Great location, staff friendly & helpful. Had the pool near our room hired out for a private function without notice to us till sign put up on gate as were headed for a dip....didnt get any of the $$$ for the private booking shared with the rest of us who payed to stay at peppers and use the pool near our room,but couldnt🤔

Great location right next to the ferry and bus service on Magnetic island. Clean room and comfortable bed. Pool is huge although a few more sun beds would be great, the second smaller pool is a bit more crowded. Loved the breakfast option, and lovely dining area for drinks and dinner. Always my preferred option on Magnetic island

Room was in excellent condition, all of the staff at reception were extremely helpful, service from the waitresses at the restaurant were perfect, convenient location next to the ferry, IGA and marina, very clean pools and a nice outlook too.

Das Hotel an sich ist super. Es ist jedoch aktuell um die Rezeption herum Baustelle. Man muss immer Umwege gehen um entweder ins Zimmer oder den Pool zu kommen. Man musste durch die Tiefgarage gehen um zum Pool zu gelangen. Leider auch keine Toiletten im Poolbereich, sodass man immer ins Zimmer musste. Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Great pools. Hotel is right at the ferry terminal which is super convenient if you don't have a car. IGA and bottle shop right there also which is convenient. Boat tours go from right outside the hotel. However, some rooms overlook the bus and ferry terminal and the buses are very noisy at odd hours. Ask for a room away from the bus terminal. There was also a wedding on so they closed the pool nearest our room for the afternoon and evening with a sign saying "private event".

Room was dirty, dirty used tissue on the floor near the tv and a big dirty work boot print next to the toilet, the bathroom floor was filthy, after putting the bath mat down then hanging to dry the back was absolutely filthy from the floor as well as hair on the floor. Went for breakfast and everything was cold and I mean everything, I did take my all of these problems to reception and was truly pretty much dismissed. I took my partner there for Valentin’s day weekend and was so disappointed, and the money out laid did not even come close to meeting what we received. I will not recommend peppers to any of my friends because that’s my reputation and that’s something Peppers should be doing.

We arrived at the hotel and were provided a room directly opposite the lobby. The room was on the ground floor and was unclean and barely stocked. The room had 1 teaspoon and only one pair of each kitchen utensil, with no sink other than the bathroom sink available to clean up. The room also came without pool towels which we had to request later on. Finally the restaurant was being run on a shoestring with dirty floors and fruit flys all over the bar counter. We checked out 2 days early and flew back to Brisbane.

The aircon didn't work in all 3 bedrooms for our whole 3 night stay. The bucket and soggy towel in the wardrobe to catch drips suggests they already knew there was a problem. We complained and got "sorry about that, we'll send a fan up". The fan never arrived, and we had to chase them up again. It was cool enough with the fans blowing cold air in from the living room but we couldn't close any of the bedroom doors at night for privacy, which wasn't great. The shelf above the kitchen sink was dirty/greasy and it was obvious whenever they clean they only quickly wipe around the items on it with a damp cloth and not any spray. There was an almost empty carton of milk in the fridge (and no full one) so we couldn't make tea/coffee the first morning. On the second day we came back from sightseeing to find housekeeping had been but never finished. All of the towels were in a pile on the floor, 1 bed had been made, and one of the bathroom rubbish bins was up on the kitchen counter, full of rubbish. Reception made a note and told us they'd be back later to finish, but they never came. We got another "sorry about that, let me give you some more towels". On the Friday night the restaurant overcharged us $40. We brought the mistake to their attention of Sunday morning and they gave us two bottles of wine for free with dinner Sunday night, so it worked out in the end. We've stayed at the resort many times. We'll probably stay at Brighpoint next time.

Was very disappointed in the condition of the room. Furniture was very dated, furniture old and dirt under glass desk. Furniture on desk was dated and broken. Die Lage direkt am Fähranleger ist top. Auch ein (überteuerter) Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Highlight für mich war riesige Pool. Allerdings stimmt hier einer Meinung nach das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Für 180 Euro pro Nacht hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet. Die Möbel im Zimmer waren schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit im Bad ließ auch etwas zu Wünschen übrig. Das Bett war dennoch bequem und trotz Lage an der Straße war es relativ ruhig. Das Frühstücksangebot war gut. Es gab eine gute Auswahl und es hat geschmeckt. Leider scheint das Personal überfordert gewesen zu sein und kam mit dem Abräumen gar nicht hinterher.

Nice Hotel Room and plenty of Space. The shower was not cleaned when I arrived at the Hotel. I waited until the next morning for Cleaners to clean the Shower. The Cleaners were 1 hour late. Secondly some of the staff were Rude and not helpful. Others were friendly.

We arrived a little early for check in but Pauline on the front desk told us where we could leave our luggage and booked a table at the restaurant for our dinner and rang us when our room was ready. The room was lovely, with. Kingside bed, lounge area and a balcony overlooking the marina. Peppers is right beside the ferry terminal, so very convenient and the bus stop is right outside the ferry terminal. Our dinner was lovely and the wait staff very attentive. Breakfast was included in our room and there was a great variety of options from fruit, cereal, pastries and hot food. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, sadly it was only one night but we would gladly go back.

Got upgraded with the extra bedroom: excellent view from the balcony. Breakfast buffet was fab, very good value instead of eating out. Great location next to the ferry and shops.

