with all you need. View was awesome. Close to free tram to get around the city. Lots of dining options below on the promenade. IGA supermarket in close proximity. Will definitely stay again.

Great location with trams, shopping and restaurants all close by. We had a three bedroom apartment which was very spacious and a balcony that overlooked the water which had a large dining table too. Apartment clean. Parking easy. Staff friendly and easy to communicate with. Would stay again

The apartment is well equipped and has pretty much everything you need for cooking. The washing machine and dryer were super helpful while we were away, it meant we had to pack less! The apartment felt clean when we arrived and was mostly in good repair. The checkin process was pretty easy, although the office closes at 6pm not 7pm as stated on the hotels.com website. Over the stay we did not have any house keeping which wasn’t too big of a deal for us but it did mean we had to wash our towels a few times, as we only were given 6 and there were 4 of of us. I definitely recommend packing or purchasing washing machine powder, dishwasher tablets, shampoo and body wash as you only get a small amount when you first arrive and it didn’t last us longer than 3 days. Again not a big deal but something to keep in mind. Overall the apartment was good. The view is amazing and the location is really good and is only a very short walk from everything you could need. If we were to come to Melbourne again, we know where we would be staying!

We got room 905. Perfect with an ocean view. The place was great. Big, walk in shower, Netflix tv, great water view. Big kitchen with comfy couches and the deck view was awesome.

This apartment was really handy to everything especially to tram stops & Southern Cross Train station, fantastic view from the room, plenty of space, easy check in & check out! Strongly recommend for couple wanting a a few days in Melbourne, has an indoor pool too

Loved everything about it. We were able to park the car safely and then tram it to all our destinations. It’s nice and quiet, perfect for families. Hope to be back!

We stayed in the Palladio apartment, the factilities were excelllent and the size was perfect for us (3 adults,2 teenagers) with easy access to trams. Hosts were wonderful and great communication. We'll be back!

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was in an excellent location with lovely harbour views. The main bedroom was very spacious with a good sized ensuite and walk in wardrobe. The bed had a very firm mattress which the guests found uncomfortable. 2nd bedroom was very small, the bed took up most of the space but the mattress was comfortable. Unfortunately neither of the bedrooms were air-conditioned. There were 2 portable fans in the cupboards but they were both broken so our first night was not good due to the heat. After lodging a complaint, 2 working fans were provided the next day and they helped somewhat with the air circulation. Kitchen was well equipped and there was a large dining table. The second bathroom was big and had a bathtub, shower and toilet. There was a dated vinyl couch in the living room. Dust & dirt on shelves etc and the carpet had stains. The air con in the living room was very efficient and we could also open the balcony door and enjoy the fresh air. We noted the 2 fire doors located in the corridor closest to our apartment were both locked and our keys did not open them. In my opinion this could potentially be a 5 star apartment if it was given a makeover. The fabulous location could not be faulted

Check in was welcoming and easy. We were grateful for the flexibility around our arrival time. The place however was aged and needed a deep clean. Old socks under the bed, an unusable shower head (we had to shower in a water dribble), general rubbish hidden in some areas, and dusty. Needs a spruce up!

NOT AS ADVERTISED PHOTOS DO NOT MATCH WHAT YOU GET Noisy, no soundproofing, mattress was in a terrible condition to the point the springs were stabbing you in the back, the whole apartment block and room smells mouldy and 0 sleep quality I've stayed in allot of hotels and appartments and this has to be the top of my list as the worst!

Stayed in Boyd building, the whole apartment smelled a bit like urine which wasn’t nice. I was given a free upgrade which was lovely but asked not to use the extra room. The TV remote batteries were running flat and the Foxtel did not connect.

We absolutely Loved this property. It catered for all of our needs. We did have an issue with its cleanliness more so the balcony. We had a couple of apartments for the same weekend for a family gathering. One apartment was fine, but the other was a bit average condition. I would definitely stay again in a heartbeat.

I didn't get the room I booked for yet was charged for it. The toilet have a huge poop stain in it that was not cleaned. Yukkksss...... We were serious scared to look and touch further.

The location was great but the apartment could do with some maintenance. Our apartment had ducted aircon but there were no vents in the bedrooms which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. This was not specified in the details for the apartment and if I had known there was no aircon in the bedrooms I would have booked elsewhere.

Very spacious, really liked the furnishings. Nice and clean. Well stocked with tea, coffee and bathroom supplies. Loved the coffee machine. Fabulous views. The bed was the best l have ever slept in while away from home. Thank you so much for a great experience. Will definitely be back.

Loved how handy it was to everything by tram once we figured out the tram system. The nice clean property with great amenities and great communication from staff as we checked in after hours had a great trip there and can’t wait 2 go back. Ty.

Nice appt, good view, clean and had all need utensils. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. One minor suggestion, make location instructions more sxplicit as I went to the 7th floor of the nearby block initially to find the office. The office is actually on the street (level).

It was a pleasure to stay at these apartments. The reception was excellent, very friendly and took the time to explain the property & very clear on how to get there. Will definitely stay again.

Apartment had a gorgeous view! Spacious, clean and incredibly well appointed. Wendy was also fantastic in accommodating our requirements-- v grateful for how flexible and communicative she was. Really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have extended the time there. Truly beautiful property for our large grp (6 adults and a toddler).

Stayed in Boyd building, the whole apartment smelled a bit like urine which wasn’t nice. I was given a free upgrade which was lovely but asked not to use the extra room. The TV remote batteries were running flat and the Foxtel did not connect.

Great location with beautiful sunset views. The free Melbourne tram runs right outside the building & we were able to explore all of downtown Melbourne easily, with no need for Uber or taxi. Also really convenient to have a staffed office just across the street for any questions or necessities.

We like this location as it is very convenient to catch trams (free ones in particular), various cafes & restaurants and The district shopping centre near by. We felt safe walking about, the beds & lounge chairs were very comfy.

Great location with trams, shopping and restaurants all close by. We had a three bedroom apartment which was very spacious and a balcony that overlooked the water which had a large dining table too. Apartment clean. Parking easy. Staff friendly and easy to communicate with. Would stay again

I loved the location of the apartment with the view of the harbour side. The apartment was clean and well maintained. One the burners was not working but it didn't affect our stay. On the other hand we arrived around 11pm as we drove from Sydney. They provided a code which didn't work. I was given a number to contact Kate and we had to wait for her 15 mins. When she arrived she also had issues in opening the locker. Further to the frustration the car gate didn't open using the remote. Had to play around with the battery. Next, I was provided an instruction sheet which I was told that had clear instructions to access the lift from car park which was not. But my overall stay was good though few hiccups. I definitely recommend this apartment provided these few issues are resolved which doesn't affect others.
