Newly renovated and very clean

The floor toilet and shower were not clean cloor had dirt and turned feet black shower was staimed dirty toilet had pee down the sode. Manageme r rushed me out at check out calling and knowcking snd sent maid prior to my check out time inwas rushed and notnhappy

Rooms are clean, no roaches and housekeeping is really good about asking if you need toiletries Or towels every day. Can get a little loud at night but hey, by 10pm it’s quiet and the grounds are kept up nicely. We were going to stay here a few weeks ago but the girl working that night gave me a hard time about my dogs. I have 2 service dogs and she INSISTED I provide paperwork showing they’re registered, and that they couldn’t be “emotional support animals” even tho LEGALLY I don’t have to show their papers. AND you’re not allowed to ask anything other than “Is this a service dog?” And “What task(s) does the dog perform?” You CAN NOT ASK about my disability, discriminate or charge extra fees regardless of the breed, or require proof of training. Anyway after searching thru the THOUSANDS of photos on my phone I found the certificate for one of them but since I couldn’t find the other one she wanted to charge me $60 deposit and $10 a day for my other dog. We had exactly enough to pay for a week, So we went to another hotel. Well 3 weeks ago we came back and although I found the certificates for both my service dogs the guy working the desk didn’t even ask for them. He didn’t charge me or make it a point to inform me that emotional support animals weren’t legit service animals. Other than that this is a great place to stay!

Everything was wonderful and the staff was very friendly.