A beautiful property, However, our room faced the Magnetic Ferry Terminal. Was woken up both mornings by trucks engine noise and air brakes at 5:40am. If you want quiet ask for a room away from the noisy trucks and cars.

We enjoyed our stay at Peppers. Lovely breakfasts,great pool, awesome shower and bath in our room. Couch needs replacing, as it's extremely sunken and hard to sit on. We would recommend, but be specific on room choice. Our room was a bit tired and noisy near the traffic. Staff very helpful. Thanks for hosting us!

It’s pretty outdated. I think I saw that it was a 4 star hotel? It’s a 3 star in reality at best. The location was impeccable and the pool is HUGE but the rooms could use an upgrade.

We booked the most premium room but it was in desperate need of maintenance. I’m sure it was privately owned and managed by Accor. It seems very unlikely that Accor have attempted to maintain any standards over the apartments. Lots of maintenance issues, too many to mention

Peppers is right beside the ferry terminal, so very convenient and the bus stop is right outside the ferry terminal. Our dinner was lovely and the wait staff very attentive. Breakfast was included in our room and there was a great variety of options from fruit, cereal, pastries and hot food. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, sadly it was only one night but we would gladly go back.

The staff is so polite and nice to interact with. They held our luggage after checkout so we could continue exploring (they offer to do so before your room is ready too). The breakfast buffet was the best ive ever had. My only regret is not booking more nights to experience all of the other amenities. I will definitely be back!

Was very impressed and enjoyed our stay. Loved the Nespresso in the room. Very helpful and courteous front desk who went the extra mile to assist us with an issue. We'll definately come back here to stay on our next trip

The aircon didn't work in all 3 bedrooms for our whole 3 night stay. The bucket and soggy towel in the wardrobe to catch drips suggests they already knew there was a problem. We complained and got "sorry about that, we'll send a fan up". The fan never arrived, and we had to chase them up again. It was cool enough with the fans blowing cold air in from the living room but we couldn't close any of the bedroom doors at night for privacy, which wasn't great. The shelf above the kitchen sink was dirty/greasy and it was obvious whenever they clean they only quickly wipe around the items on it with a damp cloth and not any spray. There was an almost empty carton of milk in the fridge (and no full one) so we couldn't make tea/coffee the first morning. On the second day we came back from sightseeing to find housekeeping had been but never finished. All of the towels were in a pile on the floor, 1 bed had been made, and one of the bathroom rubbish bins was up on the kitchen counter, full of rubbish. Reception made a note and told us they'd be back later to finish, but they never came. We got another "sorry about that, let me give you some more towels". On the Friday night the restaurant overcharged us $40. We brought the mistake to their attention of Sunday morning and they gave us two bottles of wine for free with dinner Sunday night, so it worked out in the end. We've stayed at the resort many times. We'll probably stay at Brighpoint next time.

Nice Hotel Room and plenty of Space. The shower was not cleaned when I arrived at the Hotel. I waited until the next morning for Cleaners to clean the Shower. The Cleaners were 1 hour late. Secondly some of the staff were Rude and not helpful. Others were friendly.

Die Lage direkt am Fähranleger ist top. Auch ein (überteuerter) Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Highlight für mich war riesige Pool. Allerdings stimmt hier einer Meinung nach das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Für 180 Euro pro Nacht hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet. Die Möbel im Zimmer waren schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit im Bad ließ auch etwas zu Wünschen übrig. Das Bett war dennoch bequem und trotz Lage an der Straße war es relativ ruhig. peppers blue on blue is a very nice resort, and close to the ferry terminal. It has great swimming pools and a restaurant. The studio room overlooking the marina was lovely and had everything you required. The only downfall, is you have to travel to one of the other locations to go to pubs and beachs.

Room was in excellent condition, all of the staff at reception were extremely helpful, service from the waitresses at the restaurant were perfect, convenient location next to the ferry, IGA and marina, very clean pools and a nice outlook too.

We arrived at the hotel and were provided a room directly opposite the lobby. The room was on the ground floor and was unclean and barely stocked. The room had 1 teaspoon and only one pair of each kitchen utensil, with no sink other than the bathroom sink available to clean up. The room also came without pool towels which we had to request later on. Finally the restaurant was being run on a shoestring with dirty floors and fruit flys all over the bar counter. We checked out 2 days early and flew back to Brisbane.

Great location right next to the ferry and bus service on Magnetic island. Clean room and comfortable bed. Pool is huge although a few more sun beds would be great, the second smaller pool is a bit more crowded. Loved the breakfast option, and lovely dining area for drinks and dinner. Always my preferred option on Magnetic island

The hotel location was simply stunning and our apartment was great. The dining experience was not great but maybe under staffed as had a wedding function running at the same time but this shouldn’t have impacted our night.

Nice hotel in a good location. Very good sized 2 bed apartment. Shame the hotel doesn't have a gym but there are nice routes for a run right from the front door. If I was booking again I'd request a room with water / pool views. Our room had a lovely balcony but since it overlooked the main carpark and bottle shop we didn't really use it.

The location is very convenient, it is right there as you get off the ferry. It is also handy to the bus and to the supermarket, cafes and restaurants in Nelly Bay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice enough. The room wasn't cleaned/serviced at all while we were there, which wasn't a huge deal, but I was expecting, with the price that we paid, that it would be. The pools were freezing cold so we went in the Ocean instead and didn't use them at all. They would probably be better in Summer/hotter weather. The local rock wallabies are just a short walk away.
